19. Chapter 19
Chapter 19
N az had decided to take out Rocks first, to kill him in his sleep. The asshole hit like his name. Naz still remembered the punch to his gut.
Rocks usually woke Naz and Meg up and kicked them out, but he didn’t come to the trailer that morning. Naz was already awake and wired with adrenaline. He needed to calm down.
It didn’t help that Meg had shifted to sprawl over him instead of spooning so that her crotch rested over his. It made him nervous, but he shouldn’t have worried. He didn’t get hard.
The shirt she was wearing had ridden up, reminding him that she didn’t have any underwear on. Her ass didn’t look like any of the men’s he’d seen. It was rounder, curvier, and there was a birthmark high on the left cheek he’d never noticed before. He’d seen her naked plenty. Why hadn’t he ever seen that dark dot?
His hands itched with the urge to trace the mark with his finger. Would it be raised a little from her skin? Or would it be as smooth and soft there as her whole ass looked?
He shouldn’t touch her ass. Especially when she was sleeping. She’d think he meant something by it. Staring at her ass didn’t make his dick twitch.
The thought of dicks and asses together caused the voices to whisper in his head.
Meg stirred. Remembered laughter filled his mind, along with grunts and groans. She stretched on top of his body, every brush only making his vision narrow further as darkness encroached.
He blinked, trying to drag his mind back. He couldn’t have an episode. Everything that went down had to be planned, controlled.
Meg pushed herself up and leaned into his face. When her lips brushed against his, the voices in his head stuttered to silence. No one had ever kissed him on the lips before.
The amber of her eyes burned into him as their gazes locked, chasing out the darkness.
“Good morning.”
“Meg.” It wasn’t exactly the same as a morning greeting, but he never got sick of saying her name. He barely had to think about it anymore.
“Oh!” She giggled, leaning in and giving him his second kiss, just as brief. “It looks like you didn’t hate it,” she said. “I was worried you would.” She brushed a finger along his bottom lip.
He hadn’t lost any feeling in his lips, just the ability for his brain to move them easily. And apparently, his lower lip was sensitive as hell. While her kiss hadn’t done much besides shock him, her finger sparked incredible tingles that shot straight to his dick.
He dumped her onto the bed as he scrambled up, escaping into the bathroom.
What the fuck? He’d had her pussy pressed against his dick most of the night without a twitch, but it was a playful swipe of her finger that made him hard?
At least his panic had scared his erection away again. He pissed for good measure, then flushed and washed his hands. He met his gaze in the mirror, telling himself to get his shit together.
Meg had left the bedroom, but she stood just outside of it, fidgeting. Her smile was gone. The tightness around her eyes eased when he crossed to her.
“Julio didn’t come. But he’s got to be pissed, right? Of course he’s pissed. I don’t know what to do.” She leaned into him, pressing her forehead against his chest. “You think he’d notice if we stayed in here all day again?”
He smoothed a hand over her back. She was jittery, tension tightening the muscles there.
He wondered if that tension would be made better or worse if he told her he planned to kill Julio.
Her head lifted suddenly, almost clipping his chin.
“Rocks isn’t here.” She frowned at the empty bed. “That means the dealers are coming today. That pile of drugs was the biggest yet, much bigger than anything Julio handled before. I guess the person he had me fuck came through.” Her lips twisted as she grabbed onto the material of Naz’s undershirt near his stomach. It made his muscles there flex.
Her face smoothed. “This is a good thing. He doesn’t like me around the dealers when they come. I can just hide out here for the day while you go help. The extra money coming in might even make Julio forget I never fucked him last night.”
She’d be safer out of the way while he took care of things. The way she bounced on her feet shifted the shirt she wore up her thighs, and he remembered all over again that it was all she was wearing.
There was something too vulnerable about her being naked underneath.
Meg bit her lip. “I know that doesn’t get you out of seeing him. I’m being selfish again, aren’t I?”
Naz shook his head.
“So it’s okay if I stay here?” she asked, twisting his shirt.
He hesitated, then shrugged with a headshake. She could stay there, but they were going to get her some clothes first. Ones that weren’t still sopping wet on the floor of the bathroom.
Meg often seemed to understand what he didn’t say, but her forehead creased as she frowned up at him.
Instead of pulling out his phone, Naz reached under the shirt she wore and stroked her ass, right over the birthmark he’d stared at for so long. He’d been right about her smooth skin. Even that dark mark was smooth, not raised.
Meg shuddered, and he jerked his hand away. Her eyelids lowered, and her lips parted as she stared up at him.
“Oh!” she gasped. She blinked and let go of his shirt, pulling back. “You were reminding me I don’t have any underwear on. So you’re good with me being here, but think I should get a change of clothes first.” She bit her lip, her legs restless, brushing together. “Shit, I’m so nervous I have to pee.”
He watched her hurry to the bathroom and close the door behind her before he cracked open the trailer door. No one was in the yard.
Naz grabbed his dry shirt off the railing and slipped it on, covering the gun he always wore at the small of his back. He’d tucked the holster there again that morning.
