Tin Gods Postpone European Tour

Noah Hawker Still Hospitalized

Exclusive Details

The Tin Gods are pressing pause on the remaining dates of their World Corruption Tour.

In a statement, the tour promoter said: “It is with great regret that we have to postpone the Tin Gods’ World Corruption Tour. In consideration of the band’s wellbeing, the band has decided to postpone the remaining European dates. We deeply regret the circumstances and thank you for your understanding and well wishes. Everyone at Black Hat Productions wishes Noah Hawker a full and meaningful recovery.”

Existing tickets will be honored for the rescheduled shows (which include stops in France, Spain, Denmark, and Germany), but fans can also obtain refunds at their point of purchase if they are unable to attend once new dates are announced.

Following Noah Hawker’s well-publicized overdose in London, the rock band announced on Instagram yesterday that the drummer was alert and responsive with the band by his side. As a result, the rest of the tour is being postponed until next year.

“He is receiving the best medical treatment available to ensure his recovery. We all stand with Noah and need to focus on his recovery,” the band said in a statement about Hawker’s hospitalization.

The drummer added in his own post that he was “heartbroken” to disappoint his band members, his family, and most importantly “the best fans in the world. I promise to do the work I need to so we will be back as soon as we can!”

As we previously covered with exclusive details, Hawker was discovered unconscious yesterday morning in their London rental by lead guitarist Xander Lang, who administered Narcan before paramedics even arrived. Hawker was rushed to an area hospital.

The Tin God’s World Corruption Tour launched in Los Angeles 3 February and was originally scheduled to end with a return to London in July before Hawker’s overdose occurred 31 May.
