Chapter Sixteen
Milly
I am so excited for today. We got to The Dove Institute about ten minutes ago, and I’m sitting with Grayson as he goes over notes before his appointments. I am going to be sitting out of the actual appointments because he has to ask them if they’re okay with me sitting in.
“Where am I going?” I ask.
“Uh,” Grayson says as he sits back and rubs his face with his hands. “Adam has high-risk patients in the mornings. I could send you up to watch the training submissives. The training masters are a bit feral this time around, or I’d send you there.”
“That would be fun,” I say.
“Come here,” he says, moving his chair back. I stand and go around the desk.
“Gray!” I giggle when he grabs the back of my thighs and pulls me into his lap to straddle him.
“You are going to see a lot today. Understand that I wouldn’t send you there if I wasn’t comfortable with you being around it,” he says.
“What do you mean?” I ask.
“You’re going to see a bunch of women getting fucked in some way or another.
They’re working on the inclusion of toys in sex as a way of creating overstimulation,” he says.
“A friend of mine and Adam’s is a trainer, but he’s not a master to one of the submissives.
Alania had found that it’s helpful for everyone if there are a few consistent trainers that lead everything so the masters can focus on their subs.
Ace is a good guy with a rough past, so he knows where you are coming from. ”
“What do you mean?” I ask.
“He was forced to be filmed assaulting younger girls,” he says. “He got hooked on drugs and didn’t get clean until his father finally found him. Erin has been in The Society for a long time, so that allowed Ace to get the help he needed without having to struggle to survive.”
“Damn,” I say. “And he’s dominant?”
“Yeah,” Grayson says. “He does BDSM therapy with submissives who have sexual trauma.”
“Is he going to beat me up?” I ask.
“He will want to,” Grayson laughs. “If you are comfortable with him, I think that would be fine.”
“We’ll see,” I say.
The office door opens behind me, and I start to jump up. “It’s just Adrian,” Grayson says, kissing me.
“Hey, guys,” Adrian says.
“I was about to send her up to y’all,” Grayson says.
“Oh?” Adrian asks. When I stand, Adrian smiles at me. “How are you, Milly?”
“I’m okay,” I say with a small smile.
“We were planning to meet with you all today before lunch, actually,” Grayson says. “I have a few appointments that I can’t have her sit in on yet. Adam has high-risk patients, so I thought it would be good to send her up to shadow Ace.”
“Honestly, man. Why don’t you have her enroll?” Adrian asks. “Ace is a permanent master trainer. If we had permanent submissive trainers, that would be great. Her starting fresh would be even better because you and Adam aren’t playing therapist and husband.”
“She needs to meet Ace first, and then we need to ask Adam his thoughts,” Grayson says simply.
“You don’t like that idea?” Adrian asks with a chuckle.
“He’s possessive. He wants to be the only one to unbreak me,” I laugh.
“That’s not true,” Grayson says.
“Well, how about this? I’ll take her down to Adam real quick and get his thoughts, and then we try it for today?” Adrian suggests.
“Fine. Toys only until we can all sit down,” Grayson says with a sigh. He stands and kisses me before wrapping me in a hug.
“Is this the part I remind you that I’m safe?” I ask.
“Alright,” Adrian laughs. “I’m pulling rank. Come on, Milly. Let’s go have some fun.”
“I do like fun.” I laugh.
“Where is your limit?” Adrian asks Grayson.
“No one but Ace touches her for any reason,” Grayson says. “Ace will know beyond that.”
“So just follow his lead?” I ask Grayson.
“If you’re comfortable, yes,” he tells me.
“So does that make me a hypocrite that I don’t want you even talking to Hope, but I’m okay with this?”
“No, Baby Girl. Just because my boundaries are different doesn’t mean you have to match mine. I have no interest in anyone but you and Adam. Okay? If you mesh well with Ace, I am completely okay with that.”
“But no one else?”
“Exactly,” he says, kissing me. “Go talk to Adam.”
“Okay!” I say happily. I walk out of the office with Adrian and down the long corridor.
“Greg raped me,” I say. Adrian stops and turns to look at me.
“That’s what the meeting is about. My uncle got me pregnant when I was ten, shot me, and then himself.
Mom married Greg and went from filming me getting raped by my uncle to Greg.
There is a lot I don’t remember. Yesterday morning, he ran me off the road, raped me, and then kept hitting me.
I accidentally cut my hand open, but he broke the same wrist. Mom is running some kind of child porn something. I don’t know.”
“Why are you telling me now instead of waiting for the meeting?” he asks.
