Chapter 28 #2

“I packed several.” She tips her face up toward mine. “You’ll have to wait and see which ones I choose.”

“Looking forward to it.” I rest back and allow her to relax at my side.

We drive away, making small talk about the wedding and the reception. Nothing significant, but enough to keep her sleepy eyes open.

The private terminal is quiet except for the hangar lights when we pull in. The limo rolls to a stop near the tarmac. I climb out first and extend my hand for hers.

She stops the moment the jet comes into view. “Callum, is this ours?”

“It is.” I take her hand and guide her toward the airstairs. “And we’re going to Kauai.”

“Kauai.” She turns toward me, and the tiredness she’s been carrying gives way. “I love it there.”

“I know. That’s why we’re going.” I guide her up the stairs and hold the cabin door.

The interior is narrow and warm with cream leather and low overhead lighting. A fruit plate and two bottles of water wait on the table nearest the window. And in the back is a bedroom made for two.

Livianna trails her fingers along the seat backs as she makes her way to a chair she wants to sit in.

“How long is the flight?” She takes the window seat and curls her legs beneath her. “I want to be there already.”

“About five hours.” I drop across from her. “Plenty of time to sleep.”

“I’m not tired.” She leans her head against the glass.

“Okay, vixen. Whatever you say.”

The airstairs retract and the cabin door seals. The engines cycle up beneath us, and Livianna closes her eyes as the jet starts to roll. I stay quiet and let her have the stillness.

The nose lifts, and the ground falls away. The cabin pressure settles and the climb levels out. Livianna uncurls from her seat and crosses to me, lowering herself into my lap. She tucks her head against my chest, and one hand curls loosely at my collar.

I wrap an arm around her and place one on her thigh. “Sleep here.”

“Just for a minute.” Her breathing deepens and slows.

“For however long you need.” I don’t move at all.

I don’t reach for my phone, shift in the seat, or do anything to disturb the weight of her against me. This is exactly where I wanna be.

She falls asleep somewhere between liftoff and the first hour of flight. I press my lips to the top of her head and stay there, thanking every god there is that we’ve finally met our fate and ended up where we were always meant to be.

Outside the windows, the Pacific stretches black and endless in every direction. There are no city lights, no wedding venue, and no crowds. Just water, altitude, and her.

This is what I’ve been after. She’s asleep in my arms, and her name is finally Livianna Mayze.

After an hour, I carry Livianna to the back of the plane, her body light in my arms as she stirs against my chest. “Wake up, vixen. We’re not sleeping through this flight.”

“Oh. That sounds like you want to make us members of the Mile High Club.” She blinks up at me, her voice soft but already teasing. “Where are we going to…?”

“The bedroom. I’ve been watching you sleep, but you’re beautiful, and I need you now.” I push the door open with my shoulder and lay her on the bed.

She reaches for me. “Callum, kiss me.”

I lean down and capture her mouth, my hands already working the zipper of her black lace dress. “Tell me what you want, Lily. Say it.”

“Take it off. All of it. I want your hands everywhere.”

The dress slides down her body, and I toss it aside. She arches up, pulling at my shirt. “Your turn. I need to feel you.”

I strip fast, climbing over her. “You’re my wife now.”

“I’m yours. Always. Now come make love to your wife.”

“You want me?”

She nods with fire in her blue eyes.

“Tell me where you wanna be touched.” My fingers trace down her stomach. “Here?”

“Lower.” She gasps as I slide inside her with two fingers. “Don’t stop.”

“You’re so wet for me already.” My insides heat. “Tell me how it feels.”

“So good.”

“Yeah?”

“Yes, but go deeper. I want you inside me, not your fingers.”

I pull them out and position myself between her thighs. “Look at me while I stretch you out.”

“God, yes. Make me feel it.” She locks gazes with me as I sink in deep.

We both let out a sinful sigh.

I thrust into her hard, but then slide out in a long, slow motion. “How’s that?”

“Just like that, Callum.” She circles her hips, rubbing herself against me. “Harder.”

I push in once, taking my time. “Like this?”

“Faster. I want to feel every inch. Tell me you love me while you make love to your wife for the first time.”

Chills scatter over my skin, and love takes over my entire body. “I like the sound of that, Mrs. Mayze.”

She giggles, still seeking the friction between us by grinding under me. “Your mom is Mrs. Mayze. I’m Livianna Mayze.”

“In that case, I love you, Livianna Mayze. I’ve loved you since we were kids. Thank you for making all my dreams come true.”

“I love you, Callum Mayze. Thank you for fighting for me.” Her gaze grows heated. “Now fuck me like you mean it.”

I grip her hips and drive into her, the bed squeaking with the motion. “You feel incredible. Squeeze my cock.”

She tightens her walls around me. “Like that?”

“Just like that.”

She moans and wraps her legs around mine. “Don’t slow down.”

“You’re taking me so deep, vixen. Your pussy is too perfect.”

“You’re going to make me come.”

“Then come for me, vixen. Let me hear you.” I twist my pelvis and find her special spot with the crown of my dick.

“Right there.” She stills, her lips parting as her eyelids shut. “Callum, I’m so close to coming.”

“I’m not stopping. You’re mine to fill.”

“Yes, give me your cum. Come inside me.”

“Not yet. You’re not done.” I pound harder, flip her onto her stomach, and pull her hips up. “On your knees. I wanna watch you take it.”

“Make me take it.” She pushes back against me. “And pull my hair.”

I fist her hair and thrust deep. “You want it rough on our wedding night?”

“Yes. Give it to me. Make me feel it for days.”

“Fucking hell. You feel like heaven. I’m not gonna last much longer.” I reach around and circle my fingers over her clit.

She aches back, gasping. “I’m there. Come with me, Callum. Now.”

We shatter together, her cries mixing with mine as I spill inside her. I collapse over her back, still buried deep.

“Lily, I love you. I love you so much.”

“I love you, too.” She turns her head and kisses me. “Don’t pull out yet. Stay inside me.”

“Anything you want, wife. Anything at all.”

She smiles. “Let’s fall asleep like this.”

I roll us onto our sides, staying inside her. “That’s better.”

“Always thinking, Callum.” She pushes up against me. “Now let’s take a nap.”

“Rest now, love. You’ve been going non-stop for a month. Now all you have to do is relax.” I bring her closer, peeking at her face.

Her eyes are closed, and she’s nearly asleep. “That goes for you, too.”

We lie there, entangled with each other. “Good night, love.”

She remains quiet, so I squeeze her tight.

She mumbles, “Night.”

I’m about to fade into a dream state when she whispers, “Jax.”
