Chapter 25

January

Y ulianna

The door opened, and I stepped out of the jet. Spain’s hot sun beat down on me, and there was nothing that could keep the smile off my face. We’d made it. This last week, I’d been so sure that something terrible was going to happen and all my plans would be canceled.

“Oh my god. I’m so excited,” Frida said as she exited the plane behind me.

Reaching the bottom, Vlad helped me step off the final step and then did the same for Frida, Ella, and my mom.

This is going to be so much fun. Ella signed.

It really is.

I hadn’t told Ella the extent of my plans. It was safer if she didn’t know every last detail.

Mylo and Vlad grabbed the bags as we piled into the waiting limo. With each passing second, my anticipation and nervousness ratcheted higher.

My mother had our whole week planned out. The perfect escape to paradise. She’d booked everything from massages, mud baths, and manicures to a private chef and a daylong boat cruise. And while I would join them for the fun, my main reason for coming here had nothing to do with a bachelorette party and everything to do with Eddie.

We chatted and laughed all the way to the beachfront resort. Mom had booked the best of the best and spared no expense. For once, the overspending would be helpful to ease any lingering thoughts my father might have still had to ruin this week for me.

It was still a twenty-minute drive, but everything here was like a dream. As the lush scenery passed, I couldn’t help thinking about the times I’d visited Eddie in Italy. Spain apparently had the same warming effect on my soul.

When we finally reached the hotel, I was vibrating with excitement. Walking into the lobby, I couldn’t help spinning in a circle. It was incredible, but I was really hoping to catch a glimpse of Eddie. My phone dinged, and I smiled.

E: You looking for someone?

I turned again slower this time, scanning every single person in the lobby.

Y: I am, actually. He’s a total cliché. You know, the type tall, dark, and handsome with just the right amount of threatening demeanor that promises a good time. You wouldn’t know where I could find such a man, do you?

E: Well, this person you’re looking for sounds unrealistically perfect. Are you sure he’s not a figment of your imagination?

Y: Oh, he’s real alright, and I’m more than sure of it.

E: Look up.

Confused, I lifted my head and was about to turn in a circle again when I spotted him.

Eddie stood outside the restaurant on the patio that led to the ocean. He was wearing a short-sleeved linen shirt that was blowing in the warm breeze, khaki pants, and black sunglasses to block the bright sun. He had the top four buttons open, and the tattoos on his chest and arms were on full display. My heart stopped and restarted again.

“Are you okay,” Frida asked.

All I could do was nod. I didn’t dare take my eyes off Eddie for fear that he was nothing more than a mirage and would disappear. Frida followed my gaze and let out an excited giggle but quickly covered it and tried to act nonchalant.

“Go to him. I’ll text you your room number,” she whispered.

“Vlad?”

“Yes, Ms. Mikhailov?”

“I want you and Mylo to escort the rest of my guests to their rooms once they are checked in.”

“What about you? Will you be alright?”

“I’ll be alright.”

Vlad didn’t move until I glanced over at him.

“I promise.”

“Okay,” he said, seemingly satisfied.

I weaved through the busy restaurant and watched as Eddie smirked before casually walking away. I felt like a stalker as I focused on his shirt while he moved effortlessly through the crowd of people by the pool and then out onto the beach. He looked back at me, and even though I couldn’t see his eyes, there was no doubt in my mind that they held the same mischievous glint as the first night we’d met and played tag. It was so long ago, but it felt like yesterday. Every moment we’d spent together played like a movie on repeat in my mind.

He strolled along the shoreline, hands in his pockets, and I didn’t see any of the beauty surrounding us. All that mattered was him. My blood was singing and we hadn’t even touched yet.

I kept my distance so it would seem that I was just out enjoying the day like so many others.

Eddie veered off the sandy beach and up a path to a private villa that looked like a replica of the hotel. He opened the sliding glass door, and the white sheers flowed outside like they were summoning me to him. I glanced around, my paranoia heightened, but I didn’t see anything or anyone out of place, so I followed.

In comparison to the bright sunshine, the room looked like nothing more than a dark hole. But Eddie was in there somewhere, so I marched through the door, not caring if I could see where I was going. I squealed as an arm wrapped around my waist and picked me up off the ground.

With a quick spin, Eddie pressed me against the wall from behind. I moaned when he gripped my hands over my head and kissed the side of my neck. The heat from his hard, muscled body had me melting on the spot.

“God, Ana, I’ve missed you,” Eddie growled, and I smiled.

“I’ve missed you more.”

Eddie chuckled, the gravelly sound traveling through me and making my eyes flutter closed.

“Impossible,” he said.

He released my hands, allowing me to turn in his arms. And just like every other time our eyes met, I fell in love with him all over again. It seemed truly impossible to love someone this much, but half of me was missing when we weren’t together.

