Chapter Ten #3
When the next wave came, Valentin pushed Zeller’s knees to his chest without preamble and moved over him.
He barely had a chance to thrust before the omega’s womb was sucking his cock in.
Valentin felt the rupture as the entrance gave way.
The tip of his dick slid inside easily, sealed in by the fleshy pouch around it.
Zeller cried out with the most intoxicating sound Valentin had ever heard—a breeding orgasm. It went on and on as Zeller’s cum spurted over both their stomachs. Valentin’s knot swelled instantly as he released into the omega’s willing body.
Currents of lust and contentment washed over him. He leaned down and pressed a soft kiss to Zeller’s lips before touching their noses together.
“That’s it, my love,” he whispered. “You’re doing so good. So good. They say you won’t remember this, but deep down, I know you’re with me.”
Zeller’s reply was a low groan. He squeezed his eyelids shut.
“It feels incredible, my omega. I don’t know if it will take, but you had a breeding orgasm—I think we’re making a baby right now.”
As if to confirm, he shot again, his alpha’s compulsion to breed buzzing under his skin.
They rocked together until Valentin’s balls were drained and his knot had receded. After carefully withdrawing from Zeller’s body, he worked around him to change the sheets again before pulling him into a tender embrace.
His hand lingered over the curve of Zeller’s belly.
“We might be completely fucked,” Valentin hushed out. “If it takes, things will be so much more complicated.” His fingers splayed over Zeller’s soft skin. “But I don’t regret it. No matter what happens. I love you and we’re going to figure it out.”
When Zeller woke on the third day of his heat, his delirium had passed, and Valentin told him what had happened.
Valentin had expected his resilient omega to take the information in stride, and Zeller did not disappoint him.
“I needed your cum to not be in agony. What else could you—we—have done? We’ll handle the consequences, whatever they are, when the time comes. And my parents will just have to deal with it.”
There was no way it would be that simple, but Valentin nodded at the pragmatic response.
Zeller grinned and said they should try to enjoy the rest of his heat, since post-delirium sex had the reputation for being some of the best. Valentin responded by using his alpha voice to order the omega to his hands and knees.
“That’s so hot,” Zeller said dazedly, the tone affecting him like a drug.
Later, while Zeller napped, Valentin checked in with Antoni.
They had spoken the previous day, when the butler told him that he’d informed the Parkensons of the situation.
Keyes and Deveron agreed—grudgingly—that this solution was the only viable plan, and because they were resigned to Valentin handling Zeller’s heat, they decided to remain at their conference to avoid causing a stir.
Meaning they wouldn’t be back for four more days.
Valentin did not mention the breeding orgasm, and luckily, Antoni didn’t ask.
But Valentin assumed Zeller’s parents would.
Perhaps once they saw how much he loved their son, and how committed he was to being worthy of him, they’d come around.
After all, they’d want their grandson to have his alpha father.
Valentin and Zeller enjoyed a few more rounds of mind-blowing sex before the omega’s heat finally tapered. They also spoke about parenthood.
“I’m young,” Zeller said. “I realize that. But the thought of having your baby makes me so happy. I want it, my alpha. To make this life with you. I know I can be a good father to our child.”
Valentin kissed him on the forehead. “There is no doubt of that.”
“I hope our baby is an alpha,” Zeller said wistfully. “So he can be just like you.”
“You realize that over sixty percent of babies are betas?” Valentin chuckled. “But if ours isn’t, I think we’d be better off having an omega. If he’s anything like you, that’s more light for the world.”
Zeller smiled. “I love you.”
“I love you back. More than I can ever express.”
Valentin meant every word. Zeller would be an amazing father.
It didn’t matter that he was young. He was a good man.
Not to mention kind, artistic, beautiful, curious, and steadfast. There was no other omega he could imagine making a baby with.
Or sharing a heat with. Which was a good thing, because he’d never be with another omega. Zeller was it for him, heart and soul.
Sleeping with his love wrapped in his arms, he dreamed of their future, of raising their child together.
He imagined a little boy petting Decoy and coloring next to Zeller as he painted.
Valentin would teach his son to build things and to grow beautiful flowers in the garden.
And he would never, ever make him feel like a burden.
Was it possible Zeller’s parents were not rushing home because they didn’t view this situation as a catastrophe? He squeezed his omega closer. Maybe on some level, they knew how much he cared for their son, that he loved him more than his own life. What more could they want for their child?
