CHAPTER 15

Mayil is barely able to open her eyes. She feels as if she has been sleeping for many hours, but as soon as she opens her eyes, she sees the walls of the hospital, and she remembers that she had come here with her father.

"Papa….."

"My Jagdish is alright now and will be fine even more. If he gets his company back,

On hearing this voice, Mayil looks at the owner of the voice with shock and sees her grandfather sitting in front. She gets some comfort because she doesn't know how long she was sleeping or unconscious, so she is assured that her grandfather loves her father very much and will be taking care of him.

"Grandpa, how is Papa?"

"The operation was successful, and he has been shifted to another room as well. But I don't think he will be able to control himself when he regains consciousness. By the way, doctors say that it will take a long time for him to regain consciousness; it may take 2 days or even 3 days."

Mayil gets up from there and walks towards the door to go to her father, but her grandfather holds her, makes her sit again, and says softly.

"The doctor has told you to take rest; take rest for a while. Anyway, Jagdish is also not conscious at all now, and no one even knows when he will come to his senses. I have to talk to you, which is very important. I know Jagdish doesn't want to tell you right now because he feels that you are not in a position to understand anything. But I can't stop myself now, so I want to tell you everything."

Mayil and her grandpa have never had any good terms. Neither do they like to talk to each other, but it is not that both of them have never spoken to each other. So, listening to his words, Mayil quietly sits on the bed again. She asked him.

"Mamma has not come with you."

Mohan keeps looking at Mayil for 2 minutes. Then, taking a deep breath, he tells her softly.

"She will never come. Jagdish lied to you. Your mother had closed her eyes forever three years ago by falling from the stairs."

Mayil feels as if someone has put burning lava in her ear. She doesn't understand at all what has just been said to her. Mohan is understanding her situation very well, but he cannot do anything, so he continues to make his point further.

"The doctor told us not to give you any kind of stress. That's why we were hiding this news, but now the situation has become very bad. That's why I have to tell you everything."

After this sudden revelation, Mayil is not in any position. She is just sitting quietly, and tears are running down her eyes. Mohan understands this condition very well, but he is very worried for Jagdish more than anything. That's why he doesn't want to weaken himself under any circumstances.

"Mrityunjay Sisodia always has a habit of winning. He has ruined many companies, and now his eyes are on Jagdish-only companies. This company, Jagdish, is his life. That's why he is in this position today."

Mayil starts looking at her grandfather with a sigh, but her grandfather does not stop because he knows that stopping means losing all hope.

"1 days ago, Jagdish had written all his property in your name, because of which you are now the CEO of the same company. I do not know how you will handle this situation. But it's time to take over your father's position, and your father can't see his company sinking like this."

One after the other, thunderstorms are falling on Mayil. Her condition is getting worse than what she should do and what not to do. She is listening to everything, but her brain has stopped working completely. She speaks in a meek voice.

"How will I handle all this situation suddenly? I don't understand anything. Papa is also in such a condition that if he cannot tell me anything, what will I do? ..."

Mohan comes and sits beside her, but she is staring straight in front of him. He is repeatedly looking at his watch, which Mayil is also noticing. She looks at her grandfather and asks him.

"What happened?"

She has not yet forgotten the sorrow of her mother's passing, but it is very important for her to stop her tears. She was very worried about her father at the time. Therefore, she cannot show the grief of losing her mother to anyone. Her grandfather says:.

"If Shweta were there today, she would not have allowed Jagdish to come into this situation in any case because she was very capable of dealing with every problem, but you are a child yourself. What should I tell you about what you should and shouldn't do?"

Mayil is ready to do anything for her father, so she fully stands up in front of her grandfather. While her condition is not such that she can even stand in front of him and talk to him properly, she tells him.

"I am ready to do anything for my father. Just tell me, what should I do?"

Mohan quietly starts looking at Mayil. He sees Shweta in her. He starts smiling but immediately hides his smile and tells her, wiping his tears away from her sharp eyes.

"You are weak; just relax because we have to think about how to handle this situation. I have a meeting with Mr.Sisodia tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. I will see what I can do, but I know very well that nothing can happen now. He is completely adamant about buying our entire shares."

She is putting a lot of emphasis on her mind, but this person named Sisodia cannot be able to remember her at all. But whenever he is mentioned, a different tinge arises in her heart. Mohan starts leaving from there, but Mayil's voice stops his steps where he is.

"You are here with Papa, so I am going home. I don't want to stay here because I want to be close to my mom. I don't know how you will get discharged, but I have to go from here and will go myself to meet Mr. Sisodia tomorrow. You don't need to be worried. I will see what can be done in this matter."

Mohan doesn't know what to say to her, but that's all he asks her.

"If you want, I can go with you to Mr. Sisodia."

"No, you have been with Papa. It is very important to have someone with him."

Saying this, Mayil walks out. Mohan also does not stop her at all, nor does he follow her just calls the doctor to instruct him to discharge her. As Mayil is coming out of the hospital, tears are also coming out of her eyes; she cannot stop herself, which she has been trying for so long.

The car is waiting for her outside. She immediately sits in her car and starts crying loudly. The driver can understand her pain but cannot say anything, so he directly takes her to the house. She runs to her father's room, where there is a picture of her mother, and she is smiling with her small family.

She keeps crying while holding the mother's photo to her chest, and she sits on the ground. Her eyes are not taking the name of moving away from her mother's photo. She is crying constantly, looking at her and saying.

"I will make everything right, no matter what I have to do for it."
