Chapter 15

HANNA

“That hot cocoa was really good,” Hanna said as the three of them finished cleaning up the kitchen after dinner later that evening. Maya and Lily were at the island, Hanna on the other side.

“Must be if you’re still thinking about it, Banana,” Lily said, smiling as she dried a plate.

They’d made lasagna—well, Lily and Maya had made the food once they’d realized Hanna couldn’t cook.

In Hanna’s defense she had offered to chop the onions, but as soon as Lily saw the way she was holding the knife, she’d taken over.

Hanna liked to think she was great company though, and kept their wine glasses full.

“You know how she feels about chocolate,” Maya said teasingly, and Hanna was relieved at the small break in the tension that still hovered around them.

Dinner had been somewhat subdued as they made forced conversation, which likely led to the wine being drunk faster than normal.

Lily had made attempts at humor, while Maya seemed just—sad, but Hanna wasn’t sure the current vibe conditions were ideal for checking in with her.

“So your grad applications are in?” Lily turned to Maya, taking a sip of her wine and keeping the conversation safe and neutral.

“Yep.” Maya didn’t elaborate.

“So where did you apply again?” Lily pushed.

“Doesn’t matter, let’s see if I get in,” Maya said. She picked up her wine, looked at it, and then set it down without taking a sip.

“Sociology right?” Hanna piped in, trying to help the conversation gain momentum.

“Yah,” Maya said again, without elaborating. Instead she focused her gaze on Hanna and asked, “And med school?”

Hanna felt her face heat. “Applications are in!” she said, perhaps too brightly. She’d applied, but these days she wasn’t so sure if she wanted to go straight to med school or focus more on the medical policy aspects of her studies. Or perhaps say “fuck it” and volunteer on a vineyard in France.

“Look at me here with two future doctors, and me, just an artist,” Lily mused, once again trying to inject humor into the room.

“Well, some of us have to worry about bills when we graduate,” Hanna said, and immediately regretted it. “Sorry, I didn’t mean—”

“It’s all good, you’re right, I’m a trust fund baby who gets to pursue a passion that will most likely pay me nothing.

But,” Lily added, her voice wavering with something like shyness, “it’s my passion.

It’s the only way I feel like I can really say anything right, you know?

I’m better with my hands than I am with my mouth.

” Realizing what she’d said, she laughed.

Maya laughed too, full belly, and Hanna couldn’t help but join in.

The laugh wasn’t enough to break the tension, but it did seem to coax it out of its hiding place.

Hanna thought of the two women they’d seen earlier, and the exchanges she and Maya had watched between Lily and the redhead (who she knew Lily had a thing for).

It had looked intense in a way that suggested more than a fling had happened.

Was it still happening? Was that why Lily has brought them up here?

As a fun distraction, a sure bet with two women she’d already slept with?

Hanna also couldn’t help the way she felt Maya fit with the two women they’d met earlier that day.

Both were cool and collected, confident and sexy.

Maybe that was Lily’s type, and the only way Lily thought she could get Maya on this trip was the way she had before: with Hanna in tow.

“I can practically hear the wheels turning in there,” Maya said, stepping to Hanna and sliding a thumb between her pinched brows. Hanna relaxed them and looked up at Maya, who had a careful and thoughtful expression on her face. Hanna reached for her hand and squeezed it.

“You ok?” Maya asked quietly, but it felt like an assertion, you’re ok, and she squeezed Hanna’s hand back.

“What are you two whispering about,” Lily asked, moving closer. Hanna turned from Maya.

“So Felicity, is she like an ex?” Hanna asked. She felt her face turn slightly red. Hard things weren’t discussed in her house, and she didn’t have much practice, but holding Maya’s hand made her feel safe.

“Pfft, no, I don’t—” her voice slightly faltered, “I don’t have exes,” Lily said. Hanna thought she didn’t sound proud or ashamed.

“Well there was something going on,” said Hanna.

“Was being the operative word there, Banana. You don’t have to worry, you have all of my attention these next few days.

” Lily moved even closer. Despite wanting more information, Hanna’s body began to warm, and she had to wrestle with wanting to lean into the direction things were moving physically and wanting answers.

She thought about what Lily had previously said, about being able to show and tell better with her hands than what she was able to say.

“All of it?” Maya said, sliding her free hand into Lily’s hair, massaging her scalp before tugging slightly.

“I’m sorry, I meant an equal share of attention for both of you,” Lily amended, her voice going husky. “Is that what you wanted to hear?” Lily asked, and Hanna nodded. “Mmm,” Lily said.

“Not what I only want to hear,” Hanna said. “Show me, show us.”

The atmosphere changed in the room with the shift in tone in Hanna’s voice. She could feel it.

Maya slid behind Hanna and kissed her right where her shoulder met her neck. Hanna heard Lily take in a sharp breath.

