Chapter 15 #2

Goosebumps broke across his skin, and he hissed. “I’m so fucking turned on right now.”

“Yeah?” I grabbed the lube from him, slathered it on my dick and slid it between his ass cheeks.

A little teasing hurt no one. With a rock of my hips, tension knotted in my gut.

“You have such a nice ass.” I bent over him and nibbled his back while thrusting my hips and rubbing the crown of my dick against his hole.

“Fuck, babe, need it.” He squirmed under me and shivered. “Like now. Hurry.”

As I fisted his dick with one hand, I slipped my finger to his hole and pressed inside him. “Like this?” I peppered his back with bites and kisses as I fingered his clenching hole.

“Yeah, more.” He groaned, and his breath grew faster.

I slid a second finger inside him, and heat flashed across my skin. He was so beautiful, wanting me this way.

“Fuck me, babe, please,” he rasped, squirming on my fingers.

“You ready?” I glided my fingers from him and nudged my cockhead to his hole while slowing my strokes on his firm cock.

“I’m ready.” He rocked back, taking the tip of my dick. “Oh, fuck…” He shuddered and his hole tensed.

“Open up for me, babe.” He would be so fucking tight tonight.

I slowly pushed inside him, his snug heat swallowing me.

“Holy fuck.” A wave of pleasure caught me off guard, and my balls tightened.

“Oh, damn. I need a minute.” Don’t come, don’t fucking come right now.

I stopped almost all the way inside him and let it pass.

“Damn, you feel good.” He squirmed and his hole clenched.

“So do you, maybe too good.” Gritting my teeth, I pushed until my balls rested against the back of his thighs, tension coiling inside me. My gaze traveled across the muscles of his wide shoulders, his back and down to his narrow hips, my cock disappearing into his ass. “You’re so beautiful, babe.”

“So you’ve said. Will you please fuck me now?” He snickered, and his body tightened around me.

“Hell yes.” I rocked my hips, my dick sliding out of him and then entering again. As sensation fluttered to my toes, I bit my lip, struggling to maintain my composure. “You’re fucking tight.” It would be so easy to pummel him.

“Yeah?” He panted as his skin pebbled with goosebumps. “Harder, babe, please.”

A pulse of pleasure rocketed through me. God, when he said please, it almost sent me over the edge. I thrust inside him, hastening my pace and slapping my body against his.

“Oh fuck, oh fuck, oh fuck…” Fisting his cock, he pumped it, and he shuddered, his hole tensing. “Close, babe, go faster.”

No fucking way I’d last with him like this. “Go ahead, come for me, babe.” I bent over him, grabbed him around the chest and bit the shell of his ear, my climax building to the raw edge.

“Oh God,” he gritted, and his hole spasmed as his cum spurted through his pumping hand, dribbling to the floor. He freed quick moans, one after the other.

Pleasure heightened, and my balls tensed, my release rolling over me in waves. My sensitive cock erupted inside him, spilling cum. I gasped, and sparks lit behind my eyes.

As it slowed, I pushed even deeper and lifted him, both of us straightening. My heart exploded with emotion. He’d given me all of him, his body and heart. As I kissed his cheek, I said, “I love you, Ryker, so much.”

With a soft humming, he said, “I love you just as much, Casey fucking Carter, golden boy, football star.” A soft chuckle rumbled in his throat. “My golden boy, football star.”

“Yes, yours. I’m all yours.” I hugged him tightly, nuzzling the back of his neck and breathing in his now familiar scent. He’d started as a challenge, but now he was my everything.

As my cock slipped from his body, I said, “Cleanup and a quick shower?” I didn’t want the moment to end, but we’d have more.

After showering and scrubbing off the back of the couch and tile floor, we nestled into the end of the sofa, watching some random television, waiting for Wes to return.

Ryker had to tell Wes the news he’d gotten from Gabe and wasn’t sure how he’d take it.

I was here for emotional support and was glad to give it.

The door unlocked and swung open with Wes standing in the entry, his athletic clothing and hair damp from his practice in the heat. “Hey.” He up-nodded to us.

“Hey, Wes.” Ryker stood and planted his hands on his hips. “I, uh, have news, but maybe you should shower first.” Tensing a corner of his mouth, he glanced at me.

“What is it? Is it Mom?” Wes shut the door and stepped to Ryker. “It is, isn’t it?”

Ryker winced. “Yeah, but it’s good news, so shower and then we’ll talk.”

“No, tell me now.” Wes’s gaze darted from Ryker to me and back again. “I can’t wait through a fucking shower.”

“Just tell him, babe.” I patted Ryker’s ass and rose from the couch. It didn’t matter if the dude was sweaty.

