15. Raven
Chapter fifteen
Raven
Bitch, get it together! This isn’t who we are anymore! We don’t let him win!
Walking to the bathroom, I get the first aid kit from under the sink. I clean the cuts and wrap my wrists in bandages. I don’t know if I ever truly wanted to end my life, or just try and purge all the bad thoughts. After cleaning up the blood and wrappers from the counter, then wiping up the mess on my bedroom floor, I walk back to my bed to try to get some sleep.
The sound of my security system being disarmed pulls me from my sleep. Slipping out of bed, I grab my gun from the desk and carefully make my way to my bedroom door, standing quietly against the wall in the darkness. The floor creaks as I hear someone attempting to sneak their way up the stairs and their movements stop. I wait, quietly, and once they are in the doorway, I turn and point the gun right at them. I can’t see who it is with how dark I keep my house, but their silhouette looks tall, so I try to aim for what I think is their face.
“Who the fuck are you, and how did you turn my alarm off?” I spit out. Already mad from my shit day.
“Whoa, whoa, Tesora. It’s Luis, Jesus Christ. I just came to check on you. No one has seen or heard from you since yesterday morning.” He quickly replies, his voice laced with concern.
“For fucks sake. How the hell did you disarm my security alarm?” I seethe, loosening the grip on my gun.
He chuckles, “Oh that, I um, may have hacked into that a while ago. That's how I knew your gate code the night we drove you home after the race.” For the love of God. I never even thought about that until now.
Rolling my eyes, I lower the gun and walk back to the desk to lay it down. “What would you have done if I shot first verse trying to ask questions?” I ask, putting my hands on my hip and quirking my brow.
“Well, I’m definitely glad you asked questions first. I don’t really wanna die by your hands. Considering.” He states as he walks further in my room.
“Considering what? Did you bring your posse with you?” I quip. Turning to look at him.
“No, it's just me. I told them to chill and I would come look for you. And I meant, considering I’m starting to have feelings for you, Raven. That's what I meant by it.” He retorts, reaching out and grabbing my hand to sit on the bed with him. The moonlight pours in from the window, letting in a light glow. Being this close, I can make out his face, seeing the concerned look in his eyes.
“No one wants to feel things for a broken girl.” I whisper, doubting he can even hear me while looking away from his intense stare. He pulls my face back to his and holds it before he lowers his voice,
“You aren’t broken, Princess. You have your demons, just like the rest of us. But you have to fight them, don’t let them win. You own that shit.” He whispers against my lips. Feeling tears pool in my eyes, I try to pull away from his grasp so he can’t see them, but he doesn’t let up. Instead, he pulls me in for a kiss, but not just any kiss either; it feels like my body is being set on fire. He kisses me until all the air is pulled from me and we both pull away panting. Letting go of my face, he grabs my hands and starts rubbing circles on my wrists. When I jerk away suddenly, he turns and reaches for the bedside lamp, turning it on. He grabs my hands, pulling them towards him and looks at the bandages on my wrists, then at me.
“I am broken, and I don’t know if I can ever be fixed. I wasn't meant to be cared for by anyone.” I struggle to get the words out, trying to wipe the tears from my eyes before they fall.
“Come lay back down, we don’t have to talk about it right now if you don’t want to. And just so you know, we don’t want to fix you babe, we fell for you just the way you are.” He reassures me.
I hesitate before moving towards him and laying down. But when he pulls me close to his chest and takes my hand in his, I can’t help but feel something for him. Rolling over to face him, I whisper,
“I don’t know what these feelings are that I have for you, but I'm glad I didn’t shoot you in the face tonight.” Giving him a small laugh, he starts to chuckle, pulling my leg over his hip.
“Me too babe, me too.” He replies in a soft and soothing voice.
Closing my eyes, I lay there against his chest and start to drift off. I’m not sure how any of these three guys makes me feel safe, but laying here with Luis, I know that I am. Even from my own mind.
Waking up the next morning, I notice Luis is missing. I lay there and my phone starts vibrating. Rolling my eyes, I slip out of bed and make my way downstairs. Walking into the kitchen, there's already a cup of coffee and a plate sitting on the counter. He’s still here. Why does that make me feel better?
“Morning.” I greet and sit down, taking a long sip of my coffee.
“Morning, Bella Ragazza, how did you sleep?” He asks, coming to sit next to me. When his phone starts ringing, he answers it and I can hear Reyes on the other side.
“Yes, I’m still here, and yes she's fine from what I can tell.”
“No, she doesn’t need everyone showing up asking questions.”
