Anything at all. You call me. And if Alex doesn’t come back here soon to sort things out, I’ll be calling him.

I wasn’t sure at first. About the two of you getting back together, I mean.

But I know you’re the only one who ever made him happy. ”

Kaitlyn looked at Michaela in surprise. “I don’t think that’s true,” she said, but Alex’s mom shook her head.
