Chapter 18 #2

For a moment, everything else faded away, and it was just the two of us standing in front of the Benz with the sun beaming down.

My breath caught as I tried to process the overwhelming gesture.

The car shimmered, almost unreal, and I could feel tears rimming my eyes, not from the extravagance, but from the thoughtfulness behind it.

I glanced at Bleu, trying to search his face for any trace of insincerity, but all I found was warmth and a quiet anticipation.

“You said you didn’t have a car. So, I got you one, it’s in your name.

Pink papers are in the glove compartment.

I know that mind of yours work overtime, so I had your dad give me your personal information to make sure the car belonged to you a hundred percent.

I have a couple of other things for you that I put into fruition in the middle of the night after I fucked you to sleep but I don’t want to overwhelm you all in one day. ”

My heart raced as gratitude and disbelief tangled inside me. I wondered how I could ever deserve so much kindness as well as a grand expression of care. For the first time in a long time, I felt cherished beyond means, as if someone truly understood what it meant to bring light into my life.

“So,” Bleu rolled his feet over what I assumed to be a rock.

I looked down at my own feet and realized that we both were barefoot outside. Caught up in the moment, Bleu stood tall with royal blue pajama pants on with no shirt. His dick print laid limp on his thigh as he gave me that sexy nonchalant expression.

“If you cut me off, I can’t take this car back if you’re wondering.”

“I’m not wondering or worried about that. You not that kind of man to take things back just because things don’t work out in your favor.” I smiled wide.

“Besides if you tried, I wouldn’t give it back! This all me!” I squealed and ran up to him full force with excitement.

Without thinking twice, my big ass jumped up as high as I could. I thanked God that Bleu worked out and probably lifted weights. With ease his hands caught each ass cheek and lifted me off my feet.

“This feels so unreal, Bleu. Spin me around so it can make my fairy tale even more surreal.” I laughed.

I was just joking, but Bleu took what I said seriously.

He spun me around until I felt dizzy and I laughed until my stomach cramped up.

Bleu didn’t break a sweat; his breathing was still even when he stopped spinning me around in his arms. I grabbed the sides of his face and kissed his lips with so much intensity causing my heart to skip.

“Thank you so much, Bleu.” I pulled away from the kiss.

“I love it and needed it, now I can take Lo Lo to get ice cream without having to use one of my sister’s cars.” I smiled.

Before he could say, you’re welcome, I pressed my lips against his again.

My tongue hungrily slid across his lips nastily then across his velvety minty tongue.

Bleu deepened the kiss, his hands roamed all over my body.

My pussy clenched then pulsated. By now, my wetness gushed out onto his bare torso.

“You gotta get down, Thickumz before I fuck you up and down my driveway.” He grunted.

Slowly, he lowered me down to my feet and told me to check out my car.

“There’s some clothes and toiletries inside of an oversized Birkin’s bag.”

I turned back to him with big eyes. He held the key in his hand and clicked down on the top button. The trunk opened smoothly.

“Bleu…” I whispered, voice cracking.

“You bought me a damn car; this is so fucking dope.” I cheesed hard.

“I still want to get it painted hot pink with light pink leathered seats. I made the purchase fast to surprise you. We can get that done at a later time.” He smirked cockily.

“I don’t know, I love it this color.” I said excitedly.

I turned and walked up to it finally. I opened the door, and it all became my reality. The smell of fresh leather seats hit me first. Peanut butter seats with a moon sunroof undid me. I pulled my robe tight together and slid right in. I breathed the car in and sighed.

This man saw a need and filled it without being asked…

My fingers glided over the steering wheel, savoring the luxury of it all.

I could feel my heart racing, every detail of the car making me feel cherished and seen.

For a moment, I just sat still, letting the joy wash over me and imagining all the places I’d go in my new ride.

Sitting there, I realized how much intention and thought he’d put into this, and it warmed me from the inside out.

No one had ever done something like this for me before.

Before I could gather myself, Bleu slid into the passenger seat, grinning like he was super excited for me.

“Let’s see if you can handle her,” he teased, nudging my arm playfully.