When Meg appeared beside him, he crouched and helped her slip her shoes on so she wouldn’t flash her ass or pussy, even if there was no one but him to see it.
Julio wasn’t in the other trailer when they entered; no one was. They were all in the warehouse.
Meg stripped off his shirt to change.
Naz turned around so her naked body wouldn’t distract him. If Julio stomped over to the trailer, he would switch the order around and kill him first. If he didn’t use his gun, none of the others would even know right away.
Naz wasn’t that lucky. It wasn’t until he was walking Meg back over to the other trailer that Julio called toward them from the open warehouse entrance.
“Get your asses over here!”
Julio wasn’t scowling. He had a shit-eating grin on that made Naz’s skin crawl.
Meg tugged on her shorts. She wore the flannel shirt she’d had on the first day, open over a crop top even though it was hot enough for Naz to feel sweat drip down his back. She crossed her arms, as if hugging the edges into place.
“Guess it’d be bad not to go,” she mumbled, walking ahead of him.
Naz followed her. Everyone was inside, just like he’d expected.
“Look at the amount of this shit,” Julio said. “We’re going to be rolling in it more than usual.” There was a brightness to his eyes that made Naz wonder if he was high.
Meg moved toward Julio with a laugh that rang false. “You’re so awesome, baby.”
Julio clamped an arm around her.
Naz put his back to the wall and took in the crew. Most were around the table near Julio.
Seb walked over to Naz, leaning against the wall so close their shoulders touched.
Naz wanted to pull away, but he kept himself still. Seb wore his typical smile, curled up at the edges. It looked like shit paired with a raw and bruised forehead.
“I can’t believe you headbutted me,” Seb muttered.
Naz said a lot of nothing. He stared over to where Julio was hanging on to Meg like he had to leash her.
If the rest of the crew were high, he could shoot them all before they realized what was happening. Seb was right next to him, though. Seb had pulled his gun on the dealers nearly as fast as Naz, and he was already eyeing him.
“Fuck.” Seb dragged out the word, his smile fading as he studied Naz, though he didn’t say anything else.
Naz focused on Julio again.
“It’s a gift,” Julio was saying to Meg. “I was an asshole yesterday. Let me make it up to you.”
Meg tried to back away from the pill he was holding out, but Julio’s arm kept her in place. “It was my fault,” she said. “I shouldn’t have been so annoying.” Instead of trying to back away from him again, she turned her body into his, walking her hand up his arm before pressing her breasts against him. “I don’t want to annoy you today. The dealers are coming, aren’t they? I’ll go hide in the trailer so I don’t get in the way.”
Julio reached for her ponytail, jerking her head back.
Meg let out a surprised gasp.
Naz rocked on his heels. No. He couldn’t go for Julio yet. They were too close together. He might get her killed.
“Trying to tell me how to run things?” Julio asked, his face brushing hers.
“N-no.” Meg closed her eyes.
“Fuck, you’re so tense.” Julio released her. His lips twitched at the way she stumbled to catch herself. “I need you to loosen up. Take the pill.”
Meg’s eyes flicked to it. “Are we testing the product again?” Her eyes moved to Rocks and Miguel, avoiding Carlos before returning to Julio. She didn’t look at Naz at all. “Everyone’s having one?” she asked.
“Seriously, relax. I’m not trying to poison you or some shit.” Julio moved into her, kissing her hard before pressing the pill against her lips. “Trust me. Being high is going to help you with what I’ve got in mind.”
Naz’s throat tightened as he watched Meg’s lips part for the pill.
“Come on. Suck my fingers like you’ve done before,” Julio said.
She did as he asked, sucking them into her mouth, her cheeks pulling in before she eased off and curled her tongue around the tips in a lick.
“Make sure you swallow,” Julio urged.
Meg swallowed.
Miguel laughed, rubbing a hand down his chest.
Julio grabbed her jaw. “Open up. Show me it’s gone.”
Meg did as she was told.
“Under the tongue, too.”
Meg hesitated, her hands shaking.
“I fucking knew it.” Julio forced her mouth shut, covering it with his hand as his other wrapped around her throat. “Swallow the damn pill, or I’ll fuck your ass so hard you won’t sit for a week.”
Naz’s hand moved to his back, resting on his gun.
“Hey, ease off!” Seb called from beside him. “Jesus, if she doesn’t want to take it, she doesn’t take it.”
Carlos let out a nervous laugh. “I kinda agree. Drugs are supposed to be fun.”
“Shut the fuck up,” Julio said, stroking her neck as it shifted with her swallow. “That’s my girl.” He replaced his hand over her mouth with his lips.
Naz watched Julio’s tongue darting inside her, his stomach swirling at the flashes of pink.
Meg tried her best to keep up. She was panting by the time she broke away for air.
Julio’s hands dropped as he watched her back up. “Too much for you? Don’t worry. You won’t want to stop fucking once the high hits.” He laughed.
Carlos and Miguel laughed with him. Even Rocks smiled.
Naz considered the best order to kill them in.
Seb sighed.