“My god, yes I’ll tell her to look at her phone.” He keeps answering question after question they seem to throw at him. Poor guy. I start to chuckle and he turns to me, raising his brow. Telling them he's got to go, he hangs up the phone and holds my stare.
“What’s so funny, hmm?” He looks so serious, and I literally cannot hold in my laughter.
“First off, try not to look so serious with me. It’s too funny. Secondly, I’m laughing because they were just popping off question after question. All because I’m ignoring the world right now. I haven’t even looked at my phone since yesterday.”
“Trust me, I know, I even got a text from Naomi because she was worried. It’s okay though, take whatever time you need. And whatever this was,” he rubs his fingers over my wrists, “Just know that I want to talk about it when you’re ready.” He states, worry written all over his face.
Huffing, I pull my hands back, looking away from him as I start eating my food. Ugh, maybe if I was normal there wouldn’t be so much they needed to know. Finishing up my food and coffee, I walk over and put the dishes in the sink. Before he ever touches me, I know he's behind me. Running his hand up my back and into my hair, he pulls slightly, tilting my head and whispering in my ear.
“I really just want to lay you across the island and have you for breakfast.” He growls as he licks the shell of my ear.
“Then do it.” I taunt, not getting the chance to even turn around before he picks me up and hauls me over to the island, laying me down across it. Pulling the hoodie over my head, he groans as he grabs my breasts. Leaning over, he sucks one of my nipples into his mouth and flicks the piercing with his tongue. Never thought I would love nipple play. Grabbing the other with his hand, he squeezes roughly, causing me to let out a loud moan. Letting my nipple go with a pop, he slides his hands down my body, removing my shorts.
“Fuck Princess, I’ve been waiting too damn long for you to cum on my tongue again.” He growls. Pulling me closer to him, he throws my legs over his shoulders and leans in, slowly dragging his tongue over my clit. He wastes no time before sliding two fingers inside of me, curling them slightly before he starts to savagely thrust them in and out of me. Biting down on my clit has mescreaming out.
“Fuckkkkk. I need more, please.” I am literally begging at this point. I don’t even know what is happening, feeling this weird sort of pressure building up has me needing everything he’s willing to give me . He’s doing all kinds of things to my body. Throwing my head back, he never eases up. Sliding his fingers out, he starts rubbing my clit faster back and forth until my legs begin to shake. Liquid rushes out of my core, covering his hand and the counter. What in the actual fuck just happened?
Embarrassed, I cover my face. “Please tell me I did not just pee all over you?”
“Fuck no, you just squirted. Have you never done that before?” He questions, pulling my hands away from my face. “Don’t you dare hide from me right now.”
I let him pull my hands away from my face, “Actually no, I haven’t ever done that.” Before I get another word out, he sinks to his knees and he's back between my legs sucking and licking, thrusting his tongue inside of me. He has me panting and moaning out all kinds of incoherent words. Pinching my clit while his tongue is doing all kinds of things to my body, I cum again on his tongue.
“Fuck, Pretty Girl. Eating you for breakfast is my new favorite meal.” He growls. Leaning over, he crashes his mouth on mine, swirling our tongues together, tasting myself on his.
Hearing the door open, the sound of Naomi calling out has us quickly pulling away from each other. Does no one knock these days? Walking into the kitchen, Naomi looks at me and grins. Following behind her is Marco, Reyes and Damien. Marco turns around laughing and Naomi just laughs and puts her hand to her face.
“For fucks sake, Raven. We didn’t know you’d be naked in the kitchen.” She keeps laughing while pulling Marco into the living room.
“Well, it is my house fuckers, I don’t recall hearing anyone knock either.” I snide, jumping from the counter. Reyes and Damien walk up to the island where I’m standing by Luis. Looking up at them, Reyes growls and Damien just smirks.
“Well, we came to check on you. Since Luis just hung up on me this morning and you haven't replied to anyone, we thought we’d come check on you for ourselves.” Reyes states, grabbing my hoodie from the floor and handing it to me. I reach out to grab it but not before he crashes his lips to mine first. Moaning against my mouth, he slides his hand in my hair and pulls back to deepen the kiss.
Pulling away, he whispers against my lips, “I can taste your release on your lips and fuck, you taste so damn good.”
“Well, Little Viper, guess Luis did a good job checking to make sure you were okay, hmm?” He chuckles, pulling me in for a kiss next, doing the same thing Reyes just did and deepening it. I could get used to kissing them. Each one is their own version of Earth shattering. Pulling away, he looks at me and groans. “Mmm, I can taste both of you on your lips.” Blushing, I turn and call out to everyone else.
“Alright, well Luis made breakfast, I’m going to run and shower.” I stammer out, trying to hurry out of the kitchen and up the stairs.
