Ava Gray #3
We stood around Julia’s living room trying to teach Stephanie the routine, and it was the funniest shit ever.
It’s not like she had to bounce around or twerk.
All she had to do was move her arms, and her ass was still off beat.
Homegirl looked and acted just like Bobbi Althoff.
After a good thirty minutes, we finally got her on point.
Before we could start recording, Julia disappeared.
While we waited for her to return, Aja started teaching Stephanie how to pop her butt.
When I said I couldn’t stop laughing, I had tears in my eyes.
The ringing of the doorbell caused us all to look at each other.
Julia came from around the corner with a grin.
“I hope y’all don't mind, but I invited someone over. I need a quick fix,” she whispered while walking toward the front.
We all sat around with smug looks. Moments later, Julia came back, holding hands with Ace.
“Aye, I don’t wanna hear shit.” He said, coming past us.
We just threw our hands up and kept our mouths shut while trying not to laugh too hard.
My brother gave Julia her first dose of the BBC and sis was hooked.
That nigga was like a drug that gave her the best high she could ever experience.
Right behind them, Ethan and Duke smoothly walked in.
My eyes were trained on the sexy white chocolate brotha coming straight toward me.
“Having fun?” He kissed my cheek.
“Of course.” I smiled.
I was drunk as hell.
“Why y’all coming in here crashing our party? I suggested male strippers, not y’all niggas.” Aja smacked her lips.
“Well surprise,” Duke said and sat beside her.
“What’s up?” I heard him speak to Stephanie.
“Y’all damn sure don’t need no male strippers in this bitch dressed like that.” Ethan looked me over.
I laughed with a roll of my eyes.
“I thought y’all were just having a girls’ night. Y’all turned it into a sleepover?” he asked.
“Pretty much.” I shrugged. “Are you going to stay to tuck me in?” I winked.
“You want me to?” He licked his sexy lips.
“Mannn, where did Julia go? Because everybody got a dick in their face but me,” Aja complained.
“I wasn’t gonna say nothing, but it’s definitely enough of me to go around if y'all with it.” Duke spoke up with a grin.
“What kinda freak show do you think this is?” Aja eyed him.
“Shit, you complaining, I’m just tryin’ to make your night better.” He licked his lips.
As they sat going back and forth, Ethan pulled me off to the side. He draped his arm around me while caressing my left breast.
“I’m flying out to Vegas for a few days to handle business,” he blurted, snatching my attention.
“Okay, Vegas sounds nice. When are you going?” I asked.
“I have to leave out first thing in the morning.”
“Oh.” I frowned.
I wondered why he didn’t tell me this earlier when we were together. Unless it had just come about. I was going to assume the plans came about after he dropped me off.
“Time will go by so quickly, you won’t even notice.” He hugged me.
“I’m sure my work schedule will be loaded, which will give me no time to miss you.” I smirked.
“It doesn't matter how busy you are. I know damn well you’re going to miss me. Watch, you’ll be texting me before my flight takes off, cryin’ and shit.”
I laughed out loud because I could definitely see myself doing that. Now that he mentioned it, I made a mental note to purposely refrain from texting his ass.
“I might miss you a little bit.” I rolled my eyes. “Are y’all just stopping through, or are y’all going to chill with us for a while?”
“We’re just stopping through. I have something I wanted to drop off to you before the night was over. Julia decided she wanted to be on some hoe shit, so she wanted me to bring Ace too. Can you believe they've been hooking up since that night at the strip club?”
“We literally just found out forty five minutes ago.” I laughed.
“Yeah, me too.” He shook his head. “Let’s disappear right quick, I need to show you something.” He tucked his bottom lip as he led me to the front door.
“Why are you covering my eyes?” I giggled as we stepped outside. “Ethan, I’ve been drinking, you better not let me trip over anything.”
“You won’t, just take slow steps.”
One hand covered my eyes, while the other was wrapped around my waist resting on my stomach. Ethan guided me from behind until we came to a complete stop.
“Are you ready?”
“Yes.”
The moment he removed his hands and my eyes adjusted, my mouth dropped open. My body froze in complete shock but the excitement that radiated through me brought tears to my eyes.
“You can’t be serious right now. Ethan…what the hell is this?” I felt my hands shaking.
