Chapter 51 Like Father Like Son
Vanya' pov
Everything is soo perfect. He does every possible thing to make me smile, to make me blush and sometimes emotional too.
Right now, everyone is enjoying watching the video he secretly shot while confessing. Everyone's face is glowing with joy.
We were enjoying this when dadda and some men entered with a dhol playing it effortlessly beautiful.
Aarya stood up seeing his father after a long time and joined him. He took the dhol from another man and started playing it.
Like father like son!
The father son duo seems to enjoy it a lot as they forget our existence!
I went and made a round circle with my both hands and cracked my fingers on the floor. It made a cracking sound. I Ward off the evil eyes on them.
"My children are getting married!" Dadda yelled as soon as the dhol stopped.
"Yayyyyyyyyy!" Aarya and my home boy exclaimed loudly.
The brothers seek blessings from dadda touching their foreheads by his feet. They always do this.
We relaxed ourselves until a butler came, informing us about a couple desperately wanting to meet us.

"Let them in after a proper security review!" Aarya ordered and waited for the couple to arrive.
The couple, after a security check was permitted to move in. They admired the classy interior of the entrance. Their eyes out of their sockets and lips parted showcasing their shock. They knew AARYAANT DANDWANI IS A TRILLIONAIRE! but watching through their naked eyes, they couldn't believe their eyes.
When they reached the living area where everyone was waiting for them, Kairav stood up. Shocked to see them after almost twenty five years. While others were seated unaffected knowing the motive behind their arrival.
"I don't remember calling you here!" Kairav bitterly voiced showing his disgust.
"Ham ma ke kehne par ai hai!" As soon as Kairav heard the word 'Ma' , his eyes turned glossy and he couldn't hide it anymore.
"What does she want?" Kairav barely whispered.
"She regretted everything from the past twenty years bhaiyaah! Blaming and punishing herself every single day when she got to know about Prithvi Sisodiya. Everyone thought you and bhabhi died in that attack but when years after Aaryaant posted your picture, we were baffled happy as you're alive and guilty as we couldn't save you at that time neither we supported you and bhabhi.!" His brother explained.
"Where's di bhaiyaah!" Hearing her question, everyone has their eyes glistening with tears.
"She's here! In my heart!" Kairav murmurs placing hand on his heart.
"She is here right bhaiya, I want my sister back!" Kavya, Aadhya's real sister and Kairav's brother Shritij's wife cried for her sister.
"Now you want her back! Where were you when she needed you! Fucking enjoying your life! You're suddenly honouring her memory! Stop this facade!" Kairav burst on her.
She stood there silently, absorbing his anger, knowing deep down that he's right-or at least, that his pain is justified. Maybe she tried to be there but failed, or maybe she stayed away for reasons she now hates herself for.
"I know..... I should have been there!" She cried grabbing kairav's feet.
Kairav, still shaking with grief and anger, feels the warmth of her tears soaking into his legs. For a moment, his rage flaters as he looked down at her - broke, just like him.
His anger slowly melts into something else- understanding and sorrow that's too heavy to carry alone. As he lifts her to her feet and pulls her into his embrace.
"I'm soo sorry jiju!" Clutching his shirt, sobbing into his chest, she murmured over and over.
He couldn't voice out anything, just hold her tightly because words aren't enough for what they've lost.
"Let's focus on my son and daughter!" Kairav said trying to ease the pressure.
"That's the reason we're here jiju!" Kavya said and kairav nodded.
"Ma wants her grandchildren to marry in the whole family's presence!" Shritij revealed their reason for sudden appearance.
"Why?" Aaryaant questioned them not really liking their mere presence.
"Aaryaant your dadi is regretting and she has only a few years to live. Don't do this to her. Let her die peacefully without regret.!" Kairav tried to make him understand.
"This is your responsibility to look after your family's wishes!"
"I've never taught you to run away from your responsibilities! Did I?" Kairav used his morals.
"Fine! But the wedding will take place at a location of our choosing. Dad!" Aaryaant declared and left from there showing his displeasure.
"Bhaiya! Ma wants you to inform her!" Shritij requested him.
"I agreed for marriage only!" Saying Kairav left indicating his silent denial.
After kairav everyone left for their respective works. Vanya went to Aaryaant's room and saw him standing by the balcony with his palms fisted and veins popped up.
She went to him. Snaking her arms from behind him, she patted and caressed his chest slowly to calm his raging anger. His anger vanished the moment she touched him but stopped, enjoying her soothing caressing.
He turned to her and she smiled at him. Again melting him to no extent.
"You really know how to melt away my anger!" He said feeling beatific.
"Whatever!" She shrugged off and took him in a hug clinging onto him. He smiling took her off the ground.
"You're adorable!" He admired her.
"And you're Giant!" She said with a stoic face trying to mimic his expressions. He laughed at her silly try.
"So, where would you want our wedding to take place!" She asked, still being in his arms. He carried them inside and settled himself on the chesterfield with her.
"Where do you want?" He questioned her back.
"I asked you first!" She pressurized him to answer.
"And I asked you second!" He played.
"I won't tell you until you tell me!" She declared collapsing her hands together.
"Achha baba I want our wedding to take place at our own house!" He answered with a small smile.
"Perfect!" She beamed pecking his lips.
"Kapoor Paradise or Dandwani Mansion?" She asked him again.
"Kapoor Paradise!" He answered again making her beam.
"But they'll be present there!" He said making a sulking face.
"Their presence won't stop me from enjoying my wedding!" She sassily said.
"And moreover, I don't care about them. All I care is You, You and You!" She continued and ended with a small cheek kiss.
"Oh! How deeply I love you!" He whispered against her cheeks giving a slight peck.
He knows she hates them. The reason for the hate is when Aaryaant needed them, they didn't support him nor sheltered him in the absence of his parents. No one was there for him but he was present for everyone. For once, he would forgive them but she'll never! She hates them more than he does!
