Chapter Eighteen
Wreck
What the fuck is Patricia Dawson doing in our goddamn Clubhouse? What idiot let her through the gates with Jasmine? What was Jasmine even thinking of bringing that woman here? And what the actual fuck is Lanky doing with them? As much as I want to stick around and find out what the hell is going on, I need to get Cam out of here before shit hits the fan or, god forbid, he’s caught in the crossfire. It wouldn’t surprise me if Patricia and Jasmine planned to draw Cam into whatever they”re doing here. Shadow told me about what happened the other day with Jasmine and her awful phone call to Cam.
I reach Cam, who’s standing with Tech and Flame. I know I’m going to have to explain what the hell is going on. Especially to Flame, this is going to impact him. It’s his family that this is going to involve, after all.
“Flame, we’ve got a problem.” I say as soon as I’m in range to be heard.
“What’s happening?” He asks, immediately going on alert.
“Jasmine and Lanky just walked in with Patricia Dawson.”
“What. The. Fuck.” He hisses out. His entire body tensing up at the same time.
”Yeah, I know. Sera asked me to get Cam out of here and leave him with someone I trust, so Tech come on. Let”s get you two to your cave.” Tech may not be as big as the rest of us, but I know he’ll do everything in his power to keep Cam safe. He loves Cam like the little brother he never had.
No one argues; Tech starts walking with Cam behind him and me taking up the rear. Flame stays behind, no doubt to make sure things don’t get out of hand. Patricia’s appearance can’t mean anything good. It’s going to impact his husband, and I can’t blame him for wanting to be there for him. As soon as I know Tech and Cam are both safe, I’ll be hightailing it back. Shadow is going to fucking need me, that’s for sure. Sera expects fireworks; that’s why she wanted Cam out of there. I have no idea what’s about to be exposed, but I’m sure something is. Sera’s reaction was telling. That’s for sure.
As soon as they’re inside the cave, I nod at Tech before closing the door. As soon as it’s closed, I hear the locks engage. Tech has locked them in, and no one will be getting in unless Tech allows it. Cam is as safe as he can be, meaning it’s time for me to focus on what’s going on back in The Common Room.
I start running back, and I am shocked to see Blaze and Mama June walking through the main entrance doors. Oh shit. This is either a really good thing or a really bad one. Only time will tell. I speed up so I can warn them what’s happening.
“Wreck?” Blaze asks, seeing me running towards them. I don’t think it will be a good thing if they walk in there unaware. I know they both have a terrible history with Patricia. Well, Blaze does. Mama June just hates her and has never hidden the fact that she’s always wanted a chance to get her hands on her. It looks like she’s finally going to get her chance.
“You need to know that Patricia Dawson is in there. Fucking Jasmine and Lanky brought her in.”
Blaze’s entire body goes rigid at my words, and his eyes fill with hatred. Mama June, though, starts rubbing her hands together while smiling. It’s easy to forget just where Blade learned his skills from. It wasn’t any of the members of the MC he met after he started living with Mama June; nope, it was from her herself. She’s certainly not to be taken lightly.
“Finally.” She says, as she starts heading towards the doors with purpose. Well, it looks like Patricia made a fatal mistake walking in here, no matter what issues she causes, because now she’s going to have to deal with Mama June. If I didn’t hate the woman for what she’s done to her kids, I might just feel sorry for her.
Blaze follows her, and I decide sticking with them is probably smart. God knows what these two are actually going to do, but I’m sure it will be entertaining.

The words I’ve just heard can only mean one thing. Patricia used my daughter. From a young age, she used my little girl to make money off sick perverts. First with pictures, and then her little body. I feel physically sick. Whoever those men are, I will find each and every one of them and then end their lives. They don’t get to walk this earth after doing that to my little girl. No fucking way.
June, always the opportunist, has positioned herself right behind Patricia. I know she’s going to attack any second now. She’s waited over thirty years for this moment, and there is not a chance in hell I’m going to take it away from her. Patricia deserves every ounce of pain she’s about to get. I don’t condone violence against women, but I’m really fucking tempted to physically hurt her myself. I thought what she did to get pregnant with my boys was bad, but this is a whole new level.
Totally unaware of the danger she’s currently in, Patricia starts talking again. ”Well, you two must be my lovely sons.”
“We’re fucking nothing to you. You’re certainly not our mother.” Wrath replies, his voice full of venom.
“Don’t be like that; I’ve missed you boys.”
”Oh, cut the fucking act, Patricia; none of us believe it. Would you like to tell us why the fuck you think you have a right to walk in here?” Wrath says back. I can tell my son is close to losing his shit after what he’s just heard.
“I came for my daughter.”
”Well, that’s not happening, so why don’t you turn around and go back into the hole you crawled out of?” My eldest son’s distaste towards his mother is coming through loud and clear in his tone.
“I’m sorry, but that’s not going to happen, son.”
Patricia goes to take a step towards Sera, but whatever she was planning doesn’t happen because June acts. I’ve never been more thankful for my oldest and dearest friend as I am right now.