“Show you?” Lily asked.

“You said you are better at showing with your hands than your mouth,” Hanna replied.

Lily’s eyes locked on Hanna’s, and she smiled conspiratorily.

Hanna could feel Maya’s careful breath behind her and knew she was gazing over at Lily, watching and waiting for how to proceed. Hanna felt the control of the situation, and saw in Lily’s eyes that she was giving it to her, was giving her something.

“Tell me what you need, babe,” Lily said quietly. As if she truly would be willing to give Hanna whatever she needed.

And Hanna did know what she needed. She needed to feel like Lily was hers, even if just temporarily. She didn’t like thinking about the other two women from earlier today, and needed to know Lily wasn’t thinking of them either.

“You, I need you,” Hanna began.

Lily smiled down at her.

“On your knees,” Hanna said.

Lily’s smile faltered slightly, just for a second; a flicker of a decision danced behind her eyes. Her face became all serious lines, as if deliciously resigned.

Then she kneeled.

“What else?” Lily said, now looking up at Hanna. Her blue eyes were pools of desire. “Maya?”

“Right now, we are going to take care of Hanna, and then,” Maya said as she kissed Hanna’s neck, “because I am at my wit’s end, I am going to ride your face until I forget my own name. Then, and only then, can you come.”

“Done,” Lily said, and Hanna relished watching the one who was normally so dominant handing over control to her and Maya. And they deserved it, after today.

Hanna pulled Maya’s arms around her. Maya enveloped her and then moved one hand to lightly glide over her exposed collarbone.

Pleasant tingles prickled her skin, and she took in a sharp breath as Lily’s hands skated over her middle, working her jeans open.

A moan escaped her when Maya lightly pinched one of her nipples over her clothes.

Hanna turned her head, exposing her neck to Maya further.

“How?” Maya whispered against her skin, and Hanna had forgotten what they’d been saying. As if reading her blank mind Maya continued, “How do you need us babe?” Babe. Hanna loved it when Maya switched to that pet name, too.

Lily pulled down Hanna’s jeans and helped her step out of them. Hanna turned to look down at her, and while looking up at Hanna, Lily took one finger and dragged it across the front of her cotton underwear.

“Mmm, I missed this.” She pushed her finger deeper between Hanna’s thighs, sliding under her underwear and Hanna closed her eyes and gasped at the sensation. “Maya, she’s so warm. I can feel she’s getting wet for us.”

Hanna felt another finger join Lily’s and moaned again: Maya had moved to feel for herself, her hand starting to undulate as she lightly stroked Hanna.

“Good girl,” Maya cooed, rewarding her with added pressure to her stroking.

And Hanna learned she had a bit of a praise kink—she maybe would unpack that later. Maya began to circle the now pebbled nippled through Hanna’s shirt and the sensation had an orgasm barreling towards her. “Wait, not yet,” she gasped.

“No?” Lily said, leaning forward to kiss Hanna on top of her underwear, in between Maya’s strokes. “Don’t worry, this is the first time you come tonight, not the only time.”

“I wanna come, but not like this,” Hanna said desperately.

“No?” Lily repeated.

“What do you want?” Maya asked into the crook of her neck, easing off from stroking her.

Hanna took a few deep breaths. She had trouble saying what she wanted and usually, even from afar, Lily took charge. Maya gave her a small kiss on her neck as if to encourage her.

“I want to feel you all around me,” Hanna said, pressing her back into Maya.

“And me?” Lily asked, still on her knees, at their mercy.

“I want your mouth on me, I want you so full of me you can’t fit those other two anywhere in your mind tonight,” Hanna said in a desire-laced rush. Her face heated, but she’d said it, and she’d meant it.

“Fuck, that’s hot,” Lily murmured, and she pulled down Hanna’s underwear, “but you don’t have to ask me twice, I missed your taste.

” She kissed Hanna’s slit. “You two are all I can think about.” She gave Hanna’s slit another kiss, harder this time, and Hanna felt her clit throb at the pressure.

“Both of your pretty pussies tightening around me as I rock my fingers in you, my name on your lips.” Lily pulled on one of Hanna’s legs and Hanna lifted it so that it was over Lily’s shoulder.

And with that, Lily leaned forward and slid her hot tongue into Hanna’s slit, moaning as she went.

Like back at the treehouse, it didn’t take long for them to find a rhythm: Lily bobbing and slowly lapping, her expert tongue navigating through to what seemed to be Hanna’s very core as Maya slid her hand under Hanna’s bra and shirt, tugging at her nipples.

Maya then licked up her neck, her breath hot, and Hanna knew Maya was going to need to be touched soon, and she couldn’t wait. Maya licked her neck once more and then bit down in the spot she’d licked, and Hanna saw stars.