“Because I just wanted to get it out when I didn’t have everyone looking at me,” I say. “I know you’ll tell the others, so maybe the meeting can just be the resolution rather than me going through all of that.”
“I’ll tell the others,” he says. “Thank you for trusting me with this, Milly. It takes a lot of courage to speak out against an abuser.”
“I’m afraid they’ll try to kill me,” I say. “I feel like I am just not getting a chance to live, but they will try to ruin that.”
“I promise you, Milly, you are safe,” he says. “I won’t promise that it won’t change, because it might. They could very well get to you, but you will survive. You will outlive them and get to watch life fade from their eyes.”
“Okay!” I say with a smile. We start walking again until we get to Adam’s office. When we walk in, Adam grabs my face and kisses me. “Hi,” I laugh.
“Gray called me. I think you should absolutely do therapy with Ace. Grayson and I shouldn’t be the ones doing it,” Adam says.
“Grayson trusts Ace, and I do too. I very much would love to see him fuck you and would be thrilled if you two fell for each other… mostly because I would absolutely get on my knees for that man.”
“I love you,” I laugh. “I will meet him, and we can go from there.”
“I’m going to sneak up later and watch him play with you,” Adam says, kissing me. “My appointment is about to be here.”
“See you later,” I say.
“Take care of her, Adrian,” Adam says, waving before we leave.
I walk with Adrian upstairs. When we walk into a massive room, nearly twenty sets of eyes turn to me.
“Hey!” Alania says cheerfully.
“Hey,” I say as she hugs me.
“Grayson sent her up here. I’ll explain more later, but only Ace is allowed to touch her, and she’s most likely going to be a permanent submissive. He is close with Grayson,” Adrian tells her.
“Perfect. Okay,” she says, turning to the others. “Listen up, everyone. This is Milly. She is Grayson Torres’ wife. She is going to be joining us as she is new to this dynamic. Milly, what do you call Grayson?”
“Uh,” I laugh.
“There is no shame, Milly,” she says with a smile.
“Daddy,” I say. “But then I met my biological father and…”
“It is nowhere near the same,” Adrian says. “Daddy doms are caretakers, and Grayson is absolutely your caretaker. He dotes on you.”
“How do you know?” I ask with a frown.
“Because I can see it in the way he looks at you,” he says. “Alania, where is Ace?”
“He was actually taking a call from Grayson,” she laughs. “He will be back in a second.”
“Ah, here he is,” Adrian says. I turn to greet Ace, but I am met with a wave of memories that drag me down so fast that I’m frozen.”
“Fuck,” Ace sighs. “Adrian, call Grayson and Adam.”
“They’re in appointments,” Adrian says. “What’s going on?”
“Milly,” Alania says, stepping in front of me to block my view of Ace. “What’s wrong?”
“I know him,” I whisper. “He…”
“Come on,” she says, grabbing my hand and pulling me past Ace and out of the room. We go down the hall and into a room that has a huge plush couch and ottoman.
“What is this place?” I ask as she sits me on the couch.
“It’s an aftercare room,” Alania says as Adrian walks over and sits with her. “Now you can continue.”
“There is a lot I don’t remember, but when I saw Ace…
I had a bunch of memories come up where he was…
I wasn’t fighting or shutting down, but…
we were in some kind of basement. There was a camera between two huge lights.
Mom was there… They were telling him to do things. .. To me,” I say through tears.
“How long ago?” Alania asks.
“Uh… I didn’t have breasts. I remember Mom saying I’d do better when I did,” I say. “So… God, I don’t know. It feels like it happened a lot.”
“The first time you were six,” someone says from behind me. His deep voice rolls over me and is calming. “Last time was when I was seventeen, and you were ten.”
“I was shot when I was ten,” I say. Alania and Adrian get up and move before Ace sits in front of me.
“We are right here, Milly,” Alania says from somewhere behind me.
“I’m sorry about before. I’m kind of untangling my childhood,” I say.
“I understand,” he says softly. “You said you were shot?”
“Yeah. When I was ten. Apparently, my biological father was shot and survived, but my twin sister was on his other side and got hit in the head. My uncle apparently got me pregnant and shot me to cover it up and shot himself,” I explain.
“I’m sure Walter could have been who got you pregnant, but it was assumed to be me,” he says bluntly. “They were surprised to find out that forcing someone who was nearly an adult to rape a child would still lead to pregnancy.”
“Weird how that works,” I chuckle. “I remember them hurting you… a lot.”
“Mm. Yeah. Because I refused to force you to take all of me. It would have seriously hurt you,” he says. “I did the absolute bare minimum so they wouldn’t send anyone else after you, but I more than paid the price after.”
“By who?” I ask.
