His Peace, Her Saviour

Chapter 1

Shivansh's POV

It was early morning and just another day of eat, work, sleep and repeat. I don't understand the point of my existence. Well, lets start with the day anyways.

I got up from the bed and did my morning routine, then departed to the gym. Gym is the place where I can pour out all the emotions.

Btw, I am Shivansh Singh Rajvansh, the "CEO" of Rajvansh empire. My father handed me the company to handle.

After I finished my gym, I got ready and went downstairs for office. The first thing I noticed were my cousins- Aarav and Aarohi bickering over god knows what, as I reached downstairs they rushed to me.

Aarav said," Bhai, dekhlo isko, yeh mujhe apna driver samajh baithi hai, raat ko party mein jaana hai toh mumma ne ise kaha ki mujhe saath le jaaye aur yeh keh rahi hai ki main jau aur waha gadi mein hi wait karu. Bhai mujhe nai jaana."

(Brother, see, she is thinking of me as a driver. She has to attend a party at night and mumma asked her to take me. She is saying that I should take her and wait in the car for her. I don't want to go brother.)

These two!!

Mrs. Rajvansh(My stepmother) said," Aarav, tumhari mumma ne keh diya hai ab tum isse yeh baat kyu keh rhe ho? Yeh hota kaun hai beech mein bolne wala?"

(Aarav, your mother has told you then why are complaining to him. Who is he to speak in these matter.)

Well, these is daily routine. My stepmother and my Chachi (aunt) hate me to the core. They don't even like me living here but my grandparents love me a lot so they can't say anything. But these taunts and hateful words are a daily dose. My Chachu (uncle) is not like the ladies, he cares for me, checks on me once in a while but he has been a bit aloof since Papa left us. No one can blame him, they were best friends of each other.

I replied to Aarav," Mein Aaru ki party k time tak aane ki koshish karunga aur ise le chalunga Aarav."

(I will try to come till the time of Aaru's party and take her there Aarav.)

Then Aarav and Aarohi both said in unison,"Sorry bhai, woh humari wajah se..." I cut them in middle,"Koi baat nhi." And gave them a smile.

(Sorry, brother, because of us...)

(It's okay.)

At that time Dadu and Dadi came. I wished them Good Morning and told them that I was going office. Dadi asked me about breakfast but I told that I would do it in office.

To be honest, Mrs, Rajvansh does not like me in the house during their family time i.e. breakfast and dinner. So I try to not be there at that time. I leave before breakfast and come late at night after everybody has left to their rooms.

I reached Rajvansh empire building. Everybody wished me and I replied with nod and reached my cabin at 14th floor. My PA Yug gave me my schedule and I started the work and meetings. I told Yug to clear my schedule till 7pm.

At lunch time, Rajveer, my younger brother came in my office. He is the COO of the company.

Rajveer," Bhai, chaliye lunch kar lete hai."

(Brother, let's have lunch.)

Mrs. Rajvansh daily sends lunch for Raj and he always shares with me. At first I used to refuse but he did not budge so now I don't argue.

I replied with OK.

At 7, my all work was completed so I reach Rajvansh Mansion. I called Aaru outside and took her to the party. I waited in the car the whole time. She returned at about 11 pm. Oh! My sister looks tired. I ignited the engine and roared towards the mansion. Well mansion cause there is no home for me.

As we reached home, I saw Aaru had dozed off.

I decided not to wake her up as she seemed tired from the party. So I picked her up like a baby as she is my little baby sister. I brought her in the house and made her sleep in her room and covered her with blanket.

As I left her room to go to my room, I realised I was hungry but I was not in the mood to eat, well, who would be, late night and eating alone is not my thing though I am used to it but nevermind. I just went in kitchen and got an apple and a water bottle amd went back to my room.

As I lay on my bed after freshning up, I tried to sleep. After tossing and turning, I did not realized when I dozed off.
