Prologue

I ran an inn near where three monsters were suppressed.

To stay alive, I had already emphasized to the tour guide in advance: "This inn does not accept children."

But when the tourists arrived, I still spotted a parent with a child.

The guide gave a bitter smile. "The tourists added them last minute. Please make an exception and let the mother and son squeeze into one bed."

My face darkened.

"You know the rules here. If that's the case, I can't take the entire group."

They had no idea that those things appeared at night.

If a child stayed, everyone in the inn would suffer.

After much persuasion, I finally convinced the mother and son to leave.