“It’s your new car.” He kissed my cheek and pulled me toward it.
An all black Maybach truck with dark tinted windows was parked in front of me with a hot pink ribbon tied on top. A fuckin Maybach! Ethan opened the driver side door and I stood speechless. I literally cried as I jumped into his arms hugging him tight. I held on to him not wanting to let go.
“It’s brand new off the loading truck. The title and registration is on the dash. Everything is in your name.”
Once I finally let him go, he handed me the keys. I could no longer control my excitement as I jumped around like a little kid. The interior was custom barbie pink with my name embroidered in black on the head rest. I couldn’t wait to show Savannah, I knew she was going to be just as excited.
“I have to show my sister.” I shrieked, ready to take off.
“Nah, she already saw it. She actually helped pick it out. How about you hop your fine ass inside so I can take you for a ride before I fly out.” He slapped my butt.
I knew damn well he wasn’t talking about actually driving out the driveway.
Therefore, he didn’t have to tell me twice.
We both slid into the back seat. The way the drinks had me feeling, I was ready to clock in on demon time.
We wasted no time getting down to business.
I made sure I sucked him up real good before we had all four tires bouncing on rims.
TWO DAYS LATER…
Finally, my day was just about over, and I was ready to get back to the house for a nice, hot shower.
The schedule was hectic today. It had my feet throbbing from running around in those damn heels.
I was rushing around, trying to get Savannah together, but I messed around and forgot to grab my flats that I left by the front door.
This whole week had been crazy, and I was glad I had the next day off.
I made plans to take Savannah out to the skating rink to have some fun.
Maybe go out to get some ice cream or go see a movie.
It was getting a little late when I pulled up to my last drop.
Trenton had called me last minute, saying he had some important folders on his desk, and he asked me to bring them to him.
Normally, he’d have Stephanie run all of his errands.
He made it very clear that he didn’t like me.
We barely exchanged words, especially after that day he called me out for coming in late.
After parking my car, I grabbed my tote bag with his things before heading to the door.
Trenton had a nice ass house. In my opinion, it seemed a little too big for someone who wasn’t married with kids.
But, hey, what did I know? I wasn’t a millionaire who had parents who were billionaires.
I rang the doorbell twice and waited patiently for him or anyone to come to the door.
It was a little brisk outside, and the wind had picked up due to a storm rolling in within the next couple of hours.
I knew I would be sleeping good tonight.
I stood outside for two minutes, waiting for Trenton.
My patience was running thin, so I pulled out my work phone to call him.
Before I could press his speed dial number, his door swung open.
“I thought you were going to call a few minutes before pulling up.” He sniffed.
“Um, yeah, I meant to. I’m sorry.” I apologized before digging into my tote.
“Here are all the folders you asked for.” I handed him the stack.
“Thank you.” He grabbed them from me.
“Have a great night.” I forced a smile, then turned away.
“Wait a minute. Do you mind coming in for a second?”
“I actually have to get going.”
“It won’t take long.” He smiled.
I contemplated for a moment before I moved toward him.
He stood with the door wide open, allowing me into his home.
It was so open, so spacious inside. Nice furniture, but there wasn’t much decoration.
He had a nice choice of color painted on the wall, but it still seemed so plain.
Boring. All he needed to do was hire an interior designer to make his shit pop.
“Do you like the place?” he asked, catching me off guard.
“Uh… yeah. It’s very nice.” I smiled.
He led me into what I assumed was the living room area.
The TV was playing, and the lights seemed a little dim, but they were on.
Trenton stood off to the side of the room, facing the cabinets lining the wall.
His back was turned to me while he rambled about some shit.
I didn’t have the slightest idea what he was talking about.
He wasn’t really talking about shit, so I didn’t know why he even asked me to come inside.
There wasn’t anything he was trying to show me either, or at least I thought so.
“Word around the office is that you like white guys.” He came out of nowhere.
My neck snapped with an attitude because what the fuck did that have to do with my job?
Also, who was spreading this word around?
I mean, I’m not going to say it’s a lie, but it damn sure ain’t nobody's business to know that. It’s not that I was trying to hide the fact that Ethan and I had a thing going on, but damn.
This was the second time it had been brought to my attention because people want to be nosey so bad.
