Liv'e POV
I left the dark moon pack alongside with Frank.
I was relieved none of the triplets tried to stop me, at least slowly but gradually they were respecting my wishes and nothing could be more greater than that.
I was in my room trying to get some sleep, but there was a feeling of discomfort I felt.
It started with the inside of my body feeling hotter than usual and then it graduated to to the feeling of something crawling into her body.
I sniffed, fidgeting in discomfort, uneasy at the pain which crept up my body.
My heart stopped in my chest, and for a long moment I couldn't breathe.
I felt really choked and it was hard for me to talk.
What reasonated into my brain was the feeling was similar to the way I felt with Max.
I crawled out of the bed, dragging my knees towards the door.
I felt physical pain, my hand placed on my neck as I clenched tightly onto it.
I tried to scream for help but my efforts proved futile.
Liv!" I heared a voice scream loudly.
I whipped my head up to see Samantha and she rushed towards me.
I could see the panic instilled in her eyes.
Samantha sat on the floor, flipped my body over and placed my head on her thighs as she began to rub my palms together for warmth.
"Is anyone there? Please help" Samantha screamed loudly as a guard ran to our aid.
The maids in the pack house who were alerted by the loud scream also rushed towards it's direction as they stared at us, looking quite surprised.
"Please help me lift Liv up so we can take her to my room" Samantha suggested.
The guard was mute and he nodded his head in approval.
He leaned closer to me, putting his hands behind my knees and carried me up in his strong arms.
Low whispers filled the room as Samantha turned, casting a glance at them.
The maids comported themselves, gulping hard in fear and their heads bowed down in respect.
"Get the doctor right now!" Samantha ordered and they all scurried away.
The guard gently dropped my body into the bed and all I could feel was my body slowly slipping away.
It felt as though death was ready to take me but I wasn't ready to give into it's demands.
The more I tried to fight to save my life, it became more difficult and I was losing my willpower.
I was struggling so much, I had never felt such pain in my entire existence, despite being an omega.
"Where the fuck is my brother?!" Samantha voiced out with a shaky voice as she studied me, waiting for the doctor.
It felt good to know that someone really cared about me.
I would always love to experience such love but not at the peril of my own life.
It was painful to see someone love me like this, when I was in such a devastated state and I couldn't appreciate the love.
A doctor stormed insude the room and four nurses, dropping his bag on the side of the table then he brought out his sethoscope.
"Please can you leave. The patient needs to be attended to, we need to resusicate her" The doctor said as Samantha left without bantering words and the guard followed in her trails.
"She's turning blue and I can't understand what's going on" the nurse informed, staring at me intensely.
"What I can see is she can't breathe, she's struggling with it" the doctor alerted and I breathe a sigh of relief.
Tears gathered in the corner of my eyes and I felt the overwhelming surge of relief.
Finally someone was able to understand the pain I was going through, and I believed a solution was going to be found soon.
They fixed an oxygen tank into my mouth and it gave me some kind of relief but not for too long as I began to feel the hotness in my body once more, accompanied by a severe pain.
"She is losing herself!" my half unconscious self heared one of the nurses scream with an appalled look expressed on her face.
"My goodness, she is shrinking up!"
"we haven't seen any thing like this before" the doctor called out with disbelief evident in his voice.
Everything was getting blurry as my eyes began to close unwillingly, no matter how hard I tried it just wasn't giving in.
"We are losing her" the nurse alerted the doctor and I felt someone grab my hand.
I winced in pain when I felt a sting inside of my hand and I finally drifted off into unconsciousness.
********
My eyes slowly opened as my blurry vision cleared out from my eyes.
I saw someone seated beside me but nothing changed in whatever I was feeling.
I felt weaker than before, my eyes staring into Luna Jennie's gaze.
I wanted to stand up to pay her some respect but my body wouldn't let me. I was so weak that I could barely lift up a finger.
"How are you feeling?" she asked, stroking my forehead and I only managed to nod since I had no more words to spew out.
"There's no need for you to try so hard. I'm aware you are weak but I've seen something like this before and it doesn't look like what the doctors can help with" Luna Jennie divulged, her gaze fixated on me.
After what felt like a long moment. I could see a ray of hope at the end of the tunell.
"Do you have an idea on how to cure me?" I managed to ask with a low voice.
"I don't just have an idea on how to cure you Liv. I can cure you and if you really want to get cured, follow me" she said, smiling warmly at me.
Luna Jennie walked out of the door and I managed to stand up even though my legs shook on the floor.
I walked passed the mirror, going towards the door when I caught a glimpse of my reflection.
I looked as though I hadn't eaten for days, my face looked pale and I could see the bones on my neck protruding out.
Fear gripped me and I almost didn't realise it was me, was it really me or a different person?
I followed Luna Jennie into the woods in the sunset even though my strength was shaky and I was practically wobbling.
"It's just a minor thing. I wasn't kidding when I said I'm going to help you but before that I need to show you something" Luna Jennie said, her hands placed on my neck and all of a sudden a new wave of energy surged through me.
I felt like my usual self and I was so delighted. It felt as though happiness found me at last.
Luna Jennie removed her hands off my neck without any warning and I instantly dropped to the floor.
Pain engulfed me once more as I groaned in an excruciating way
"Please put your hand back, I can't take this pain anymore!" I cried out with tears rolling down my cheek.
"The only way for you to be truly cured is when I do something to you" she voice out.
"What are you trying to say? please do whatever it takes to cure me from this pain" I begged.
I didn't care how she did it but I just wanted to get cured and live my life as Liv.
It doesn't matter if I get thrown back to the position of an omega.
I watched her bring out a knife, crouching down to my level.
"Stretch forth your hand Liv. I want to get blood out of your body because that is the only way for you to get healed permanently" Luna Jennie instructed.
I stretched forth my hand without thinking deep into the matter. I trusted her and if she said she has a cure then it must surely be true.
Luna Jennie raised up the knife, bringing it close to my wrist. I heared a loud howl and a wolf appeared from behind.
I shrieked in fear at the unexpected presence of the wolf as it ran towards me.
I closed my eyes in fear that my body was about to ripped off but what amazed me the more was when the wolf brushed it's self in between us, throwing the knife away and the wolf transformed into Frank.
I wasn't so shocked in seeing him in his wolf form but what took me unaware was the fact he arrived just in the neek of time.
"What are you trying to do? Liv shouldn't be a part of your stupid experiment so you shouldn't involve her in all of this mum. The problem is with dark moon pack and not Liv!" Frank lashed out, anger coursing through him like a burning wave.
A look of confusion plastered on my face, my eyes glancing at Luna Jennie whose stern gaze was on Frank.
A lot of thoughts imploded into my head. What did he mean by I wasn't dark moon pack?
Are they trying to do something with dark moon pack or is it something else I have no clue about.
By each passing day I got upset and more frustrated because the more I try to unravel the secrets, it kept getting difficult to understand what exactly was going on.
There are so many things that Frank wasn't spewing out to me and I was just confused.
"Don't involve yourself in this" Luna Jennie said, her voice coming off in an authoritative tone.
Frank looked at her, lifting me up from the floor and he placed his hand on the pendant on my neck.
He gazed into my eyes for some seconds and I leaned against his arm for support because of how weak I felt.
He dragged the pendant off my neck and I gasped in shock then he flung it aside.
I felt my body returning back to it's usual state while I wondered what had just happened.
