FINN THOMPSON
It’s been three months since I relapsed, and each day is getting easier than the last. I was determined before, but now I have a completely different outlook on life.
Something inside me changed that day, like a flick of a switch, and now I’m being honest with my feelings rather than holding them to my chest.
I’ve been enjoying my time with Maya and Skye, keeping my grades up, and seeing my friends. For the first time in years, I feel optimistic and hopeful, and it gets me through my down days to see how far I’ve truly come.
My arms slide around Maya’s bare back, and I wrap my fist around her long hair before tilting her head, exposing her neck. I drag my lips over her throat and kiss down her silk-like skin until I reach her collarbones.
We’ve spent the majority of the morning between the sheets. Skye didn’t wake us up at the crack of dawn, so we decided to make the most of the time we had before our attention had to be elsewhere, especially now we’ve moved her from our bedroom to the spare room.
Maya in my arms is my favourite way to start the day. When it’s just us, and I get to worship every inch of her and give her the pleasure she deserves. She’s a superwoman, and I’d be lost without her.
“Ugh, Finn,” Maya cries out as she grinds herself against my cock.
“Make yourself come, sunshine,” I grunt. “Use my cock and make yourself come.”
She digs her nails into my back, and the burst of pain immediately turns into thick pleasure as she rides me harder. Her wetness is coating my thighs, and I fucking love it when she’s dripping.
“Finn,” she gasps as I lick over her neck. “Gonna come.”
It’s her third orgasm already, and drawing them from her body is liberating. To watch her fall apart and bring her back together again. It’s euphoric in the best way. I’d rather make her come a thousand times over than ever reach one myself.
God, it turns me on to turn her on, and she drowns in it.
“Take it,” I say quietly as I throw my back to the bed and thrust myself up into her. “Take it, baby.”
Maya’s eyes roll back as her orgasm takes over. I pound into her over and over until she’s screaming and trembling in my hold. I watch every second, and the way her face twists with pleasure. The sounds she makes are straight out of my dreams, and nothing is reserved.
The sight of her coming undone is my undoing.
I was barely holding on the first two times, especially when I was on my knees and eating her out while rubbing my cock against the bed.
I could have bolted right there when she wrapped her legs around my head and ground her core against my mouth as she came.
Hottest. Thing. Ever.
I follow straight after her and fill her up with my cum until it’s practically leaking out of her. It’s become a new kink between us to breed her over and over, but she’s still taking her contraception—although we both know it’s not one hundred percent.
We groan as we move as one, my orgasm flashing through my body like a rocket. “Fuck,” Maya groans as I thrust into her one last time.
I smooth back her long hair as she keeps her chest pressed against mine, our hearts thrashing in unison. We stay like this for a long moment until she rolls off me and onto her back. Our eyes lock on the ceiling as we catch our breaths, and a smile graces my lips.
Maya pushes herself up onto her elbow and stares down at me. My hand slides through her dark hair, and I exhale with satisfaction. I lean forward and press my lips to hers.
“I’m so lucky to be loved by you,” I whisper against her mouth.
Because your love saved me in more ways than I can begin to understand.
She pulls back an inch and cups the side of my face, eyes filling with admiration. “I’m so lucky to be loved by you, too.”
We lay in each other’s arms for a few minutes before she perches her chin on her chest and watches me. I flick my eyes between hers for a moment as she chews on her lip.
“What?”
“It’s springtime,” she states.
“I know,” I say with a confused smile.
“We should go see the cherry blossoms at the Royal Park,” she suggests, eyes lighting up. “Remember, we went there when we first met?”
“How could I forget?” I ask as I brush my fingers through her hair and pull it away from her face. “One of the best days I’ve had.”
Maya smiles back at me. “Same, before Skye, of course.”
“Oh, of course.”
“Can we go?”
I nod. “Whatever you wanna do, sunshine.”
Maya leaps off the bed and rushes to the bathroom, squealing as she tries to keep her legs closed. I don’t fight the grin that works its way onto my face. When she returns, she’s in a fluffy towel with her hair damp.
I step out of bed and make my way to her before leaning down and brushing my lips over hers. “Today’s going to be a good day,” I murmur.
Her big brown eyes gleam as she buries her teeth into her bottom lip. “Yeah. It really is.”
Once we’re dressed and ready for the day, we head over to the Royal Park. I hold onto Skye’s pram as we head towards the bright row of cherry blossom trees on this clear morning. It’s been a long winter, but seeing the colours of spring makes everything feel brighter.
Maya insists we take some photos as she picks Skye up from the pram and props her up in her arms as she wears the cutest yellow and cream outfit. We snap some pictures and take a family selfie with the pink blossoms in the background.
“I love this place,” Maya sighs dreamily. “Reminds me of us so much.”
“Me too.”
“Which also reminds me,” she says as she swishes her hips from side to side.
I adjust Skye in my arms as she grabs onto the collar of my jacket. “What?”
“We’ve got an appointment in an hour.”
My forehead creases. “Appointment for what?”
“To go to the registry office.”
“Maya, you’re not making any sense.”
She steps forward to place her hand on my shoulder and the other around Skye’s back, which is in my arm. “So we can put you on the birth certificate as Skye’s father. I managed to get the application through, and they gave us a slot for today.”
My mouth parts as I flick my eyes between hers. “Are you serious?”
“Yeah.” She beams. “And I was thinking of changing her surname from Brooke to Thompson. What do you think?”
I breathe out jaggedly, digesting her words. “Maya—”
I’m lost for words, literally.
“It’s been long overdue,” she murmurs as she slides her hand up my neck and cups the back of my head. “It might be a bit of paper, but to me it’s so much more than that. We’re a family, and I want it to be official.”
Without hesitation, I lean forward, wrap my arms around Maya, and hold her close. “Oh my god,” I blubber with a tremble. “Please tell me you’re not joking.”
“I’d never joke about this.”
I pull back and hold her face with my hand. “She’s going to be Skye Thompson?”
“Yeah,” Maya whispers with the softest expression.
“Fuck,” I murmur and kiss her tenderly. “You have no idea how much that means to me.”
My eyes water with pure emotion. When it comes to my family, all I seem to do is cry. They’re my entire world, and I’m not afraid to show how much they mean to me.
“I love you,” I whisper as I hold her close. “I love you so much, Maya.”
“I know.” She beams up at me. “I love you, too.”
My forehead presses against hers, and we stay like this for a while. “Only one Thompson to go,” I say lightheartedly.
She chuckles softly. “It doesn’t matter when I become a Thompson. We’re a family regardless.”
“It does matter when you become a Thompson,” I say as my brows furrow an inch. “I want you to be a Thompson now. If you’d like to take my last name.”
Maya’s smile increases. “Of course I’d like to take your last name, but we can take our time, Finn.
There’s no rush. This is the first step, and I’m enjoying life right now.
We still have a month left of university, then we’re graduating and moving out.
We’ve got a lot going on, and it doesn’t have to come at once. ”
“You’re right. Thank you for doing this. It means everything to me.”
“You deserve this,” she says as I kiss Skye’s forehead.
“No, we deserve this.”
My eyes lock on Maya’s, and I know that everything is exactly how it’s meant to be.
“You helped me find home,” she says as she nuzzles her face into my chest. “I couldn’t imagine a life without you and Skye.”
I close my eyes with contentment. “Me neither, sunshine. This is home and always will be.”
