Epilogue

“I can’t believe he branded you,” Freya announces, her mouth still wide open. “The sex after must have been fucking hot.”

I can feel my cheeks heat.

“You dirty, dirty girl,” she grins.

“Shut up, they’ll hear you,” I whisper, making her laugh. “Holy shit, maybe I should date one of them. I could use a good, hard fuck.”

I didn’t tell her any details about the claiming. Chance told me to keep it private, although I’m dying to share it with her.

Maybe she’ll find out for herself soon if she keeps looking at Gunner like he’s a piece of candy.

I already had an argument with Chance about what happens when the next brother claims their old lady, because I sure as fuck don’t want him doing what we did with another woman.

I wonder which biker had that kink to come up with that little scene. I squeeze my thighs together as a flashback hits me. It was really fucking hot, and Chance being all possessive with me afterward was even hotter.

I can’t look the men in the eyes, and they all think it’s hilarious. Every time they send a smirk or a wink in my direction, I get a little flustered.

We’ve seen more of each other than I ever thought I would, that’s for sure.

“I don’t think you need to date them for that, just go out there and ask them,” I tease, and she fans herself.

“Wow. You’re a lucky woman, you know that? Chance can’t take his eyes off you.” She pouts, her eyes going to Gunner. “Maybe I should fuck Gunner. How big do you think his dick is?”

I choke on my coffee because the answer to that is fucking huge, and she’s still slapping my back when Cash wanders over and sits down next to me. “You okay?”

I nod. “It hurt like hell, but it’s not so bad now.”

Cash’s eyes go down to the giant rock on my finger. Chance proposed this morning when we woke up. So it’s been a huge twenty-four hours.

“So does this mean I can call you Ma now?” he asks.

I start to laugh, when I realize the look on his face isn’t joking. Tears pool in my eyes. “Really, you want to?”

He shrugs, looking around the kitchen. “Yeah, I mean, you’re the closest thing I’ll ever have. You feed me. You look after me. You love me. You believe in me. That’s what a mum does, right? I don’t think I could dream of a better one than you.”

The tears drop down my cheeks. Given how old Cash is, I never thought he would want to call me his mum, but it means the world to me that he does.

Reaching out to touch his shoulder, I wait until he gives me his full attention. “Cash, I would be honored. I already think of you as mine, I just never knew you felt the same way.”

From the corner of my eye, I see Chance stepping into the room.

“You okay, Siren?” he asks in a gentle tone.

“Never better,” I reply, wiping my cheeks.

Cash stands up and kisses the top of my head. “I’ll see you for dinner, Ma.”

Chance pulls Cash in for a hug as he passes. “Love you, Son.”

“Love you, too, Dad.”

He then turns to me, those ocean-blue eyes softer than I’ve ever seen them. He pulls me into his arms, kissing my cheek. “I love you.”

“I love you too. How much of that did you hear?”

“All of it,” he admits. “How the fuck did I get so lucky?”

Freya stands up, sighing. “Fuck it, I’m going to get me a biker.”

I’ll have to tell her about Lust’s cock piercing, but that can wait.

Smiling through my tears, I kiss Chance’s lips.

I am so grateful that I took a wild chance on this man.
