Chapter 74

Victoria thought, "I really don't want a little kid to involve something like this."

Emma nodded. "Okay. Ms.Victoria."

Victoria picked up Emma and walked outside. But when she reached the door, she met Jude.

Behind him followed two bodyguards. He was wearing a white short–sleeved shirt and black shorts. He looked childish but cold, and his eyes looked straight at her.

Jude pressed his lips together tightly, looking very unhappy.

Seeing this, Emma immediately hugged Victoria's neck and kissed her. "Ms. Victoria, I like you so much."

Victoria smiled, "I like you, too."

With that, she kissed Emma's chubby face.

Of course, she had to respond to Emma's love for her.

Jude's expression became even colder, and there was even a hint of anger in his big eyes.

However, Victoria just glanced at him, then looked away and went to the terrace with Emma in her arms.

There were several pavilions on the terrace, which were specially used for employees to rest.

Victoria put Emma on the chair and said, "Thanks for your help just now. But don't do that again."

Emma blinked her big eyes in confusion. "Why?"

Victoria said softly, "Because I can handle it. You just need to play by the side."

She thought, "Emma is too young. She is telling the truth. But if some people don't want to listen and target her, it will be bad."

"Would you like some strawberry cake?" asked Victoria softly, changing the subject.

"Okay." Emma nodded and sat on the chair obediently.

Tina said, "I'll go buy it. I know where there is a dessert shop."

"Okay. Thanks," smiled Victoria slightly, and someone indeed had to stay behind to take care of Emma .

Tina then ran away in a hurry.

"Mom." Jude's childish voice sounded just then. But it was a little stiff, as if calling her made him uncomfortable.

Victoria turned and saw Jude standing at the door, looking at her.

"What's up?" Her tone was colder, but her expression was still gentle.

"I want to eat strawberry cake, too. Can you bake it for me?" Jude walked towards Victoria step by step

Victoria chuckled, "Really?"

She thought, "But he hated the sweets I made in the past and even said that eating them was a bad habit and that I was leading him astray.

At that time, I was holding the freshly baked cake, stunned for a long time, and finally ate the cake myself.

The cake was so sweet and delicious, but I only tasted bitter. But now, he said he wanted to eat the strawberry cake I baked. It's a bit ironic."

"Yes." Jude nodded seriously. "Mom, can you bake it for me? I want to eat."

Victoria said calmly, "I can't bake sweets."

"You're lying. You can." Jude's tone became agitated. "You've baked it for me before."

Victoria said calmly, "Well, I don't remember."

Jude clenched his hands into fists, staring at her with his big eyes, tears flashing in his eyes, he shouted. "You can. You just don't want to bake it for me, right? Are you my mother?"

"Hey, don't be mean to Ms. Victoria." Emma jumped down from the chair and stood in front of Victoria.

"Get lost. She's my mother," shouted Jude and reached out to push Emma away.