There was no hesitation when I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him hard. Our lips moved in sync as Eddie groaned into my mouth, and his body trapped me against the wall once more.

I was frantic. My skin was on fire, and my hands were desperate as I pulled on the remaining buttons of his shirt.

“Fuck, you’re driving me insane,” he said as our lips parted, only long enough for him to kiss my neck again. Threading my fingers in his hair I held him in place as a wildness consumed me.

“Mark me,” I ordered.

I loved that he didn’t deny me what I wanted. He sucked on the spot low on my throat, his tongue teasing my skin and pushing my feverish mind further into the deep end.

“I need you, Eddie, right now,” I managed to say through the fog of my brain as he pulled his shirt off and dropped it to the floor.

Eddie was incredible. His shoulders were wider, and his chest was deeply cut with muscle that trailed all the way down to a washboard set of abs and an Adonis V that made my mouth water. God, I wanted to paint him.

Cupping my face, he kissed me again, more desperate this time. I could feel him losing control through our touch as I unbuckled his belt and yanked open the front of his pants.

“I swear that before we leave this place, I’m going to fuck you on every piece of furniture at least twice,” he said, grabbing my ass and pulling me up his body.

I smirked, wanting nothing more than for him to do just that. The short, flowy skirt I’d chosen to wear rode up over my hips, and I moaned as his cock nudged against me.

“I love this outfit,” he growled.

“Did you do what we talked about,” I asked, gasping as he moved my underwear out of the way and teased me with the tip of his cock.

“Which request are you referring to,” he asked, and my face burned hotter. He slipped inside but pulled back out as he lifted a brow at me.

“The not touching yourself one,” I said, biting my lip.

“Two whole weeks. Two very…very….”

He pushed in a little again, making me moan before drawing away. Eddie was driving me mad.

“Very, very long weeks of laying in my bed, thinking of you, and not touching myself. I’ve learned to love a cold shower. You certainly know how to torture a man,” Eddie said. I smiled and whined as he teased me again.

“I’m sorry, it was necessary, but you get to make up for it now. Take me, Eddie, please fuck me.”

I tried to hold back the scream as he flexed his hips, pushing in deeper. I had a toy that I liked to use when we chatted on the phone, but nothing compared to him.

“Fuck,” Eddie grunted as he filled me up. “Holy, fuck, fuck, fuck. So hot and wet…I can jerk off for an hour and stay rock hard without coming, but two seconds inside you and I want to explode.”

“Do it. Fuck me hard. Use me. I want it.”

His body shuddered, and with a groan that was more growl, he pounded into me, pushing me up against the wall, and nothing had ever felt so good. I’d been on the edge just thinking about seeing him the entire nine-hour flight here, and now that he was fucking me, I was lost.

“Fuck, you feel incredible,” he whispered into my ear, and that was all I could handle.

With a silent scream, my nails dug into his shoulders as I came.

“Yes, that’s it, Ana, come all over me,” he ordered, and my body was all too happy to comply.

The next orgasm was rising fast as I writhed in his arms. Eddie’s teeth grazed the skin on my neck all the way down to my shoulder.

“Do it, Ana. Come on, my cock again. Show me how much you want me.”

“Eddie…I’m so close. Yes…right there,” I wailed, arching as I came a second time. This release was far more intense. I froze as the pleasure tortured my body in the most delicious ways.

“Fuck, yes…that’s it…fuck, I’m coming,” Eddie groaned.

His jaw was clenched as he slammed into me hard and held me still. I could feel his release as he came inside me, and I wanted it all. I wanted every last drop.

“Shit, that was amazing.”

Eddie stumbled back, taking me with him, but he impressively stayed upright. When I was positive he was finished, I slid down his body and faced the wall. With a quick move, I kicked my feet up over my head in a handstand.

Eddie squatted down and stared at me.

“What are you doing?”

“If you think I’m letting even one drop escape, you’ve underestimated my determination.”

He smiled and then laughed until he fell on his ass.

“ Anima mia , I have a lot more where that came from. You really don’t need to do this.”

“Maybe not, but I’m not taking any chances. Besides, I’ve been practicing just for this occasion, and I’m not leaving here until I’m pregnant.”

Eddie chuckled before kissing me softly.

“You’re crazy, Ana, but I’m just as crazy about you. I love you.”

“I love you, too.”

Eddie stood, and I squeaked as he grabbed my legs and lifted me off the ground but kept me upside down. Laughing, I clung to his legs as he walked into the bedroom. This was just one more reason why I loved him so much and why we were so perfect together. He got me. Even when the world thought I’d lost my mind…Eddie got me. He never made me feel like I was ridiculous or tried to dampen my spirit. Eddie respected me for me, and there was nothing I valued more.
