Chapter 7 Solomon
Love, Drinks, & Hands
A Short Time Later . . .
Smack! “That ripple ain’t shit to play with.” Smack!
I was obsessed with the way my baby’s ass rippled when I hit it from the back. It legit had the possibility to get you seasick, and I loved that shit. I needed a whole motion sickness patch.
“Sol, this is supposed to be a quick . . . Oh my God! I’m cumming! You better not stop!” She is so demanding when she cums. I loved that shit.
I smacked her ass again. “You talked all that this is supposed to be a quickie, but now you’re telling me not to stop. What is it? You want me to not stop or stop?”
I wasn’t sure if this was a good place to do this. The amount of wetness that I felt dripping down would be hard to clean. An interesting development in Gorjess’s and my relationship was that she was an exhibitionist. She loved having sex in public places.
With that being said, she carried this big ass hobo bag that had all kinds of shit in it.
I never saw anything like it. She had an entire hygiene kit and a change of damn clothes for me and her.
For her, it was a dress, and for me, it was sweatpants and a T-shirt.
I never thought that we would need it until we did.
I reached up with a hand to grab her neck. When I pulled her back, her eyes went to the mirror, and another nut left her. Yeah, she loved the new tattoo of her name on my hand. When I got it, I didn’t tell her. She just happened to see it one day. Yeah, I was in this shit that deep.
My other hand pushed her lower back down. It was time for me to get this nut so we could get out of this bathroom. Moments later, my little fighters were on the way to knock out some eggs in those tubes.
“Pussy, heart, mouth, ass, spirit, beauty, everything just A plus. I love the fuck out of you,” I told her. I pulled out of her, stepped back, then glanced down at the wet damage.
She reached her hand back without words, and I knew the drill. I grabbed that big ass bag that needed to be on damn wheels. It took us an added ten minutes to clean ourselves up before we left the bathroom.
When we got back out to the main room, eyes were on us. We sat in our seats like we never left, picked up our drinks, and focused on the musician on the stage.
“I never thought I would see the day that I see my best friend get dick in my business’s bathroom. Bitch, did you use the disinfectant in that ‘I fuck anywhere’ bag?” Elica acted disgusted, but I knew better.
Gorjess leaned forward in her seat. “Ma’am, if I recall, you fucked that man right there in that same bathroom. Of course, I disinfected. I am not an uncivilized human.”
I laughed at TJ’s and Darius’s faces. Since they all met, they had spent time with each other.
They had a whole group chat and shit. I’d had them all at the house for a little cookout with my boys and Jess’s homegirls.
She’d had Vanessa over for a girls’ night.
I wasn’t sure if God intended to punish me by linking all of these females of like minds together, but he did that.
“I think I could have gone my entire life without hearing that shit,” TJ mumbled. His face was scrunched in the most unappetizing way. That was how I felt when Michelle talked about her little boos when she had one.
Cadence laughed with a shrug. “A girl’s got to have a life. Nothing wrong with a lil dick, especially when it’s from a man who cares about cha.”
Her tone was really flirtatious, and her eyes were on Darius. His eyes were on her too. I leaned over to whisper in my baby’s ear. “I think your girl has a crush on your brother.”
She tilted her head toward me, then winked. “She does. She asked me all of his credentials after the cookout.”
After I told my ma and dad about everything that happened with Gorjess, my dad did a background check on his family. When she became my woman, she became their daughter-in-law. It was family over everything with the Leotas.
We found out that Travis Senior was in fact a dope boy in his past here in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he was born and raised.
We hit it lucky when Christian let us know that he used to buy weed from one of his corner boys.
Travis never went to jail or anything, but the laws were on his ass.
He met his wife, Sandra, when he was twenty years old.
Now he owned three gas stations, and his wife was a tenured college professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC).
Their family lived a good, modest life which I respected.
They weren’t rich, but they were far from broke.
“Excuse me.” A female stepped into the section that we all sat in. We all glanced at each other to see if any of us knew her. “Solomon ‘Warborn’ Leota, I’m a huge fan. Can you take a picture with me?”
