Chapter Twenty-Seven – Lilibeth #2

Kissing my forehead, he replied, “The only place I want to be is right here. With you.”

We lay in silence for a few minutes, until I rolled over and looked at him. “Now that you know it’s a girl, are you still going to draw up your idea for the nursery?”

He smiled. “I already drew it up.”

Surprised, I asked, “You did?”

“I did.”

“I want to see it.”

Laughing, he looked at me. “Right now?”

Pushing against his arm, I replied, “Yes! Right now!”

He kissed the tip of my nose. “Your wish is my command.”

Pushing the covers off, he got out of bed and walked across the room.

I smiled as I took in his perfect ass. Biting my lip, I couldn’t believe that man had just been inside of me.

Doing naughty, wonderful things to my body with his mouth.

He’d been my first…and every part of me wanted him to be my last.

Caden pulled open a dresser drawer and grabbed something. It was a sketchbook. He came back to the bed and handed it to me, then adjusted his pillows and sat back against the headboard. I did the same after he took the book back.

He opened the book—and my eyes went wide at what I saw.

“Caden…are these your house?”

They were drawings of rooms. Rooms that were in this very house. He smiled, his gaze on the pages. “Yeah. I started drawing them when I was like twenty-two. I had an idea of how I wanted my house to look, so I used this book to draw them out.”

I stared at a drawing of the kitchen. “This is incredible. You could be an architect.”

He laughed. “Hardly.” Quickly flipping through the pages, he stopped and turned the book so I could see.

My hand flew to my mouth, the sheet I’d pulled up slipping to my waist.

I stared at the drawing. One wall looked to be covered in wood planks, with a small little table against it.

Next to that was a rocking chair. In the middle of the floor was a rug that was drawn with so much detail, I had to believe it was already in this house somewhere and I just hadn’t noticed yet.

There was a row of windows that looked like the same ones in Caden’s office, except there was a crib in front of it.

Hanging above it from a small hoop was a pink canopy of fabric.

Pink.

In the middle of the ceiling was a stunning drawing of a chandelier. There were also wood beams that stretched across the ceiling; again, just like the ones in Caden’s office.

I ran my finger along a smaller drawing that appeared on a wall. It had tree branches with woodland animals.

Slowly shaking my head, I fought to find words.

“If you don’t like it…”

My head snapped up and I met his gaze. “Caden, this is stunning. It’s like you looked into my head and drew what I was thinking, but even better.”

He smiled.

“Is this your office though?”

Caden looked at the notebook and his cheeks flushed. “I was hoping you’d agree to share my bedroom with me, and we could turn my office into the nursery.”

“Then what about your office?”

He shrugged. “We’ve got plenty of other rooms.”

“We?” I asked.

Caden took my hand in his and kissed the back of it. “This is your home, too, Lilibeth. This will be our child’s home. I don’t want you to leave after the baby is born. I want you both with me. Here. On the ranch. I want to teach her everything there is to know about this land I love so much.”

I felt tears fall down my cheeks. “I would love that. More than you know.”

Caden leaned toward me and kissed me softly. I moved the book to the side and crawled onto his lap. It didn’t take long for me to feel his arousal.

“Caden,” I whispered as I reached between us and guided him inside of me. “I love…it. The drawing. I love it so much.”

I almost said I loved him. I wasn’t sure if that was something he was ready to hear or not.

He placed his hands on my face and kissed me as I moved myself up and down his length.

It felt so good, having him inside of me.

If I thought I could live this way for the rest of my life, I would.

There was something so beautiful about making love with Caden.

Maybe it was because he was all I knew. He was all I would ever want to know.

His hands moved down to my hips. As much as I enjoyed slowly making love to him, I wanted more. I placed my hands on his chest and moved faster.

“That’s it, Lili. Use me to make yourself feel good.”

Dropping my head, I rode him faster. When he leaned forward and took one of my nipples into his mouth and sucked, I cried out.

“I’m going to come!”

He started to lift his hips, pumping into me faster, harder.

“Oh God, Lilibeth. That’s it.” He let out a guttural moan. “I’m coming!”

“Yes! Yes!” I shouted, as we fell at the same time.

I collapsed onto his chest, and he held me tight as we both tried to get our breathing back under control.

“Jesus, Lili. Every time with you gets better and better.”

When I leaned back to smile at him, he placed his hands on my hips and carefully lifted me off his lap.

I lay on my side and sighed. “I’m exhausted.”

Caden chuckled. “I’m too tired to get up and get another washcloth.”

Grinning, I replied, “I like having your cum in me.”

He closed his eyes. “Lilibeth…you’re going to be the death of me.”

I laughed.

“Roll over to your other side. Let me hold you while you take a nap.”

Doing as he asked, I let him gather me against his body. His hand rested on my stomach, and soon his breathing grew slower.

When I was sure he was asleep, I closed my eyes and whispered, “I love you, Caden.”
