Chp 1 An uninvited rift

Kim daehyun is the person who worked hard and built a company on his own, and because of him the Kim enterprise and the mere world 'kim' becomes famous among people, people respect them with royalty, but unfortunately in a car accident daehyung died, and the house which was once peaceful and full of love was now seperated, as soon as the elder son of the house died, minjun the second son of the house started to ask for his share and soon the others joined him too, when daehyun died taehyung was 25 years old

It was already fixed that after daehyun, taehyung will take his position as the next ceo, and it happens, at the age of 25 taehyung becomes the CEO of Kim enterprises,All the family load was now on his shoulder, his uncle was now asking for shares, they wanted to negotiate

Minjun, who was now the eldest son, wanted his son Woojin, who was just one year younger than Tae.

Minjun wanted Woojin to become the CEO but grandma didn't let that happen, she said taehyung is the elder one in the sibling and plus the company was built up by his father so only taehyung have the rights to become the next ceo and nobody argued but still it pissed of Minjun but he kept quite

Woojin now works under taehyung in Kim enterprises. Woojin's father Minjun failed once but he didn't want to give up, so he came up with a new plan, so he proposed the idea of marrying his second daughter Tzuyu to taehyung and for this he talked with Grandma and she agreed

The next day at the dining table in the morning, All the family was sitting in the large dining area, with Grandma on the head seat and right opposite her taehyung on the another head seat, he was silently having his breakfast and here Minjun, his uncle was looking at his mother (grandma) with pleading eyes

Everyone else was having their breakfast on silence as tae doesn't like when anyone talks in between,only jimin was standing near the table to serve if anyone wants anything

She and Yoongi had a love marriage. In the beginning, no one accepted them, but once Tae agreed to the marriage, everyone else did too.

Grandma cleared her throat and said

" Taehyung, I want to talk about something really important"

"Grandma, not nowwe are eating "

"It's important "

"Okay say"

Tae said leaving his breakfast in between making everyone stopped too, grandma cleared her throat again and said

"I wanted to say that you're already 30, and it's high time that you should get married"

Tae replied with a straight face

"Already said I don't want to marry"

"I know, but if you'll not marry than how will your other siblings will marry, people will mock us, and I know you don't get along well with strangers, so I have someone in my mind whom you know from childhood and I think you both will get along well"

Grandma explained making Tzuyu shy, she looked down and than at tae, her younger sister sulgi looked at her weirdly

"Who's she?" Tae asked in his cold tone

" Tzuyu, she's the one, your Minjun uncle's daughter"

Everybody's eyes were now on Tzuyu, yoona, taehyung's mother who was usually quite after her husband's death rolled her eyes

Tzuyu shyly looked down, when her partner in crime soya nudged her

Tae didn't even looked at Tzuyu for once and directly answered

" She's my younger sister, I don't approve this" saying that tae was going to get up but Minjun's voice held him back on the seat

"HOW DARE YOU TO REJECT MY DAUGHTER TAEHYUNG...first you took everything from my son, you destroyed his life by taking the CEO position and now when I'll trying to make everything better, you're backing off from this too"

Minjun muttered in anger, years of unsaid words, the anger behind all the things happened in the past, got unleashed altogether, he just couldn't control his anger now, the way taehyung rejected saying he sees her as a younger sister, made his heart swell in anger, He suffered enough but not anymore.

Taehyung stood up taking every blame and then after minute of silence , he spoke in his calm voice which is far more dangerous than Minjun's anger.

"First of all, uncle, nothing belonged to you or your son in the beginning.

Everything was started by my father. He worked hard to build such a big empire, and now that he's no longer here, it all belongs to me.

I have to take care of it now...... it's my responsibility.

.....And as for the marriage, I have no interest in marrying your daughter.

