SYNOPSIS #3
Even with me having her in a secure space, I didn't feel right taking my eyes off her for even a second.
A bullet flying past my ear quickly snapped me out of the trance I was in as I let her hand go.
I did a combat roll to the right away from the table, stood up and returned fire in the direction the bullets had come from.
I clocked two niggas with their guns raised towards me but only one pulled the trigger again.
The bullet again missed me only because these flunky ass niggas had bad aim.
I quickly returned fire catching one nigga in the throat as he went down grabbing his neck.
Before the second nigga could react, I took off running towards his ass shooting at him with precision and perfect aim.
The difference between me and him was I didn't mind walking a nigga down with no fear of catching a bullet.
I caught his ass in the shoulder as he fell backwards crashing into a chair.
He quickly got to his feet and raised his gun to fire again.
However, I took aim and shot his ass in his leg shattering his kneecap as he dropped to one knee yelling out in pain.
In another life I could have been a fuckin' sniper in the army with how skilled of a shot I was.
The thought that that bullet could have hit Journi brought the beast out of me as I started walking towards the shooter with fire in my eyes.
I wanted to look that nigga in his eyes as I watched his soul leave his body.
Whatever courage his ass had earlier when he took that cheap ass shot at me quickly left when he realized he was a puppy going against a big dawg.
The nigga quickly slid behind a column pillar like the bitch that he was.
"Khaizonnnn," I heard Journi scream out from behind me. That scream wasn't fear though, that was pain, and it damn near turned me around but I had to kill this nigga first.
I moved towards the pillar with my gun trained on the edge of it, waiting.
Impatience always kills a muthafucka faster than a bullet do, and sure enough, the nigga couldn't help himself.
He leaned out with his gun raised and I put a bullet right through his eye socket before his finger could even pull the trigger.
His brain matter splattered all over the floor as blood and his eyeball dripped down his cheek.
The close range of my shot was what caused the biggest impact to his death.
I had custom hollow tips bullets in my gun that explodes when it enters its target.
I didn't even stop to dwell on his ass as I turned to survey the part of the room I could see without moving too far away from Journi.
I noticed that a lot of people were being ushered by my crew through the far right door which led to another store in the plaza.
All of the plaza stores were connected by a door that required a master key to enter.
Only a few people had a key, so that meant either Jugg or Kilo had thought quickly on their feet to try and get everybody to safety.
It still was quite a few people who hadn't gotten the memo to flee though.
Instead they had either dropped to the floor, crawled under tables or were running towards the bathroom area which led to a dead end.
My security team may have been initially caught off guard but they was still on point.
I wouldn't have let Journi come here tonight without ensuring I had some of my best shooters in attendance.
I watched Big Rome snatch two women off they feet and damn near throw they asses through the exit door.
Then, turn around and pop the nigga trying to sneak up on him.
Another one of my men, Joc, was posted near the DJ booth with a hand pressed to his side where he'd clearly caught a bullet.
He was the closest to the door when the shooting started.
Blood was coming through his fingers and down the leg of his pants but his ass was still shooting with the other hand.
He could take care of himself so I would check on him later.
I didn't know how many shooters were left, but as quickly as they was being knocked down like bowling pins, I knew none of them was making it out of this suicide mission alive.
This what happens when you lie on your resume talking bout you a big Steppa.
Done got they dumb asses stepped on like roaches.
They had the heart that it took to run up in my shit, they was just lacking the skills it took to pull this shit off.
Whoever sent these fake ass thugs in here had to have known they wasn't no real shooters. So this had to have been a decoy for the real play at hand. But what though?
"Khi'," Lyric screamed running toward me with Zeus right behind her carrying two big ass Desert Eagle guns in each hand locked and ready to go.
The nigga was old but definitely still had that dawg in him.
Retirement didn't change shit but his daily schedule.
Before he'd even reached me one of them niggas popped up from behind the DJ booth and Zeus lifted his left hand without breaking stride and blew that nigga backwards into the speakers.
He ain't even look to see if he got him. He already knew.
"Where my daughter at?" Zeus said once he reached me.
"She over there," I said pointing towards her. I hadn't walked that far away from her, and still had her in my eyesight.
"You left her alone!" Zeus yelled getting in my face.