I glanced over at him, a rush of excitement and disbelief bubbled up in my chest. My hands trembled as I pressed the start button, the engine hummed softly under my fingertips. He leaned back, watching me with that look that made my heart skip, and said, “Go on, coast this baby.”

I put the car in reverse, still in disbelief.

I gotta hear my song first…

“Before I pull off, hook your phone up to Blu-tooth. I got to hear my favorite song.” I said.

My cheeks were hurting from cheesing so damn hard, but I couldn’t relax them even if I tried right now.

“What’s the name of it?” He asked, pulling his phone from his pocket.

“Something In My Heart by Michel’le.”

I eyed all the buttons until I spotted the one that controlled the sunroof.

It opened and I felt like flying. Quietly, Bleu typed quickly on his phone then paired his phone with the car.

The instrumentals crooned through the speakers as I slowly backed out of the driveway.

I hummed and turned it as high as it could go then sung the lyrics not caring that my singing sounded horrible.

“Yoouuuu take my loveeeee and I’m willin’…There’s no limit to the love I’m givin’…. the love I’m givinnnngggggg! Oohhhhhh-ooh!, Ah-yeahhhhhhh!”

Sunlight spilled through the windshield; warmth spread over the top of my thighs as I glided down the open road.

Air swept over my short waves and scalp as I continued to sing.

I took my eyes off the road just to catch Bleu staring at me.

I got bolder and sang louder, my shoulders moved to the beat.

The corner of his mouth curved before he cracked up laughing. His laugh was deep and sexy. I joined him in laughter; he shook his head then bit into his bottom lip with small chuckles still escaping. Everything this man did was alluring. I turned down the music and fake pouted.

“Don’t act like you not impressed, you know I can blow!” I giggled.

“Impressed? I’m impressed by a lot of shit with you, singing is the last thing, but I dig that shit to a lil.” He continued to laugh.

“You and my brother Dreu need to hit the studio together, the both of you would believe in each other dreams.” He licked his lips.

“Oh, he sings too?” I got excited.

“Nah, he thinks he’s a rapper.” Bleu shook his head.

“I want to visit his studio! On the real, I know I can’t sing,” I laughed. “But I always wanted to visit a real studio.” I smiled and kept my focus on the road.

“Alright, Dreu would be thrilled to meet you anyway. I wanted to wait until thanksgiving for you to meet my immediate family, but I can take you to meet him before then.” He squinted his eyes to look at something far off in the distance.

I loved the way the sunlight kissed his brown skin. I followed Bleu’s gaze, the closer I got up the road then my mouth fell open.

“That’s Langston’s estate.” He reached over and caressed my exposed thigh.

“Pull up to the iron gate.” He gestured with his hand.

“I’m not meeting your parent’s naked under a robe!” I panicked.

“Baby, chill. I just want you to see how conceited my mother is.” He laughed.

“Why do you speak so proper?” I asked as I pulled up to the iron gate.

“What you mean?”

“You call your parent’s mother, and father…most people say pops, momma, dad…you get what I’m saying?”

“I understand,” he chuckled. “My brother calls my mother, mommy or momma when he’s mad.

He’s spoiled. My mother taught me to refer to them as that.

She always made sure I pronounced words properly since a kid.

I guess she knew I would be the sibling to be about business. ” His gaze went to the front lawn.

The Langston estate was massive as well as breathtaking. The sun seemed to beam down on the white stones. Everything looked perfect down to the manicure hedges that lined the long narrow driveway. There was a wide circular fountain that shimmered in front of the mansion’s entrance.

What really caught my eye were the damn statues. Carved in black marble, a woman draped in flowing gowns with water spilling from her open palms into a pool of water below.

“All of those are my mother,” Bleu said quietly, “Different stages of her life. Although she never gone through any bad stages let her tell it.” His voice softened.

“It’s beautiful.” I said softly.

“She loves this place; it’s her pride and joy. Her and my father’s relationship to me, is more of a partnership. Other people don’t understand it…me and Dreu stopped trying to understand it. They see other people, have separate rooms…” His thick brows bunched together.

“Is that why you said you never had a girlfriend?” I asked curiously.
