Chapter 18
Author's POV
Shivansh and Ruhanika were sitting in the car, Shivansh driving.
Ruhanika,"Shiv, aap thik hai? Hum phir kabhi bhi jaa sakte hai."
Shivansh,"Main thik hu Ruhh. Aur thank you. Chachi k samne woh kehne k liye."
Ruhanika nodded and thought to lift his mood so she spoke,"Achha bataiye hum kaha jaa rahe hai?"
Shivansh chuckled and spoke,"Abhi toh tum keh rahi thi ki phir kabhi bhi jaa sakte hai? Aur ab kaha ja rahe hai woh jan na hai?"
Ruhanika,"Ab aap le hi jaa rahe hai toh bataiye na please."
Shivansh,"Surprise hai. Wait karo."
Ruhanika nodded and sat quietly. After 25 minutes, Shivansh stopped the car.
Ruhanika looked around to see they were at a fancy restaurant.
Shivansh came out of the car and got Ruhanika out. They entered the restaurant and it was empty. Shivansh had booked it for privacy. Shivansh took Ruhanika to a table in the corner at a far end. Both of them sat besides each other.
Shivansh,"Kaisa laga?"
Ruhanika,"Shiv, yaha aur koi nai hai shayad yeh band hai."
Shivansh,"Band nahi hai, maine book ki hai. Taaki hum shanti se yaha dinner karke baith sake aur koi disturb na kare."
Ruhanika,"Aisa bhi hota hai?"
Shivansh,"Hota hai Ruhh. Humein paise deke booking karvani hoti hai. Achha woh chhodo aur yeh menu dekho, kya khaogi?"
Ruhanika,"Mujhe nahi pata. Aap hi bata dijiye na. Main kabhi hotel nahi aayi toh mujhe nahi pata kaise karte hai order."
Shivansh,"Try toh karo Ruhh. Jo tunhe pasand hai khane mein woh order kardo."
Ruhanika,"Mujhe sab pasand hai. Aap kar dijiye na."
Shivansh decided not to push her further and let her be confortable at her pace. He ordered their food.
Shivansh,"Achha Ruhh, aur batao mujhe tumne kya nahi kiya hai aur kya karna chahti ho. Tumhare bhi kuch sapne hoge na? Career ka kya socha hai?"
Ruhanika,"Mujhe nahi pata Shiv. Maa ne toh kaha tha ki padhai sirf isiliye karva rahe hai mujhe kyunki kisiko anpadh biwi nahi chahiye." She dipped her head low out of embarrasment.
Shivansh kept his hand on her shoulder and spoke,"Shhh, aise nahi bolte. Ab kyun us baare mein soch rahi ho? Ab toh 7 janam tak tumhare pass koi option nahi hai mere alawa. Chalega?"
Ruhanika chuckled at his words and nodded.
Shivansh,"Achha yeh batao, ab agar chance mile toh kya karna chahti ho? Aage padhai karogi? Ya job? Ya business? Kya interest hai tumhe"
Ruhanika,"Mujhe toh khana banana aur kitabe padhne ka hi shauk hai. Aur toh kuch nahi."
Shivansh,"Hmm?!! Achha yeh batao kya kya banana aata hai?"
Ruhanika,"Aapko jo khana hai woh main bana dungi. Agar nahi aata hoga toh phone se sikh lungi. Saturday ko maine aur Aaru ne usmein dekh k donut banaye the."
Shivansh,"Mere liye nahi bache?"
Ruhanika,"Aarav ne kaha ki aap meetha nahi khate toh woh log sab kha gaye the. Main phirse bana dungi aapke liye."
Shivansh,"Haa mujhe meetha nahi pasand par tumne banaya tha main taste toh kar hi sakta hun na."
Ruhanika,"Main bana dungi."
Shivansh,"Achha yeh batao, agar hum tumhara apna Cafe khole toh?"
Ruhanika,"Cafe? Mera?"
Shivansh,"Haa. Kaise rahega? Tum pehle ghar pe hi sab alag alag cheese banane ki koshish karna. Hum tumhe sikhaenge ki cafe mein kya hona chahiye menu mein vagera aur phir woh items tum sikh jaana agar naa aati ho toh."
Ruhanika,"Sach?"
Shivansh,"Haa Ruhh. Main chahta hu ki tum financially independent ho jao."
Ruhanika nodded at his words and soon after, their food arrived.
Both of them had their food talking about random things. After dinner, Shivansh said that he wanted to have a talk.
Shivansh,"Ruhh, mujhe tumse kuch baat karni hai."
Ruhanika,"Ji?"
