EPILOGUE
CADEN
SIX MONTHS LATER.
I watched as Ana dance with Reece, and then got passed to Damien.
She was glowing, her red wedding dress swaying along with her body as Damien spun her around. The only thing that would have made her more beautiful would have been if her belly was swollen with my child. I almost regretted not cuming in her enough maybe it would somehow magically counteract the birth control she recently went on. She went on birth control because she wanted to finish college first and I decided to respect her wishes. I don't know how long I was going to last, however. Aleksei, who was at the opposite end, smiled as he watched the two. Ana laughed at something Damien whispered in her ear and I gritted my teeth.
Reece walked up to me then. His arm still in a sling, he had been acting weird for the past month. He seemed very distracted and there was a lot of staring into space. Ana had called him out on his new daydreaming habits, but he always shrugged it off with his usual sarcasm. Ana and I had secretly made a bet that it was about a girl. I had snorted at the thought, but I was slowly starting to agree with her.
“She looks beautiful,” He said.
I frowned.
“Jeez, man, don’t get jealous. You look beautiful, too.” He said.
I punched him in his good arm.
“Ouch” He said to my back as I walked off, towards Damien and Ana.
I’d like my wife back.
