“Where are we going?” I ask, my eyes wide as we park right in front of a private jet. Archer hasn’t quite been himself in a couple of days now, so when he suddenly suggested going on an overnight trip while Ezra is away, I wasn’t sure what to make of it.
Archer grins at me and takes my hand, entwining our fingers as he pulls me along. It’s been a while since I’ve seen him smile so sincerely.