“Fine.” With a huff, Ryker stepped toward the dinette. “Have a seat.”

We all dropped into chairs around the table.

“Are they letting her out soon?” Wes lifted his brows. “They are, right?” A grin teased his lips.

“Uh, maybe. We won’t know for sure until her parole hearing.

” Ryker grabbed my hand and rested it on the table.

“I got a phone call from Gabe tonight, and after reviewing all the evidence, he thinks he can get the parole board to release her and probably reduce her crime to a misdemeanor. But it’ll take a few months for this to happen. ”

Wes’s eyes grew glassy. “But he thinks she’ll be out this year, like maybe by the holidays?” He sank his teeth into his lower lip.

“Yes, it’s probable that’ll be the case.” Ryker squeezed my hand and patted Wes on the shoulder. “Are you okay?”

“I…yeah, it’s good news, right?” He hung his head and swiped at his eyes. “She was so frail on our last visit.”

“I know, but she should be out soon.” Ryker’s jaw clenched. “She’ll need some time to resume her life and find a job.”

With his eyelashes wet, Wes focused on Ryker. “What’ll you do? You’re not leaving, are you?” His gaze flicked to me.

“No, he’s not leaving.” I knitted my brows. Shit, did Wes think I’d take his brother away from him? I’d never…“He’ll stay here with you as long as needed.”

“I’ll sleep on the couch for a while. Mom will need help with bills, so until she gets back on her feet, I’ll stay.” Ryker pursed his lips.

“But you’ll move out at some point.” Wes clenched his hands on the table. “Will you move in with Casey?”

I blinked. I’d wondered about that myself, but now? “We haven’t talked about it yet.” My gaze met Ryker’s.

“Yeah, we still need to work it out.” Ryker stared at me for a beat and then faced his brother. “Listen, let’s take it day by day and see how it goes.”

“I don’t want to get Mom back only to lose you.” Wes’s eyes filled with tears, and his gaze swung to me. “Or Casey. He’s like a brother to me now too.”

“You won’t lose me. I promise.” As my heart ached, I stood and stepped to Wes, leaning over and draping an arm around him. “You won’t lose anyone. I won’t let that happen.”

Wes freed a long exhale, and his shoulders slumped. “Okay, thanks.” He pushed a finger along the table surface. “I’m sorry to be such a downer. I’m happy Mom is coming home.”

“I know.” Ryker squeezed Wes’s forearm and released it. “Let’s just see how it plays out.”

With a nod, Wes rose and said, “I’ll, uh, go shower now.”

“Okay.” Ryker watched him leave and then focused on me. “I guess we have some things to discuss.”

“We do.” Wes had brought up some good points. Would I be ready to live with Ryker in a few months? With JJ at the Cardinals camp in Flagstaff, we had an open room. JJ would get a place with Holden when they returned. I fell into my chair. “We’ll have an open room at the Desert Dog house.”

Ryker’s brows shot up. “You will?”

With a shrug, I said, “Yeah, when JJ comes back from camp, he’ll move in with Holden.” I huffed a chuckle. “Hell, JJ will probably buy a place for them with his NFL money.”

“Oh…” He scanned the room. “If Mom returns in October, then I stay here say, two more months, that means I’d need to find a place by January.” He pushed his lips together. “That’ll be after your season ends.”

“I’ll still need to finish my last semester, and then I’ll have the combine.” Fuck, this mess was leading to the conversation we’d been putting off. But we loved each other. It was time to commit, wasn’t it?

He cleared his throat and shifted in his seat.

Should I say it first? Someone had to. Sucking a deep breath, I said, “Um…Ryker, if I end up with a team—”

“I don’t know yet, Casey.” His gaze fell on the table. With his voice wavering, he said, “My family needs me. My shop is here.”

Pain sliced through my chest. I didn’t expect him to be so blunt about it.

But here we were. If I moved for my career, I would probably lose him.

“What do you want to do then?” Would he want to break it off now and avoid more heartache later?

I stared at my hands, threaded on the table.

I couldn’t look at him. How the fuck did this good news mean awful shit for us?

“I can’t resolve this now.” His gaze found mine. “Casey, I love you and I want us to be together, but this situation is…is…”

“It sucks.” I swallowed through a lump in my throat as my eyes pricked.

Who knew what could happen? “I’d have to talk to the guys at the house, but I don’t think they’d mind having you move in with us.

” Grabbing his hand as it rested on the table, I said, “I’d like you to move in too.

I’ve never lived with a boyfriend before, but you’d have your own room.

” What the hell was I trying to say? Move in with me, but be my roommate? Fuck, I had to get my head on straight.

“Let me think about it, okay? It’s a big step.” He sighed. “I love your roommates, but it’s a bit of a haul to the shop.”