Shivansh,"Ruhh, dekho main jaanta hun ki humari shaadi hui thi tab maine tumse jo kaha tha ki main tumse kabhi pyaar nahi kar paaunga, uske baad bhi tumne mujhse shaadi ki. Main jaanta hu tumhare pass shaadi k alawa koi option nahi tha. Par sach batau toh mujhe tumse darr lag raha tha. Pehli hi mulaqat mein tumne mujhpe jaadu sa kar diya tha. Maine kabhi kisi ladki ko itne dhyaan se observe nahi kiya jitna tumhe us din se karte aa raha hu. Aaj bhi yaad hai tumne us din pink kurti aur pant k saath dupatta daala tha. Baalo ko braid kiya tha, kuch baal loose the jo baar baar udd k tumhare gaal par aa rahe the. Tumne chote chote jhumke pehne the kaano mein, aur lip gloss lagaya tha. Main us ladki se pehli nazar mein pyaar kar baitha tha Ruhh. Haa khudse manne mein bohot der kardi thi kyunki mujhe darr tha, aur kahi na kahi aaj bhi hai ki agar maine tumse pyaar kiya aur phir uparwale ne Ammi aur Papa ki tarah tumhe mujhse chhin liya toh. Lekin jab us din main USA se aaya aur tum us halat mein sidiyon pe giri hui mili tab realise hua ki tumhare bina jeena kitna mushkil hoga mere liye. Main puri duniya sr ladunga tumhe bachane k liye lekin tumse durr nahi rehna chahta, main nahi chahta ki ab tumse pyaar jataye bina rahu. Main ab woh 8 saal ka Shivansh nahi jo apne Ammi ko bacha nahi paaya. Tumhare liye jaan bhi de dunga lekin tumhe kuch nahi hone dunga. Main pyaar karta hun tumse Ruhh. Sach mein meri Ruhh ban gayi ho. I Love You Ruhanika Shivansh Rajvansh."
Ruhanika's eyes were filled with tears same as Shivansh's. Shivansh's and Ruhanika's both of their eyes were filled with tears of happiness and love. But Shivansh thought that Ruhanika did not like the confession.
Shivansh,"Ruhh, I am sorry agar tumhe achha nahi laga. Maaf kardo mujhe tumhare feelings ko jaane bina yeh sab nahi kehna chahiye tha. Dekho tum ro mat, main maafi mangta hun na Ruhh dekho tum ro mat."
Ruhanika held his face in her hands and spoke,"Shhh, shant ho jaiye. Kitna bolte hai aap Shiv. Yeh aanshu khushi k hai. Main bhi aapse bohot pyaar karti hu Shiv. Maine jitni khushiyan puri life mein nahi dekhi utni aapse shaadi karke dekhi hai. Aapke pass mujhe mehfoos lagta hai jaise duniya mein kuch bhi ho main aapke pass hun toh safe hu. I Love You Shiv." And she kissed his forehead.
Shivansh froze when Ruhanika kissed his forehead. He forgot to blink.
Ruhanika called out to him,"Shiv?" But no response. Ruhanika gently patted his cheeks and after a good five minutes Shivansh came to his senses.
Shivansh,"Ruhh, ek baar phirse kehna please."
Ruhanika,"Nahi, pehle aap yeh bataiye aap aisa kyun keh rahe the ki main aapse pyaar nahi karti. Main tih aaose bohot pyaar karti hu. Is duniya mein sabse zyada. Mahadev ka diya hua Aashirwad hai aap mere liye."
Shivansh,"Sorry Ruhh, woh tumhe rota dekh k mujhe laga ki tumhe achha nahi laga maine confess kiya woh."
Ruhanika,"Achha ab woh sab chodiye. Ab sab thik hai."
Shivansh,"Haa. Ab chalo bahar lawn mein kuch hai tunhare liye."

They soon reached the lawn. Shivansh had covered Ruhanika's eyes with his hand. He removed his hand and the surprise was so beautiful.
Bright fairy lights were decorated. There was a table filled with varietes of desserts and a big bouquet of red glittery roses.
Ruhanika,"Shiv yeh sab..."
Shivansh hugged her from the back and spoke,"Tumhe meetha bohot pasand hai na. Yeh kuch duniya k famous desserts hai tumhare liye. Aur yeh phool meri phool k liye."
Ruhanika,"Kuch..? Yeh toh kitne saare hai? Main yeh sab chakh sakti hu? Aur yeh phool kitne sundar hai Shiv, glitter wale. Aur main aapki phool hu?" She giggled at the last words.
Shivansh,"Bilkul. Yeh saaru tumhe khaani hai. Meri phool."
Ruhanika,"Itni saari thodi kha paungi. Thoda thoda chakh lu? Baaki ghar le jaayenge. Aaru ko bohot pasand hai meetha."
Shivansh,"Zaroor, tum khalo phir staff pack kar dega."
