Itook a long, cold shower after leaving my room.
I’d fucked up. Big time.
So long I’d spent resisting her pouty lip and attitude I knew needed an adjustment, but something fizzled in the air tonight, and I couldn’t control myself.
I looked down at my cock that was hard as a rock.
I’d barely managed to keep my slit closed walking to the shower, imagining what it would be like to sink into her warm wetness.
Even now I felt like I could smell her arousal.
Probably because she’d covered the tip of my tail in it.
I had yet to put that part of myself under the water, wanting it to last a bit longer.
Precum dripped from my tip, falling onto the shower floor.
I was well and truly fucked.
I took myself into my hand, moving my hand back and forth snappily, alternating pressure on my knot.
If cold water wasn’t going to take care of it, I was going to have to.
My effort was to get it over with quickly, but I couldn’t stop imagining Sage down on her knees for me, stroking me slowly.
Her big blue eyes looking up at me, her slightly rounded face right there to catch my cum.
I couldn’t help it, I needed more. I needed more her. I lifted the tip of my tail to my face, shoving it into my mouth.
Her taste exploded in my mouth, even better than I had imagined.
It was embarrassing how that alone was enough to make me finish faster than I would have ever admitted to anyone.
I finished washing in a hurry. There was never a reason to waste clean water on the ship, no matter how embarrassed I was.
I dried off before throwing a shirt on and heading back to my room.
When I got there, however, Sage’s sleepy form was missing, just the divot of where she left embedded into my blanket like an imprint.
For a moment I thought of going after her to see if she was okay, but I stopped myself. This was probably for the best, even if it felt so fucking wrong.
I got into bed, her soft, floral scent clinging to my sheets, as if they didn’t want to let her go either. My face rolled into them, getting the last bit of scent I could from her.
Yeah, I was well and truly fucked.
This end of the ship was quiet this morning. Everyone should be getting prepared for sailing off soon, and looking at my pocket watch, it seemed almost time for everyone to be done with their breakfast and moving over here.
Though when I entered the mess hall, there was some kind of gathering in the corner. It seemed like everyone on the ship was crowded around and they were all holding… clothes?
I moved in to get a closer look. The crowd parted for me, as they naturally did, and I saw a crowd formed around… Sage.
She was talking to Ol’ Arn, pointing at one of his shirts.
I cleared my throat and the chatter around died, but Sage kept talking, as if I weren’t even there.
“What’s going on here?” I asked.
Jasmine answered from next to me, “Word’s got around that the princess can mend clothes, so everyone’s taking the opportunity.”
I nodded. It was hard to get clothing mended as a pirate. We were never docked for more than a day or so, which wasn’t enough time for most tailors, and we didn’t have anyone on board who knew how to mend. So most people either bought new clothes, or would wear things with small holes in them.
Sage took the shirt and then used a pad and ink she’d procured, probably from Bramwell, and made a few notes before adding it to the large pile that had been created on the table in front of her.
When she looked back up, her eyes met mine, and a soft blush crossed her cheeks. Though the gaze felt like a crack of lightning over the stormy sky, she quickly averted, asking who was next.
“I am,” Bee said, stepping forward.
“No you weren’t,” Links cuts in. “Stop trying to cut the line.”
“I’m not!” they insisted.
“You so are.”
More crew members started to join in, causing an uproar of arguments about who is next.
“I don’t think—” Sage started.
“Everyone wants help, so don’t jump the line.”
“I. Am. Not.”
“I think I was next,” Carina’s voice came in the crowd.
“Enough.” My voice cracked through the argument, plummeting everyone back into silence.
“Anyone who needs anything else fixed will leave it in a pile on this table.” I pointed to it, and picked up the page and ink pen from Sage, who was listening for the first time in what felt like ever.
“Write your name, the item of clothing, and what’s wrong with it, and Sage will get to you.
If you argue or cause commotion, you’ll all be scrubbing the deck with a toothbrush.
And be quick, we have a ship to sail out soon. ”
There was no further argument. Everyone cleared from Sage and settled in line. She watched them all move, following my order.
She looked up at me. “I had it handled, you know.”
I quirked a brow, but looked away from her. I couldn’t handle her looking up at me the same way she did yesterday.
“We need to move out, and I need them in order.”
She huffed. “When do we leave?”
“As soon as everyone is done with this,” I gestured to them, adding their clothes to the pile and writing things down in an orderly fashion.
“Okay then.” She picked up the pile she already had, brushing past me. Her skirts tickled against my tail as she passed. I couldn’t tell if it was a purposeful tease, or if last night was so top of mind that it was the only thing I could focus on.
But she never turned back as she strode off towards her room.
“Captain,” someone called, drawing my attention. This was what I needed to focus on, not a one night stand with a princess. My ship, and my crew.
“Coming.”
