Chapter 38 Date Plan
Eva enters the mansion with a gleaming face. She spotted all the family members settled in the living room, and she understood that some important discussion must be going on. Eva noticed their tense faces; she didn’t want to invade their personal matters, so she quietly entered the living room.
Rose covers up her anxiety and asks her
“So how was the party, Eva? “
“Has it been good?"
“Nice to know that you had a good time, so she must have invited all your classmates from culinary classes.”
"Not everyone but only me and Harry."
Smith's family got tensed at the mention of his name
“Ooh, so he was there too?”
“Yes but I never talked to him., as he left the partyeven before I could reach him .“

Eva smiled at her after wishing all of them goodnight as she left for her room. The moment they all heard Eva’s room door closing sound, Steve lost his cool and threw his coat on the sofa as he was controlling his rage for a long time.

Steve dropped her off till her classes and left for the office. The bodyguard was all alert with his duty. It was lunchtime when Eva got some privacy. She quickly dialed the no and asked Robinson. Angie was right when she told her he was always ready to help
Soon they made the plan to meet, and also Eva told him she would transfer money to him in his account number. But he told Eva that he only deals in cash. Still, Eva agreed for that too
They decided to meet in the famous cafe near the classes and also after the meeting, Eva will give him the cash
After talking with Robinson, Eva was already feeling like a winner. Talking with Robinson made Eva confident that this plan will definitely accomplish what is needed. And overall, it’s a matter of some days as she is going to return to her hometown soon
On the other side, there was an important discussion going on in Stephen’s office.
Stephen came to know that harry is interested in opening a restaurant in a mall and he was nearing to grab the deal of the store but to Stephen’s luck, the owner of the showroom was his business associate, It was a golden opportunity for Stephen
At his request, the deal got canceled, and Harry‘s hard work on this project went in vain.
William gave a look at Stephen, who didn’t take rest until he snatched the deal from harry
Somewhere William started getting apprehensive about Stephen‘s affection for Eva; he knew how headstrong Stephen could be, but this time it’s not about a deal; it’s about love and this relationship. Eva’s approval is also important.
Stephen was feeling peace after giving a good counterattack to Harry; a playful smirk played on his lips, but when he noticed William’s tensed face, he got alert
“What is it, dad? Why are you looking tense?”
“Nothing important, but I want to ask you something. When are you planning to take Eva on a date? “

It’s a fact that he wanted Eva to get married to Stephen but if his daughter is in love with someone else and if he finds her perfect for her daughter, then he is going to support her in every way So Michael happily got her permission for that coffee date
The next morning at the breakfast table, Eva made her second move. She asked Rose
“Rose, I need your help. Could you please select a dress for me today .“
“Yes, sure, but are you going to another party or what?” Rose teased her
"No, actually. I met a guy at Jacey’s party.
We clicked along well, and today he called me to ask me out for a coffee date.
I already talked to dad, and he agreed, so I am going on a date this evening.
” Eva announced all her back-and-forth while looking down at her lap as she didn’t want to make eye contact with the devil
Moments passed, but she didn't hear any response to her utterances, so she looked up and was surprised to see all the Smith family in a state of shock. But soon William handled the situation.

After Eva left the dining room, she got her bag from her room.

Stephen wiped his hands with the table napkin and answered Steve with a composed voice
“Didn’t you hear she already took permission from her dad? For now, I just want to take care of her security."
Stating this, Stephen left for his car as today he was is going to drop Eva off for her classes
Eva was afraid to know that Stephen was going to drop her today, but she kept her demeanor composed and settled in his car
To her surprise, Stephen didn’t utter a word during the entire ride. He dropped Eva off at her classes and left for his office. Eva was glad that everything was going according to her plan. Shortly, he will understand that Eva is in love with someone else and will stop thinking about her.
Steve picked Eva after her classes, and soon it was evening. Eva got ready in her dress that was selected by Rose, and she left for the cafe. The security kept following her.
When she reached the cafe, she felt confused about whether Stephen would come to check on her. If he doesn't, she is prepared to move on to her Plan B, which involves taking lots of selfies with Robinson and posting them on her social media accounts.
Eva entered the cafe and settled on the booked table. She chose an elite restaurant for her date plan. While waiting for Robinson, she ordered a coffee and time seemed to fly by.
Half an hour, One hour, and one and half hours
Two hours.
Two hours went by, but he didn’t show up in the restaurant. Eva was getting frustrated with all this waiting. In the meantime, she already drank three coffees while waiting for him. Eva left after two and a half hours. She paid the bill and went to Smith's place.
Stephen’s pov
Right now, I am watching the furious face of my love, Eva. She looks more beautiful with her angry face
This morning, when she dropped the bomb about her so-called coffee date, it shocked and made me far more anxious. The thought of seeing her with someone else is enough to kill me, but I kept my behavior composed as she already mentioned that she took the permission from her dad.
