34. CHAPTER 34
34
IVAN
As I awake from the dead, I gravitate toward the warm body next to me. Tyler rocked my fucking world last night, and today I feel fantastic. Ready to take on the world. And today will be an interesting day, because I’m intrigued to know what Dima has planned for Timmy. If Tyler hadn’t distracted me so well last night, I would’ve crept down to the holding pen and finished the fucker myself.
Tyler makes a whimpering noise as he turns over onto his front, causing the sheet to move, revealing that gorgeous little ass of his. I rub my hand over the firm cheek, unable to resist a touch. Mine. I tilt my head to the side as an idea comes to mind. I’m gonna tattoo my name on that ass. I don’t know if he’ll be down for it, but I’m doing it anyway. Do I tattoo the name Ivan or Ivan Kozlov? I’ll have to give it some thought.
“Morning,” Tyler says in a croaky deep voice, looking over at me with his eyelids droopy.
“Morning. We need to get up as we have a busy weekend.”
“Do we?”
“Yeah, we need to move your shit over here and cancel your lease.”
That wakes him up. He sits upright in the bed, his body on full display, but the feisty little thing doesn’t even notice my perusal.
“And can you remind me of when you discussed this with me?”
“Why do I need to discuss it? I want you with me as much as possible. End of story.”
“Ivan, you can’t just tell me what to do.”
“Really? You gonna try and put up a fight, sweetheart?”
I push him back down onto the bed and I rest my body on top of his. My hair falls around us, creating a screen of privacy, and I wrap my hand around his delicate throat.
“Are you planning on living without me, Ty?”
I can feel his Adam's apple move in my palm as he swallows hard.
“I didn’t say that.”
“You want me to make you?”
“What?! No!”
“I can make you, Ty. Just say the word and I’ll show you how. I’ve always wanted to see you cry for me. It’s the only part of you left for me to taste.”
“Ivan…”
“What should I do first? Choke you until you can’t breathe? Bite your nipples until they bleed? Beat your ass until it’s on fire? Or maybe lock you up in the holding pen for a night?”
“You wouldn’t dare.”
“Oh yes, I would. And I’m pretty sure with your new sexual awakening you’d probably enjoy a little rough play. Don’t think I didn’t notice you like a little pain when I fuck you. You love that hole being sore, don’t you? Hmm?”
“Yes but…”
“Are we getting your shit, or are you going to resist?”
“You’re a fucking asshole,” he scolds, but its not serious, as he pulls my mouth to his and sucks on my tongue and piercing again, and I let him enjoy his feast. As I said before, straight things can always be bent at will, even if just a little.
It's later in the morning and Tyler is working out in our gym while I attend a meeting with Dima, Lev, Simon and Jules in the office about Timmy.
“So, have you come up with a plan?” I ask Dima as we all take a place around the office, with Dima sitting in his chair.
“Me and Lev had a chat last night, and after a call with Carlos early this morning, he’s gonna help us. I figure he owes us after all the help we've given him recently.”
“Is he gonna take Tim and deal with him?” Jules asks.
“In a roundabout way. Carlos has a shipment leaving the docks tonight and I want Ivan and Jules to take Tim out there where Carlos and a few of the men will meet you. They will take Tim on the ship, and dispose of him when they are far enough away from land. That means nobody will be able to find him and it's not traceable back to us even if they did.”
“But what if someone says they saw him in New York? Wouldn’t the police bother us, especially if Kai’s mom mentions that Kai is here?” I ask, dubious of this plan.
“I think that's unlikely. His daughter attended Princeton. From what Kai told me, he often came into the city when visiting her.”
That's a great point.
“Sounds like a solid plan,” Jules says.
“Is Kai going to be okay with this? Do we need to worry?” Lev asks Jules.
“Nah he’s fine. We talked last night and he understands. The Tim he knew growing up has long gone,” Jules reassures me, and I hope he’s right. The last thing we need is to have issues with Kai’s mom. That woman is not only annoying as fuck but relentless.
“Ivan, can you go down and check on our guest? Just take him a bottle of water or something,” Dima says, and I’m more than happy to help.
“No problem,” I say, before Dima stops me.
“Just water, Ivan. No torture, no killing….basically don’t touch him. I mean it.”
“Yes boss.”
I can restrain myself with the piece of shit.
I walk into the kitchen, grab a bottle of water from the fridge and stroll down to the holding pen, whistling along to a happy tune. As I open the door, even though the boys did clean up last night, it still reeks in here, mainly because of Tim. He’s laying chained up in the far corner of the room and his knees look fucking weird. Ouch.
“Morning Timmy,” I say as cheerily as I can fake.
“You bastard, you fucking bastards!” he shouts.
“Is that any way to talk to someone who has brought you water?”
“Fuck your water, you fucking cunt. I should’ve killed that dirty little homo of yours when I had the chance. Made you suffer, then you would’ve cracked and I’d have had you behind bars in a flash.”
“Homophobic as well as dumb. That's not good for you in a house of cock lovers, Timmy. Unless, you really want to join the club?”
“You’re disgusting. All of you. Turning Kai into one of you, taking him away from his family.”
I don’t even think about it, before I backhand him across the face.
“He is with his family. I swear, Timmy, if Dima didn’t already have plans for you, I’d have you dangling from this ceiling right now, removing every organ that lives in your wasteful body until you stopped breathing. You're nothing but a dried up old cop with a chip on his shoulder. Kai’s mom doesn’t want you, Kai hates you, hell, I bet even your work colleagues can’t stand you.”
“I’ve done nothing but protect my family!” he yells.
“Protecting would’ve been when we warned you to forget about us when we saved Kai. We warned you then but you didn’t listen. You walked into our domain, Tim. You asked for this and there's no way out for you now. By the end of tonight, you’ll be fish food that nobody remembers,” I say as I open the bottle of water and pour it over his head. He tries to move away, but his fucked up legs won’t allow it, causing him to howl out in pain.
As I turn to leave, Aaron is standing at the door with Steve in his hand and his standard creepy smile.
“Lev won’t like you down here, Aaron,” I say as I walk toward him. I lock the door behind us and we walk to the front of the house together before he speaks.
“Thank you, Ivan,” he says, and the softness in his voice makes me stop in my tracks. I always wondered who the real Aaron is as we see so many different versions. But this soft spoken, traumatized boy, I think is the Aaron who lived before he was beaten away by that fucking brother of his.
“Why are you thanking me?”
“For yesterday. You convinced the others to allow me to be a part of it, and it helped. As screwed up as that sounds, it did. I actually slept with ease last night and didn’t need my music, which is a first.”
“That's great, Aaron. Are you gonna do more jobs with Lev?”
“Yeah, he said I can go on the ones he picks, and he has to be with me.”
“Glad to hear it. You did great last night, you were a natural.”
His face lights up with a genuine smile and I briefly feel a pang of sadness at the boy who could’ve been. But that wasn’t his journey. We’re not here to change anyone in this family. Only to be the best versions of ourselves, which would be a nightmare to others.
Aaron walks away from me, heading to the kitchen, and it finally feels like things are slotting into place here. It’ll be even better when the houses are complete.
