Chapter 25 Table-Flipping Customer’s End
For the next few days, I sold sugar water absent-mindedly.
Auntie scolded me.
"Have you lost your soul?"
Suddenly an idea struck me.
I asked Auntie if she remembered what my Husband looked like.
Auntie rolled her eyes.
"You don't even remember your own Husband? He is quite handsome, but his style changes all the time. Sometimes a sports shirt, sometimes full black skin with sleeveless tops, sometimes businesslike in a suit."
While she spoke, today's three customers refreshed before me.
One was very hard to deal with.
He ordered a bowl of sugar water, took two sips, then flipped the table.
"I paid to ask questions and you say you don't know?"
"A non-combat NPC dares to act tough with me!"
"Believe it or not, I will chop you to death right now!"
...
After they left.
I rubbed my eyes and cried while cleaning the stall.
I felt so wronged and wanted to complain to my Husband, but he did not answer the phone.
A few days later, my sister-in-law smilingly told me.
"Su Yu, let me share some good news. The guy who flipped your stall the other day was stabbed into a sieve by wood shards. He died so miserably. Evil truly meets its retribution!"
Was that real?
It felt so satisfying.
