Chapter Thirty-Seven

It felt both right to be here, but also like I was intruding. We’d moved into the bedroom and I stood in the doorway, still not knowing if I were to join them or not.
“If you’re too tired, we can easily do it tomorrow,” Nolen quickly assured Aiden. He moved and sat next to Aiden on the bed. I felt a tad awkward as I was left the only one standing, so I joined them on the bed, letting my instincts guide me on this.
“I will never be too tired for that,” Aiden winked at Nolen. I smirked, loving this playful side to my brother.
Nolen seemed to blush, but sounded confident when he asked, “So, tonight?”
Aiden moved quickly, straddling his lap and grinding on him. “Is this answer enough?” His lips claimed Nolen’s and even logically knowing I should feel left out, I didn’t. I felt like I belonged there with them.
Nolen’s lips let go of Aiden’s and he rasped out, “Do you want Derek to be here with us?”
Aiden blinked, his expression turning into confusion. “Where would he go?”
“Um,” I said. “The living room, maybe?”
“No!” Aiden clumsily fell off Nolen’s lap and reached for me. “Do you not want to be here with us?”
“Oh,” I said, surprised. “I want to be here, but it’s up to you if you want privacy for this. After all, I had Nolen for myself when we mated.”
He shook his head. “That would feel weird, you not being here.”
“I think the normal reaction would be to not want your brother near you when you have sex,” I stated, but smiled as I did so.
“As previously established, we aren’t normal,” Aiden stated proudly.
“We aren’t,” I agreed. “But I love that for us.”
We shared soft smiles, and then I pointed to the bathroom. “I know they bathed us, however weird that is to acknowledge, but maybe we should all shower before your mating? I can make us some drinks, too, or would that be too much?” I was nervous and definitely not hiding it well.
“Darling,” Nolen laughed, his tone soft and filled with fondness. “We can shower, but the drinks aren’t important, just us being together is.”
“Oh, you planned on me joining you? I thought I would just… be here I guess.”
Aiden snorted. “Nolen told me how your first time went and how you took him, I want him to take me, meaning his ass is for you.”
“Oh.” I had no other way to form words. Sex hadn’t been on my mind at all since I’d mated with Nolen. Too much had happened and trauma truly was a boner killer, but now? I was hungry for it.
“Shower,” Nolen declared, ushering us into the bathroom.
We undressed at a normal pace, even if Nolen seemed to be in a hurry to get naked. His chest had grown more hair since before we were put to sleep, but it only made him hotter in my opinion.
Nolen quickly turned the shower on, letting the water heat up before we entered.
I was down to my underwear and couldn’t help but eye my body in the mirror.
It felt weird seeing a person I recognized staring back at me, yet I felt foreign to myself at the same time, my body older, slimmer. But still me.
“Hey,” Nolen’s arms came around my middle, bringing me comfort as I looked at the changed man in the mirror.
“Doesn’t it upset you?” I asked, letting my gaze travel down my body and watched him do the same to his reflection.
He shook his head. “I feel like it was a small price to pay for a life of happiness and love.”
My eyes met his through the mirror and I couldn’t stop the tears from forming. He was so perfect for me.
“Damn,” Aiden exclaimed, his tone a mix of awe and lust. We turned our heads in his direction, seeing him blatantly stare at Nolen’s ass.
I couldn’t help it. I laughed, then turned in Nolen’s embrace so I could squeeze his ass. He winked at me before stealing a quick kiss.
We followed Aiden under the warm spray, me purposely holding back so they could share a kiss, too.
This thing between us had to be equal, and it wasn’t fair on Nolen to expect him to keep up the balance alone.
Me doing this wasn’t just for them, it was for all of us.
I wanted it to be normal that I kept bringing them together after I’d gotten some time with Nolen, and I knew Aiden would do the same to me.
Over time this would be second nature to us, I had no doubt.
Nolen’s hands wandered between us both, giving each of us the attention we craved, but knowing they had a mating to get to, and that even though Aiden wanted me to be in it, too, I wanted to get off before so they could share their moment alone.
He might think he wanted me there in the act, but for this, I just couldn’t.
“Nolen,” I begged, taking his hand and moving it to my dick, feeling bold as I let my needs be known.
“You sure?” he asked, but started stroking me instantly, his movements sure even if this was our first time doing it like this.
I nodded, biting my lip.
Aiden’s lips found Nolen’s neck as Nolen continued to bring me pleasure. I desperately wanted to touch him, too, but he had to save his release for Aiden. That didn’t mean his nipples were safe, though.
As my fingers found his left pec, his lips found mine, kissing me with urgency as I continued to touch and thrust into his fist.
I came; my scream of pleasure muddled from our kiss.
“So beautiful,” he murmured into my ear as soon as our lips parted.
“Damn,” Aiden whispered, and we turned to face him.
He was looking at Nolen with need and I knew they had to mate now, even I felt how much they both needed this.
It was weird seeing my brother hard for the man we shared, but being from this world and only finding our mates attractive, it truly was like looking at myself, nothing else. And I loved that for us.
Nolen’s voice was pure gravel as he eyed Aiden’s body. “Need you now.”