Meg closed her eyes. When she reopened them, the smile Naz had seen before, wide with an edge, slid into place. She closed the distance between her and Julio, a sway in her hips. Her hand cupped him through his jeans. “Want me to suck you first? I get so wet with your cock down my throat.” She rubbed his growing bulge.
Julio stroked her neck. “There’s the little slut I enjoy.”
Meg blinked, some of her tension fading as his touch remained gentle.
Julio’s gaze shifted, his eyes locking with Naz’s. “We don’t need any limp dicks watching. I’ve got no problem with you running away if you don’t want to see me fucking her. Go get my woman some of that gummy shit she likes.”
Naz didn’t move. Julio and Meg were still too close together for Naz to kill him, so he relaxed against the wall, making his intentions to stay clear enough.
Seb pushed off. “If he won’t leave, I will. I don’t want to be part of this shit.” He didn’t look at anyone as he walked out of the warehouse.
Miguel snorted. “His loss.”
Julio continued to study Naz, his eyebrows pulling together.
Meg giggled. “His loss? Am I that good of a show?”
Julio’s eyes shifted to her, his hand tightening on her neck. “Come on. I know you’ve figured it out.” His other hand moved between her legs, grabbing her in a way that made her flinch. “You’re getting fucked today. Fucked as much as you’ve always wanted.”
Meg’s smile cracked, and she struggled to swallow. “I only want you, Julio. Your dick is more than enough for me.”
“Don’t worry.” Julio’s hand moved from her crotch to her breast, making her wince again with his rough squeeze. “We’ll make Rocks go last so his massive cock doesn’t stretch you for the rest of us.”
Rocks barked out a laugh, shaking his head. “I always ease it in. She’s got nothing to worry about.”
Naz watched Meg’s face. One more wince or flinch or worse, if she started to cry, fuck waiting for his moment. Naz was ready to shoot the other three fuckers and drag Julio away from her, squeezing the life out of him with his bare hands. See how he liked it.
Naz’s luck, the asshole would come in his pants. The edges of his vision dimmed. Their laughter was already mingling with the laughter that lived in his head.
Julio’s hand on her chest flipped the open edge of the flannel. “Strip for us. Give us something to look at.” He shifted his hips, pushing his dick against her unmoving hand. “Then you can take my cock out and suck on it like a pacifier until the high hits.” He stroked her neck. “You’ll be moaning soon enough. You get so horny when you’re high, baby, and this time I gave you something special. Don’t pretend you won’t love this. Hell, you’ll probably exhaust the four of us.”
Meg pulled her hand away from Julio’s jeans. Her face unfroze, her lips spreading into a smirk. “The five of you.”
Julio blinked at her. “What?”
“You mean the five of you.” She turned, her amber gaze locking onto Naz for the first time since they’d entered the warehouse. “I’ll only fuck the rest of you if Ignacio joins in.”
Julio jerked her closer by the neck, making her choke. “What the fuck are you saying?”
Meg kneed him in the balls, and Julio released her to grab his crotch.
She raced toward Naz, throwing herself at him even as he moved forward to catch her. He staggered from her momentum. She wrapped herself around him, legs and arms, clinging with all her might.
“You fucking bitch!” Julio shouted.
“No, I’m a slut like you said. And I’ve wanted Ignacio’s dick inside me for so long.” Meg loosened her hold enough to stare into Naz’s eyes. “So he fucks me first.” Her jaw firmed, and she looked back over her shoulder at Julio without any trace of her smile. “But if he won’t do it, I’m masturbating until this fucking drug wears off and not one of you gets to fuck me.”
“Naz,” Julio warned. “If you touch her, I’m killing you both.”
Meg’s arms tightened on his neck, and she curled into him again, her face close enough that her lips brushed his ear.
Naz wished he could pull her even closer.
“Chill, Julio,” Rocks said. “I’ve heard Naz can’t even get hard. No one has seen him fuck anyone.”
“I’m sorry,” Meg whispered. “I’m so sorry.” She kept repeating it in his ear, every puff of breath sending tingles through his body.
“I’m going to fucking kill them.”
Naz barely heard Julio’s threat over Meg’s continued apology.
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.”
He wasn’t sure what she was sorry for. That she was using him like a shield? He didn’t mind.
Meg knew Naz wouldn’t fuck her. She had to know. She was pressed against him, and he wasn’t hard at all.
He couldn’t get hard, not with the voices writhing in his head, becoming loud enough to drown out even Meg’s whispers.
Naz could barely see Julio’s fury through his dimming vision. Julio stomped toward them.
“She’s fucking all of us, and she’ll enjoy every second of it.”
Julio’s threat made Meg’s voice, a memory of her voice, join all the others in his head.
She was saying she’d rather die.
Naz shifted her so he could clutch her with one hand and reached for his gun.
Carlos’s laugh sliced through the ones in his head, unnaturally loud. “I was told Naz prefers getting fucked versus fucking. That he likes getting railed hard, probably more than your girl.”
Naz’s hearing snapped out, his vision went black, and he lost awareness of everything around him. Everything, including Meg, who was so close but could never be close enough.