She was like my younger sister yesterday, she still is today, and she always will be. "

Tae said in his firm voice making the atmosphere heavy in silence, Minjun just stood there breathing heavily in anger, Grandma was silent....and the other siblings was just looking at tae, Tzuyu was looking down with tears in her eyes, Soya was silently rubbing her palm to comfort her

Woojin who was also burning in jealousy and anger wanted to lash out too, but he held himself back, he said to himself 'not now'; he wants to be in taehyung's good books, so that one day in future he'll back stab him and will take everything that belongs to him

"Brother, don't listen to dad, please don't get angry, I'll talk to him and handle this you can go"

Tae said nothing and turned back to walk out of the house before taking his bag

After taehyung went away, yoongi who was silently watching everything spoke up "Uncle, you can't see elder brother in peace right?"

Minjun huffed angrily, he looked at yoongi's father Hyunbin "Hyunbin, tell your son to mind his own business and not to talk between in elders"

Hyunbin nodded "yoongi shut up and go to your work" Hyunbin scolded yoongi, jimin looked down not being able to see her husband getting scolded infront of everyone, yoongi angrily stood up and walked towards his room

Jimin looked at her mother-in-law, Eunchae; a kind and pure soul lady, Eunchae nodded silently at jimin asking her to go to her husband, jimin silently walked towards his and yoongi's shared bedroom

Yoongi angrily came inside and walked towards the closet and started to fumble with the clothes angrily, jimin came inside and saw her angry husband,she nervously came and stood behind yoongi

Yoongi suddenly turned around and jimin took two steps back, she didn't know why but after their marriage she is scared of her husband, it was their love marriage, at start nobody approved their marriage but as we know because of taehyung they all agreed

Jimin came out of her thoughts when she heard a loud voice of her husband

"Why are you standing in front of my face now, move aside" jimin scaredly nodded as she moved aside, yoongi walked away from there.

Jimin was here to comfort her husband, to make his anger calm down, but instead of that she's the one who got scolded

"Hubby"

"What"

"Your watch is in the last drawer"

Jimin said after seeing her husband struggling to find his watch

" I know, no need to tell me"

Jimin's eyes got filled with tears, she walked towards yoongi and held his hand

"Hubby, why are you so angry on me, did I do something wrong?"

Yoongi yanked his hand " don't touch me, it's all happening because of you"

Yoongi said pointing out at jimin

" W-what d-did I do h-hubby?"

"No, you did nothing, it was my fault that I married you"

Yoongi spar harshly, although he loves jimin very much, but as we say empty mind is a home for satan, yoongi's mind got corrupted top

"W-what are you s-saying?"

Jimin asked with wide teary eyes, gasping in horror

"You heard right, whatever is happening to me now, it's all because of you, and because of this marriage, before our marriage everybody used to love me, my dad he never scolded me, but since we got married he didn't even talked properly with me till now, everybody is taunting me"

Jimin wiped his flowing tears and said with a raising voice

"So who asked you to marry me in the first place?

It was you, right? You were the one who was crazy about me, and you made me go crazy for you too.You used to say you wanted to be my husband till your last breath.

And now that we're married, you're saying you regret marrying me?

And about your father - he doesn't like me.

He never wanted me to be your wife, that's why he's upset with you.None of that is my fault.we did this marriage because we were in love but now I think you're falling out of this so called love right? "

Yoongi with a raging heart burning in fire walked towards jimin and held her chin tightly making jimin yelp in pain

Jimin looked down and apologized, she didn't know why but she couldn't gather herself to look into yoongi's eyes, those eyes which was once filled with lovefor him was now carrying rage,anger in it, and it scared her, before their marriage they were a lovey dovey cute couple.

Dating secretly, meeting eachother by escaping from the house, those soft love filled kisses, those strong promises it all felt like a pond of lies to jimin now.

No she doesn't regret marrying her yoongi, she is not like her husband, she love him too much to hate him, but everything led a great impact on jimin's heart, the uninvited rift between them was now eating their relationship

Jimin didn't uttered a word, she just looked down, yoongi pulled his hand back, took his clothes and walked inside the bathroom with heavy steps, his heart regrets what he had done and said now, but It was too late, his mind was already dominating his heart, saying whatever he did was right, all this is happening because of jimin, but still we can see a hint of guilt hidden deep in his eyes
