19. Exodus “Yin” Tan

EXODUS “YIN” TAN

We took a road trip up to see Mama Tan. I figured a little loving would work well for Alisha. Mama Tan didn’t disappoint—she had food ready.

But the most important thing for Alisha was the hug.

She ran into Mama Tan’s arms and sobbed. Thankfully, my mother held her, stroking her back for as long as Alisha needed. She then kissed Alisha’s cheeks before hugging her again.

“What did you do to her?” Mama Tan wanted to know.

“I didn’t do anything!” I flailed.

“It’s not him, Mama.” Alisha spoke up for me.

When we finally sat down, most of the food Alisha had never had.

She leaned over to ask me questions in a whisper, sniff at the morsels tentatively then sticking them into her mouth. When she didn’t like something, she nodded and ate it anyway. Then there were moments when she loved something.

A glow dawned over her beautiful face as she lifted some with her chopsticks for me to eat.

But we couldn’t stay the night.

After my first training session, I realized Alisha had arrived and was sitting on the floor with her back against the wall, playing on her phone. I walked to the cage and leaned in to whistle. When she looked up at me, I began removing my gloves.

“Babe—”

“Ready to go?” She asked.

“Come here.”

She hesitated—it flowed through her eyes as bright as a shooting star before she pushed to her feet.

“Remove your shoes.” I told her.

I walked to the door of the octagon and took her hand to escort her in. She glanced around, bouncing on the ground then looking up.

“Are you sure it’s okay for me to be in here?” Alisha asked shakily. “I mean, you fighters have your superstitions—kinda like a woman in a submarine.”

I chuckled.

“Stop worrying.”

“How can I not worry?” She asked. “I want you guys to win.”

“How about a sparring match?” I asked, pressing my body into hers and kissing her neck.

“I don’t know anything about mixed martial arts.” Alisha laughed. “I’d suck. I’d be the fighter running from the ring as the bell dings.”

We played together in the Octagon.

Each time I took her down gently, I kissed her and she giggled.

“I thought we were fighting.” She laughed, wrapping her arms around my neck. “You can’t be kissing your opponent. That must be against the rules.”

“I don’t know.” I kissed her neck. “I’m kind of enjoying this.”

Eventually, we had to make way for other fighters needing to use the space. We were interrupted by someone clearing their throat and as she hid her face into my neck, I paused to bump fists with the fighter. She suggested we pick up some food and after my shower at my place, we headed to Sam’s.

He was there with Bambam and Yang.

“Seriously, guys.” Alisha sat on the sofa. “Thanks.”

Sam blew her a kiss and Yang gave her that look that said her thanks meant nothing, but I knew my brother. He was smiling on the inside—it radiated through his eyes.

“Yang—” Alisha began.

He raised a hand to her.

“I know,” Yang said. “You love me. No need to make this weird.”

Alisha laughed.

“Egotistic much?” She wanted to know.

Yang made a face at her and she laughed again.

He winked at her and picked up his book of crossword puzzles.

And just like that, any hard feelings Yang had for Alisha were gone.

Sighing, I left them talking and went to field a phone call from my team. It was about an hour when Alisha found me snoozing on the sofa in Sam’s office.

She climbed over me, dragging her body across my frame to the inside of the sofa. She cuddled into me and I kissed her forehead.

Sam woke us up about half an hour later and after we ate, I dropped her off at the hospital where Bambam had everything set up for her to donate blood.

“Your blood is so rare.” The nurse explained while setting her up. “You have no idea how much this means to us.”

Alisha merely held onto my hand a little tighter, her eyes on my face.

I kissed the air toward her and she smiled.

Throughout the duration of the donation, I stayed with her. When she was finished, I had snacks ready for her, some juice and water.

She rested after with her head in my lap.

Caressing her head, I read to her from The Count of Monte Cristo on my phone. Together, we stayed there longer than we should, but no one bothered us.

“Excuse me. I don’t mean to disturb you.”

I looked up from the story.

Alisha didn’t move.

“The nurse said you were the one who donated blood for my little Desire.” The female spoke softly.

“Her.” I motioned to Alisha who was sitting up.

“I’m Desire’s mother.” She continued. “I don’t even know how to begin thanking you for what you’ve done. I’ll be able to sleep tonight knowing there’s a light for her now. Do-do you want to meet her?”

“Um—” Alisha began. “Babe, can you give us some alone time?”

I hesitated.

“I’ll be okay.” She rested a palm on my hip. “I promise.”

Reluctantly. I kissed Alisha’s nosed and exited into the hall.

Because I didn’t trust this woman, I didn’t go far—I went far enough to eavesdrop on what they were saying.

“You’re related to my baby.” She spoke.

“How do you know that?”

“The doctors explained the rarity of the blood situation.” She coughed. “I believe in miracles, but this?—”

Silence—almost too long.

I shifted on my heels and reached for the doorknob.

“We all say our kids are special.” She continued. “The truth is I didn’t want my baby to be this special.”

I stepped back.

“A mother never wants that.” Alisha cleared her throat. “I’m sure Moses didn’t tell you everything.”

“I kicked him out. How are you related to Desire.

“I’m her sister. The one Moses wished didn’t exist until recently.”

“Oh god, what did he do?”

“It’s not important.” She replied. “I’m trying to tell myself he did it for the right reasons. But I’m too angry right now to believe that. Thinking that way will lead to me forgiving him and I don’t want to. He doesn’t deserve forgiveness for what he’s done.”

“I’m sorry.”

“You’re getting a second chance to make a clean break with you and your kid,” I said. “She doesn’t have to be traumatized because Moses is a shit human. Every month there’s going to be a deposit in your bank account. That’s for Desire. She doesn’t have to know about Moses—yet.”

