Chapter 52 Glowing!
The wedding rituals have started and today is the day of their haldi ceremony.
The Haldi ceremony is one of the most significant and joyous pre-wedding rituals. It is a blend of tradition, symbolism and fun, deeply rooted in Indian culture.
It is considered that, applying a paste of turmeric, sandalwood and rose water on the couple enhance their beauty with natural glow and purify them before the wedding.
From the moment the wedding dates are set, the Kapoor Paradise transfers into a lively hub of relatives, decorators, musicians and endless discussion about outfits, rituals and food.
Both sides of relatives have arrived already. The stars, ministers, reporters, singers, models and most importantly their childhood friends are invited on a special note. It's a reunion of their friends with themselves.
Vanya is getting ready for the haldi ceremony. Busy wrapping the saree around her waist that she ignored the voice of the door unlocking.
She smiled contently at her silhouette draped elegantly in a white simple cotton saree into the mirror.
"Already glowing!" Aaryaant said.
She turned and saw him leaning against the door frame with a smile that is always on his lips when she's around him.
"After all it's my wedding!" She said titling her chin up.
"You're beautiful without any materialistic thing!" He admired her.
She was only in a simple white cotton saree with no earrings, no bindi, no makeup and no accessories. Still she seemed the most beautiful in the whole world to him.
"It's you behind the reason for my glow!" She accredited him making him smile proudly at his choice. He felt fortunate, successful and blessed to have a woman like her in his life.
He hugged her from behind while softly kissing her shoulder blade.
"I'm as pleased as punch and as happy as larry to hear this!" He expressed lovingly. Grabbing her jaw, he arched her neck taking her in a slow and soft kiss.
The kiss was more than just a gesture; it was a promise. A promise to cherish her, to put her happiness above his own, to care for her always. A promise to stand by her side every storm and sunshine. A promise to create a future filled with love laughter and unwavering commitment. A promise that no matter what life brought their way, he would always choose her, again and again. It was a fleeting moment, a silent vow spoken through touch.
He placed a small red bindi between her brows and kissed her temple.
"It's not just an ornament; it's a symbol of the love that shines in your eyes. And I swear, no jewel in the world could ever compare to how stunning you look with it." With a soft smile he whispered cupping her face gently, his thumb grazing her cheek as his eyes lingered on the small red bindi adorning her forehead.
Gazing upward, she closed her eyes. Her heart whispered a prayer. In the silence of her soul, she offered her gratitude and silent thanks to her God for blessing the man into her life.
"Are you fine?" He concerned asked as he saw her closed eyes.
"Relax, I was just talking to my kanha ji!" She replied.
"And what were you guys talking about?" He curiously asked.
"Vo mere or unke bich hai, apko kyun bataun!" She said wriggling her brows.
"Fine then I'm leaving!" He tried to make her reveal. But whom he's tricking!
"Haldi mai be on time!" She loudly voiced popping his bubble. He made a sulking face and strode towards the door.
"Aarya!" She lovingly called him.
"Let me stay angry for at least a minute!" He whined at her. She chuckled and came close to him.
Cupping his face, she pulled him down and pecked his cheeks. He pulled her and swiftly took her off the feet pampering with kisses all over her face.
"Stop...go!" She said with a strict face tightly grabbing his face in her palms.
"Bye!" He said and left smiling.
Making herself presentable, she left towards the backyard, where the haldi ceremony is held.
As she went there, she saw her baby sisters sincerely working to make sure everything go perfect. And she felt proud adoring them.
"My perfect daughters!" She whispered watching them doing everything with perfection.
"Girls!" Vanya yelled to get their attention.
"Dida! You look like mom" vartika admired her elder sister.
"Am I not your mom?" Vanya asked her playfully resting her hands on her waist.
"You're the best mom in the whole freaking world!" Vartika yelled taking her in a tight hug. The other two joined her and they squeezed Vanya among themselves.
"You girls look absolutely stunning! my little fashion icons! Keep shining, my gorgeous babies!" She complimented them which was an achievement for them.
For the Haldi ceremony, everyone chose to dress in a white theme, creating a beautiful and elegant atmosphere.
Vani elegantly graced in a simple yet royal white sharara set. A white anarkali with a little golden embroidery enhanced Vartika's perfect figure while varnika was adorning in a off white simple yet elegant lehenga.
Their natural beauty shone without adornment. Their smile, the only ornament they wore. No jewelleries, no accessories and no makeup.

"Bhaiya let's go di must be waiting for us!" Ariv yelled the fourth time as Aaryaant was busy making his hairs look perfect.
He stylized himself in a white kurta with golden lines and white embroidery. The neatly trimmed beard enhances his sharp features. A smile adorning his lips as he waited for the day when she'll be his bride.
His brothers were no less as they looked stunning in their outfits. Avi graced himself in a white dhoti kurta with an embroidered blazer. Ariv wore simple white kurta and trousers with golden work and nehru jacket over them while a white embroidered kurta with loose trousers showcased the fashionable nature of Aryan.
