I was awake again before Theo.

But today, I didn’t jump out of bed so he could sleep. I also didn’t hear Easton get up like I did yesterday morning. Though, last night before I went to bed I heard Easton tell Theo he’d take the night shift again. So I knew he was awake and would be until Theo was awake and he could go to sleep.

I peeked over at the window, didn’t see any light coming in through the blinds, and decided it was too early to be awake.

Especially with Theo’s hard chest pressed tightly against my back, his arm around my middle, his hand resting on my stomach.