“I made one mistake. Where’s this money coming from?”

“Live your life.”

“How do I—you must want something—shit, I don’t have?—”

“All I want is for you to make sure what I did today isn’t a waste.” Alisha replied. “And I’d appreciate if she can donate blood from time to time once she’s older.”

“That’s it?”

“That’s it.” Alisha told her.

“What about having a big sister?”

“Right now, I can’t. I don’t know if my mother would be okay with that.”

“I see. If you ever need anything in the future—anything at all?—”

“Thank you.” Alisha replied. “I have to go…”

“That’s Exodus Tan, right?” The woman lowered her voice.

Silence.

“That’s so cool.” She told Alisha. “I won’t be the typical fan. But, yeah—wish him good luck in his next fight. Tell him I’ll be cheering for him.”

Alisha laughed. “I will. He’ll appreciate that.”

I walked away from the door then and stood in front of the vending machine. Caving, I bought two bags of peanuts. I was bending down to grab the snacks when Alisha made her way to my side. She leaned against me after I picked up the snacks and I smiled.

“Finished?” I asked.

When she beamed up at me and nodded.

“She wants me to wish you good luck in your next fight.” Alisha told me.

I looked toward the door but didn’t move. Though I said nothing, I kissed her nose and offered her a smile.

I waited until she curled her fingers at my elbow before leading her back to my truck. As we drove away from the hospital, she sighed loudly.

“You don’t think I’m weak, do you?”

“Weak?” I glanced at her quickly then back at the road. “For saving a little girl’s life? No, Kitty. I don’t think you’re weak. Letting her die would have been the weakness.”

“Her mom asked if I wanted a relationship with her—with Desire, I mean. I just can’t bring her into that. She doesn’t know her father is a wasted human. She can go her whole life without knowing that.”

“And if she askes about her father?” I wanted to know.

Alisha shrugged.

“Tell her he’s dead.” She finally spoke. “Because it won’t be a lie. He’ll either be in prison or I’ll kill him.”

There were no winners in a situation like this. Moses was going to jail and if by some miracle he didn’t, I was sure Alisha would keep her word and kill him.

Alisha still didn’t have a father, and as much as I wanted to fix that for her, I couldn’t.

Little Desire and Michael were doomed to grow up without a father too.

No winner.

I rolled the jeep to a stop in a parking lot and killed the engine.

“Where are we?” Alisha asked.

“You made me very proud today, Kitty.” I told her. “I feel like you deserve a treat.”

“Don’t make me cry.” She sobbed.

Smiling, I climbed out and jogged around for her door. When she was standing beside me, she saw the purple sign and giggle.

“Exodus Tan—straight to my thighs.”

I tapped her ass.

“I’m not complaining.” I told her. “I may not be able to give you a dad, but I can give you an annoying sister?—”

“Sister”

“Bambam.” I smoked.

She nodded.

“Two annoying big brothers.” I continued. “A Mama Tan and chocolates. What do you think. Deal?”

“Deal!” She pumped a fist in the air. “I want a chocolate milkshake.”

“Anything you want, dear.”

Alisha chuckled and walked excitedly ahead of me across the short space to the chocolatiers.

That evening, Alisha took her car and disappeared out the driveway, honking and waving her arm out the window.

I arched a brow as I watched her leave, but I didn’t question it. I merely called Bambam to keep an eye on her and went back to read through modelling offers my agent sent me.

Once that was finished, I set up a surprise for her then showered.

It was late when she returned with shopping bags.

I figured since the fire, she had to start gathering stuff again and didn’t pry. Once she hid the bags in the closet, I ran her a bath and sat on the side of the tub, talking to her about everything and nothing all at once.

But watching water trace her skin drew me to her again until I stripped down and joined her in the tub.

I thought I merely wanted to hold her until she turned and kissed my shoulder.

One kiss morphed into two, then three until our wet bodies were tangled together, us falling onto my bed. She pushed me to my back and kissed down my frame until she was face to face with my cock.

For some reason, that made me shy.

“Kitty, you don’t have to?—”

Her warm, wet mouth took me in and any hesitation or words I had, died in my throat.

Arching my body, I found to keep my fingers where they were, clenched in my sheet at my sides.

She sucked on time, lathering my shaft with her saliva and tongue until I knew if I didn’t stop her, we wouldn’t get very far.

When I reached for her head, she shoved my arms away and took me deeper.

“Alisha!” I growled. “Fuck!”

I tried pulling my hips back, but she merely eased in, taking up that space too.

I came in her mouth—she didn’t pull away.

“Shit! Alisha.”

She lifted her lashes, looking at me as if she didn’t mean to do that.

“Don’t—” I panted. “Look at me like that. Let me get you cleaned up.”

She licked the tender head and a trickle of cum slid down. I watched, my eyes wide as she licked it away and smirked at me.

Surging upward, I pushed her to her stomach on my bed and slapped her ass.

“Oh!” She gasped.

I spanked her again.

“You did that on purpose.” I accused.

Alisha wiggled her ass at me.

“Of course, I did.” She moaned after another spank. “Which other woman is going to do that to you?”

“What am I supposed to do with you?” I asked.

She pushed to her knees, sticking her ass out for me and wiggled it.

I allowed her body to seduce me, to take my mind away with my control. Then I did to her what she asked me for, my cock rough and hard inside her from behind.

When she whispered my name, I pulled her up and against my body. I slide into her again and as I wrapped my arms around her, as my hips worked their way in and out, I used one palm at her throat. She bent backwards and I rested my mouth at the base of her neck as she climaxed.

But I wanted more.
