A s we dipped toward the pad, Grey and Parker stood off to the side. Parker was busy with his phone, casting glances at us periodically. He looked like he’d rather be anywhere else.
Grey…He had his arms crossed as he watched us with focused intensity. I searched his face for any sign of the fight, and there were plenty. Dark bruising lined his jaw and under one eye, and then some swelling I could make out from here.