Alright, now it made sense. “Thank you, sweetheart. I truly appreciate it. Unfortunately, I don’t take photos with females. If you have something, I’ll sign it.”
The way her smile dropped, face screwed, and hip popped out, I knew it was going to be a problem. She gave me this venomous laugh. “Wait, are you serious? Like, you really won’t take a fan photo with me? I’ve seen you take photos with bitches in the past.”
I thought back to the words that I said to her. I wasn’t sure what I said that confused her. “Yes, I’m serious. When I took those photos, I was single. As you should know, I am no longer.”
Her head fell back in laughter. My worry rose when all of the girls scooted up in their seats.
When her focus came back to me, her eyes were slit.
“So, you don’t want to take a photo with me because you’re with that fat bitch.
Wow! I thought she was like some kind of community service image, you care about the world kinda deal. ”
Vanessa was the first one up. “Bitch, what God do you pray to that gave you the confidence to think you had the protection to walk over here with the bullshit? It can’t be the same God that I serve because he would have told you that I was a fool wit’ it, and he forgot to screw in my sanity.”
My eyes bucked. Ah, shit! Issac mumbled, “Well damn.” TJ and Darius didn’t seem fazed, so this must have been craziness as usual. That girl asked that girl what God she prayed to. I had never in my life heard that question.
The girl recoiled just a little bit before she peeked over her shoulders.
Her little entourage stood behind her with that look of what you gonna do faces.
I knew what God that I prayed to, and I hoped he didn’t put a battery in her back.
When Olive Oil’s hand went to her hip, I knew my prayer didn’t go anywhere.
Probably because I didn’t repent for the fornication we’d just performed in the bathroom.
“Bitch, you can sit your fat ass down too.”
Pow! Olive Oil’s head snapped back from the power of Vanessa’s punch to her face.
She must not have secured her wig, because it slipped right off.
All the men jumped up to make sure that the fight didn’t get any bigger.
Gorjess jumped up and stepped in front of her sister.
Here I thought she wanted to de-escalate the situation, but no. Her ass popped the girl again.
I snatched her ass up. “Jess, bring your ass here! The fuck!”
“What! You said that we were twinsies. I figured we should like do the same kinda stuff.” There was an innocence in her eyes that told me she believed what she said.
My hand rubbed down my face. “So, meeting your family gave you warrant to act crazy. Got it. Sit your ass down before you don’t get any dick for a month.”
She sat down faster than a kindergartner who was told they wouldn’t go to recess if they threw their pencil again. All that was missing was the crisscross apple sauce motion. Her spoiled ass crossed her arms over her chest. “I didn’t even do nothing.”
Elica had the security that she hired for these events to kick the ladies out. She said that they were banned indefinitely. “Is that the first fight that you’ve had in here?” Jessop asked her.
“Ironically, it’s not. That’s why I hire security for these events. There’s a diverse group of people that come to these events. Hell, I’m happy Vanessa got her ass before I did, because who was that bitch talking to.”
Darius laughed. “So, y’all just gang, gang now? That’s wild.”
Tsia’s crazy ass jumped up and started singing “We Are Family.” When the rest of the girls joined in, I knew it would be a long night. By the end of the night, we all felt good. Darius found his way over to Cadence. Connections were being made.
When It All Falls Down . . .
“What the fuck? That shit is crazy. How do you manage that shit?” Darius asked.
We were at my house chilling. We’d been around each other a lot lately.
I wasn’t sure if that was good or bad. Darius and TJ had proven themself to be thorough dudes to be connected to.
That 30 percent family discount at their gas stations didn’t hurt either.
They took on the role more as big brothers to Gorjess than little brothers.
She still had yet to meet her father, but we all felt it was coming soon.
Issac just told us about how some of the mothers of his students come at him. On top of being the wrestling coach, he also taught history. My cousin was obsessed with history and had a way of telling the story of it that wrapped you into it. He made you feel like you were there.
“I don’t, because I’m not about to play with those women.
There is too much going on in the world to play with them or their kids.
When they talk that smooth shit, I give them the inappropriate jazz speech the first time.