With that Ruhanika dived in the desserts. There was gelato, tiramisu, french pastries, cheesecake, chocolate fondue. Anything and everything one can imagine while thinking of desserts.
Shivansh observed Ruhanika having the dessert. She would taste one and then feed Shivansh a bite as well. All the while, Shivansh's eyes never left her. He sneakily clicked sone pictures of Ruhanika. After tasting all of them, Ruhanika finished all of the gelato, which she loved. She turned to Shivansh and passed him a cheeky grin with a thank you. Shivansh wiped off the little dessert smeared by her lips and tasted it off his thumb. Ruhanika's cheecks turned pink at the scene.
Shivansh,"Ruhh, yeh tumhe pasand aaya?"
Ruhanika,"Bohot. Thank you so much Shiv. I Love you Shiv....ittna saara..." with that, she spread her arms wide to show him the 'ittna saara'.
Shivansh,"I Love you too Ruhh....bohot saara." Saying this, he kissed her forehead.
Shivansh,"Chale? Mansion wapis?"
Ruhanika,"Ji."
Shivansh asked the staff to pack the desserts and send them to the Rajvansh Mansion and both of them drove off.

In the car.
Shivansh was driving the car and Ruhanika was sitting in the passenger seat. There was comfortable silence in the car.
After some time, Ruhanika decided to break the silence.
Ruhanika,"Shiv, kya soch rahe hai aap?"
Shivansh,"Yeh sab kuch ek sapne jaisa lag raha hai Ruhh. Aur agar yeh sapna hai toh main nahi chahta ki kabhi tutte. Ab aur himmat nhi hai mujhe khud ko sametne ki. Ab nahi sambhal paunga agar tum chali gayi toh mujhe chhod k."
Ruhanika understood his inner turmoil.
She grabbed his left hand firmly in her palms and spoke,"Shiv, mujhe pura yakeen hai ki ab humare saath kuch bura nahi hoga. Mahadev sab sahi karenge Shiv, unpe mujhe pura bharosa hai."
Shivansh nodded and brought their interwined hands to his lips and kissed there making Ruhanika blush.
They soon reached Rajvansh Mansion. No one was awake. They quietly went to their room.

In the room.
Shivansh,"Jao Ruhh, pehle tum change karlo. Aur kuch help chahiye toh bulana."
Ruhanika,"Woh yeh Aaru ne bohot sare safety pins lagai hai, aap khol denge please."
Shivansh,"Ji zaroor. Humare patni ji ki seva karne ka avsar mila hai kaise jaane de."
Ruhanika,"Kya Shiv aap bhi."
Both of then went to the closet. Shivansh stood behind Ruhanika facing mirror. He delicately started romving the pins. He first removed the pins securing the pallu with his hands dancing along Ruhanika's bare back. Ruhanika would shudder every now and then due to newfound sensations.
After removing all the pins, Shivansh slid his hand in Ruhanika's stomach from back and kept his face in the nape of her. He started pepering kisses all the way making Ruhanika moan his name. After some time, he left her and went to the washroom giving Ruhanika space to change.
After freshening up, both of them were in the room.
Shivansh,"Kya meri Ruhh, abhi bhi bed pe nahi soyegi?"
Ruhanika,"Matlab?"
Shivansh,"Arey mere pass so jao. Waha mat sona tum aisa."
Ruhanika,"Bilkul. Ab main mere pati parmeshwar jo ki mujhse itna pyaar karte hai, unse dur thodi na reh paungi Shiv."
With the both of them settled on the bed, covered in duvet. Shivansh slid his hand in her waist, cuddling her.

Next morning, Ruhanika woke up to find herself tangled up with Shivansh. She checked the time to be 8, which was way past both of their wakeup time.
Ruhanika,"Shiv! Shiv! Uthiye na Shiv. 8 baj gaye hai, aapko gym nahi jaana."
Shivansh,"Nahi, aaj mujhe apni patni k saath sone do." Saying so, he snuggled more into Ruhanika's neck.
Ruhanika,"Shiv mujhe toh uthne dijiye. Please."
As Ruhanika said this, Shivansh woke up grumpily and spoke,"Tumhe mere saath sona nai hai?"
Ruhanika,"Par aapko office jaana hai na."
Shivansh,"Office toh roz hi jaata hu. Aaj patni se pyaar karne do na."
Ruhanika kissed his on both the cheeks and forehead and spoke,"Abhi isse kaam chala lijiye. Raat ko cuddle karenge haa. Ab uthiye Shiv, office."
Shivansh,"Tumne aaj pehli baar forehead pe kiss kiya Ruhh. I Love you Ruhh. Ab toh tumhara kehna manna hi padega. Main abhi naha k aaya."
Ruhanika shook her head seeing Shivansh run towards the bathroom.
