Chapter 1

Maverick

“Hey, Mav?” Cole says, grabbing my shoulder. “See those two women over there?”

I look at the end of the bar and spot the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. Long dark hair, big perky breasts, and curvy hips. She’s perfect. “What about them?” I say, unable to look away from the brunette.

“They’re staying at the lodge all winter. It’s not often we see beautiful women like them in these mountains.”

I can’t look away. She's perfect. Her large chest on display, and high waist jeans accentuating her beautiful curves.

“Earth to Mav,” Cole says while waving his hand in front of my face.

I finally turn to look at him. “The Brunettes’s mine.” I grunt out as I start making my way to them. I’m quickly pulled back.

“Hey man, you know I’m into petite blondes. Brunette’s all yours. Let’s get Rhett to close the bar down tonight and we’ll go sit with them.”

I turn toward the kitchen and yell, “Hey Rhett, you’re closing down the bar tonight!”