Some get the point and back all the way back.
Others don’t give a damn,” he said before he shook his head.
“For the others that don’t give a damn, how do you handle them? I’ve met a couple bitches like that. They are not easy to deal with,” TJ added.
We all concurred. Issac chuckled quietly. “And that is why I let someone else do it. I document, record, and report. I let my administration know that their child needs to be transferred out of my class, and they are. Most of the time, the student knows that their mother is loose.”
We all chortled. “That’s probably true. I know those kids feel a way when they’re pulled from your class.”
“The ones that are doing well are fucked up behind it. Now, the ones who are failing don’t give a fuck. The way I teach my class, if you fail, you just aren’t trying,” he admitted.
He was right. When the students arrived in class, he had a bunch of names, dates, and events listed on the board with numbers next to them.
By the end of class, he told a story using every name, date, and event on the board.
When the semester started, he showed the class a hack on how to take proper notes for his class, and he allowed them to tape his lessons.
If that wasn’t already enough, when it was test time, he would blatantly give them answers to the test. He would do shit like tell them that there were fifty questions on the test, in which twenty were multiple choice, twenty were true or false, and the rest were short answers.
His ass would say something like ‘multiple choice numbers one, four, six, ten, twelve, fifteen, and twenty are B.’ He would be on the same type of time with the other sections too.
How a person failed a test when you were given most of the answers sometimes was beyond me.
“I commend you, man. Teachers work hard. As for me. though, it’s fuck them kids,” TJ said.
TJ ran one of the gas stations that his family owned and a tire shop that was attached to it. That was a smart move in my opinion. Darius ran one as well as Vanessa. They each also had other things they did. Darius owned a popular custom jewelry and grills shop while Vanessa was a loctician.
“So, where do you see you and my sister going in the future?” TJ asked out the damn blue.
The room got quiet. My head tilted to the side. “Damn, that was out of left field considering what we were just talking about. You’ve been lil bro for five minutes, asking the hard question,” I joked.
He tittered. “It doesn’t matter how long she’s known about me. I’ve been her brother since the day I was born, feel me?”
I tittered at his assertiveness. I couldn’t trip, though.
I appreciated it in a way because she never really had anyone to have her back outside of her fake daddy.
Her grandfather loved her from all of the stories that she told me even after the revelation.
He just didn’t love her enough, in my opinion, to tell her that truth.
It could have been shame, or he didn’t want to face her hurt and disappointment.
“I feel you. Jess is going to be my wife probably sooner than she thinks. I’m being generous when I say that I am trying to wait for our one-year anniversary before I ask her.
” I didn’t need all the time in the world to know that Gorjess was who was meant just for me.
We calmed each other’s souls. When I met her, it felt like the first time that I was able to breathe. She was all I needed.
TJ and Darius smiled. Issac and Jessop already knew this.
Shit, Jessop started the discussion about marriage before I did.
Jessop was prepared to get a blood transfusion to ensure that his blood type matched Elica’s just in case she ever needed an organ.
Matter of fact, let me take some of this heat off of me. “Jessop, what’s up with you and Elica?”
“Oh, you don’t have to try to put me in the hot seat. I’ll willingly get in that ho. I already got my baby a ring. Just waiting on the right time to put that rock on her pretty finger,” he said before he took a sip from his beer bottle.
My eyes bucked a little. “Damn, I didn’t know you already had a ring. I feel behind the ball now.”
“Nah, don’t feel like you’re behind the ball. You are behind the ball. Get your shit together,” Jessop said with the corner of his top lip turned up.
While everyone laughed, I raised my middle finger. “Fuck you. I got your behind the ball.”
Jessop’s phone rang. We continued to talk until he abruptly sat up.” Baby, calm down. We’re on the way. Drop the pin.”
After he disconnected the call, he stood. “Man, let’s go. Gorjess grandmama and mama scheduled a bogus ass grooming appointment. They done blocked her ass in so she can’t leave.”
We all stood. It was clear that they had lost their complete minds. I had no problem helping them find it. I picked my phone up to open the app to get her location. I was on the fucking way.
