Chapter 47 #2

I shake my head, that heart-stopping moment playing in my mind. I was terrified that she’d get hurt or worse, hating that neither of us could think of a better idea. Thank fuck the only injury she got from that night was a bruised throat and a minor cut on her cheek.

Ollie grins down at me, her eyes shining with happiness and amusement. “Let’s face it, you wouldn’t love me if I didn’t do stupid things like that.”

My lips curl into a wry smile. “You’re right, I wouldn’t because it’s part of what makes you, you.

” I hesitantly reach up and brush the back of my fingers against her cheek.

“Even if it drives me mental.” I go to drop my hand, her pained yelp still too fresh in my mind to truly enjoy the feel of her skin against mine.

She grabs my hand before I can pull it away and presses a kiss to it. “I’m not scared of you, Alex.”

“You might not be, but I am.” It’s just a reminder of how fragile she is and how easily I can hurt her if I’m not careful.

The grip on my hand tightens, and her expression turns contemplative. “Maybe we should have that limits and boundaries talk with Rhys now.”

I blink, taken aback by the sudden change in subject. “What?”

She doesn’t answer me, instead climbing off my lap—while still holding my hand—and drags me after her as she strides out of the lounge.

Rhys is in the small room off the kitchen that we converted into an office for the three of us, although he’s the one that uses it the most. He’s seated behind the old wooden desk, his back to us as she studies drawn plans of Haven.

“We need to talk,” Ollie announces as she steps into the room.

Rhys snaps his head around, a frown on his face. “Now?”

She nods. “Yes, now. Alex needs to tell us his boundaries.”

His eyebrows shoot upward in surprise—mirroring my own expression—as he glances between the both of us. “Okay,” he says slowly as he stands, wincing at the movement. “Let’s go back to the lounge and—”

“Bedroom,” Ollie blurts, then flushes. “I have an idea, and I might need your help if Alex is comfortable with it.” She glances at me sheepishly.

I’m not entirely sure how we went from me being scared of hurting her to discussing my boundaries with Rhys, but I don’t complain. Not when I see the hopeful look in her eyes.

Rhys crosses his arms over his chest and rests his ass on the edge of the desk. “How about this; you tell us your idea and Alex and I will tell you if we’re comfortable with it. Okay?” He flicks his gaze to me.

I nod. “I’m good with that.”

Ollie licks her bottom lip. “So, Alex is scared of hurting me, to the point he’s hesitant to touch me, and I was wondering if maybe he’d feel comfortable being tied up.

” She flicks a nervous glance toward me.

“So you don’t have to worry about hurting me.

Not that you should worry about that anyway. ”

It’s all I can do not to choke on air. She wants to tie me up?

Rhys arches an eyebrow but doesn’t look caught off-guard like I am. Guess that makes sense considering he’s a kinky fucker. “Is this something you want, Alex?” he asks, turning his attention to me.

Having both their eyes on me is a little intimidating, especially since I’m trying my hardest not to blush like a virgin. While I’ve had my fair share of sexy exploits—not all of them behind closed doors—I’ve never considered myself kinky. Not like Rhys and, to a lesser extent, Theo.

But the idea of having my arms tied to the bed, unable to do anything but lie there and take whatever Ollie gives me? It has my hard cock jerking against my jeans while smearing my boxers with pre-cum.

I swallow hard. “Yeah,” I say hoarsely. “I think I might.”

He nods slowly. “Alright. Since this is a first for both of you, I’d like to be in the room. Is that okay?” He glances between me and Ollie.

That’s a lot easier to agree to. “I’m more than happy to have you there.”

“Yeah, I was going to ask if you could supervise anyway,” Ollie says, her cheeks pink.

They probably match mine.

“Good. I’m going to grab my supplies. While I’m gone, I want you two to go to the bedroom and think about what kind of safe words you want to use.

You can either use the traffic light system: green, yellow and red, or just make up your own between the two of you.

” He strides out of the office and down the hall towards his room.

Right, yeah. Safe words. Never thought I’d be doing anything to make me need one, but here we are.

Ollie looks a little less deer-in-the-headlights than I feel, although I can see she’s unsure by the way she’s wringing her hands together.

“Are you sure you’re okay with this? It’s fine if you’re not.

I just figured this could be a way for you to relax and enjoy yourself without worrying about hurting me and—”

I press a finger against her lips, cutting her off. “I’m very sure, sweetheart. In fact, I find it pretty hot.”

Some of the tension drains from her body, and her lips curl into a hopeful smile, lighting her entire face up. Damn, this woman is beautiful.

And all mine.

I remove my finger from her lips and replace it with my mouth, giving her a short but passionate kiss.

“Come on. We should get moving and think about our safe word before Rhys comes back. Don’t know about you, but I don’t want to get punished.

” I wink and grab her hand to tug her out of the office and towards the stairs to her room.
