Chapter Nine #2
Rushing out of Caleb’s room, I find him cowering on the floor with his hands over his head and the woman bent over him with her hand raised to hit him.
“You touch my son and I’ll fucking gut you. Who the fuck are you and what are you doing in Caleb’s home?” I yell, walking up to get between the woman and my son.
I take in every detail of the skank before me.
She’s wearing a jean skirt that reveals more than it covers.
If she were to bend over, her pussy and ass would be on full display.
The piece of cloth that’s supposed to be a shirt barely covers her nipples and leaves more of her breasts on display than what would be decent for anywhere other than on this compound.
Though I’m sure she wouldn’t have a problem going out in public like this.
Make-up is caked on her face. She looks more like a clown than a woman trying to impress the men here.
Though when they use the girls for sex only I guess it really doesn’t matter how much make-up they have on.
Her blonde hair is from a bottle and looks very brittle as if one touch and each strand would break.
This girl is definitely a skank and I can’t wait to hear why she’s in Caleb’s house.
“I don’t know who the hell you think you are, but you have no right to talk to me this way.
I’m the future Queen of this club and Caleb’s fiancée.
Who the fuck are you and why is this fucking brat in Caleb’s home?
” she finally spits out, her voice filled with venom as my heart shatters in my chest to know Caleb is engaged to someone like this.
“I don’t believe you. If you were truly Caleb’s fiancée, I would have heard about you before now.
And you would definitely know who I am. Since you don’t, I suggest you get out of the house and make your way back down to the clubhouse,” I state, picking Bryce up in my good arm despite his weight being almost too much for me.
“I’m one of Caleb’s best friends and know everything about him.
You’re nothing more than a Feral girl. I’ve seen you around here before.
Get the fuck outta this house before I call Caleb and Kreed to come deal with you. ”
“You have no idea what you’re talking about. I am Caleb’s fiancée and I’m moving in here this weekend. I suggest you and your fucking brat get the hell out of here. Now!” the girl screams, trying to hit out at me.
I can’t help but laugh as she misses and tumbles to the floor at my feet. She glares up at me as I crouch down and get in her face.
“I don’t know who the fuck you think you are, but this isn’t your home.
It’s Caleb’s. If you were supposed to move in here this weekend, he would’ve told me.
I wouldn’t be living here if he was engaged to marry someone.
No, we’re not together, but I’ve known Caleb most of my life.
He might be distant right now, but his engagement would circulate faster than any other news in town.
So, I suggest you get the hell out of here and stop spreading lies like you are.
Plus, I’m not one to fuck with. Neither are my children.
Every man in that clubhouse will get rid of you quicker than hell if you mess with me.
My husband was Darren and they all served together,” I inform the woman pretending to be with Caleb as her face pales and she visibly swallows while her eyes widen in fear.
“You’re Caliana? The woman every man in this club respects and cares for?” she questions me, her voice wavering as I stand and set Bryce down where he remains at my side.
“I am. Now, get the fuck out of Caleb’s house and don’t come back trying to pull this shit again. This is your one and only warning,” I tell her as she practically jumps off the floor and races toward the front door faster than I thought possible in her ridiculous high heels.
Before I can do anything else, the sound of Rory waking up fills the monitor I’ve got clipped to my hip.
Bryce leaves my side as the front door slams shut and I watch as he rushes down the hall toward the bedrooms. My son always rushes to his sister’s side when she wakes up if he’s awake.
He’s her protector and wants to make sure nothing happens to her.
I love this part of him and know it comes from Caleb and Kreed more than Darren.
Bryce never got to see the protective side of Darren because we moved away from our parents and the only adults he ever saw were Caleb’s and Kreed’s family members.
They gave us no reason to need protection.
Walking in the room, I lift Rory out of her crib and take her over to the changing table.
It’s not easy to change her one handed but Tiffany needed to take her brother to the doctor’s office because he’s still sick.
I’m pretty sure it’s the flu, but she wants to make sure and I don’t blame her.
I manage to get my daughter changed and dressed in something cute for the day before lifting her from the changing table and carrying her out to her highchair.
Bryce eats the sandwich and apple I get him while I feed Rory her baby food.
Once the kids are done eating, I get them ready and we make our way down to the clubhouse.
Caleb had a small park installed for the kids and they love playing on it.
When I’m here with them, I don’t have to worry about any other kids picking on Bryce or him having to wait to play with certain things.
He can do whatever he wants and have a blast while I push Rory in the baby swing.
She loves swinging and spends the whole time laughing.
Hearing a baby laugh and giggle is the best sound in the world.
I love it and vowed when I heard Bryce laugh for the first time that I’d do everything in my power to make my children laugh as often as possible.
Sam and Shy are sitting at a picnic table when we get to the park.
They immediately come over to play with Bryce and push Rory on the swing.
I knew it would be hard for me so Sam takes it over.
She can tell I’m pissed off and doesn’t stop asking me what’s wrong until I tell her.
Shy stays close enough to listen in on our conversation as she plays with Bryce.
Both women are pissed as hell and I can’t stand knowing they’re upset because of what I did at the house.
I feel as if I overstepped my bounds with that girl and they know it but don’t want to call me out on it.
Sam assures me that’s not the reason they’re pissed before changing the subject to telling me about the rest of the kids from the club and what they’re doing now.
I miss them all so much and wish I could go spend time with them for a while.
