Ravi stared at Yug, unable to believe what he was hearing. And somehow, Yug was still sitting on his lap as though it were the most ordinary thing in the world.
"Well, my legs are hurting," Ravi said.
Yug immediately shifted to the side, but Ravi caught him and pinned him back against the mattress, holding his arms in place.
"You know what you're saying, right?" Ravi asked.
Yug nodded once. Then, after a brief pause, he nodded again.
"I know it's weird. But I'm pretty sure about this," Yug said.
"There's no going back," Ravi warned.
Yug nodded again.
"I'm serious about this."
Ravi's lips curved into a faint smirk as he leaned a little closer.
"I feel guilty now," Ravi admitted.
"About what?" Yug asked.
Ravi looked away for a moment before answering.
"Someone might have kissed me today."
Yug's expression immediately shifted to confusion. "Who?"
"Luca. You don't know him. He's one of the Italian mafia's men."
"Tell me the whole thing," Yug said, a frown already forming between his brows.
"We were talking about work and stuff," Ravi explained.
"So you're close with him?" Yug asked.
"Somewhat, yeah." Ravi nodded.
"How close?"
"We've done things together sometimes," Ravi said.
"What kind of things?"
Ravi didn't answer.
"Okay, so he's your fuck buddy," Yug said.
His voice had changed. The words weren't louder, but there was a sharp coldness underneath them that hadn't been there a moment ago. His expression had hardened too, and Ravi could practically see the pieces falling into place inside his head.
"No we didn't fuck, we just kissed. Here and there," Ravi said.
Yug stared at him for a couple of seconds, as though he was trying to decide whether that answer actually made things better.
"Where were you guys talking? I didn't actually see you anywhere before the rituals," Yug said.
"In my private cabin," Ravi said honestly.
Yug's eyes narrowed slightly.
"And no one else was in there?" Yug asked.
"No," Ravi said.
The answer came quickly enough, but Yug didn't seem reassured. He shifted a little, creating a small distance between them, his gaze dropping briefly to the bedsheet beneath his hands.
"Keep talking dude," Yug said.
Ravi took a breath and began explaining what had happened. He told Yug how the conversation had started, what they had been discussing, and what had eventually led Luca to kiss him.
Yug didn't interrupt.
That somehow made it worse.
He sat there listening, his jaw gradually tightening. By the time Ravi finished, Yug's fingers were clenched tightly around the bedsheet, twisting the fabric between them.
For several seconds, neither of them spoke.
"So you're telling me your fuck buddy is back and you guys kissed and maybe even fucked which you might be hiding," Yug said.
"I didn't kiss him back," Ravi said.
Yug's eyes immediately snapped toward him.
"Why should I believe you?" Yug asked.
Ravi opened his mouth, but nothing came out.
There wasn't an easy answer to that.
He looked away instead, suddenly finding the edge of the mattress far more interesting than Yug's expression.
Yug gave a short, humorless breath and shook his head.
"What are you? A high school student? I don't know what your motive was. If it was to make me jealous then it's awful I must say," Yug said.
Ravi finally glanced back at him.
"You look more angry than jealous," Ravi muttered.
That earned him a sharp look.
"So you have some brain. Honestly Ravi can you seriously not see what's happening in here?" Yug said.
Ravi again stayed silent.
Yug stared at him, waiting.
When Ravi still didn't respond, Yug's frustration only seemed to grow. He shifted upright, dragging a hand through his hair before letting it fall back to his side.
"I thought you were mature enough. I thought you were different. But the things you do, i really find it strange. First it was Alizeh, your ex. Secondly Eve, whom you used to like and you still text her.
I don't care much about that since she's my friend and I'm sure there's nothing on from her side at least. And now, another guy on scene. Your fuck buddy," Yug said.
Ravi's expression tightened at the last two words.
"He's not my fuck buddy," Ravi said. "It's all the past."
"Honestly, just leave now," Yug said, pushing against Ravi's chest.
Ravi barely moved.
"I'm sorry about that. But I can never think of cheating on you," Ravi said.
"I never said you were cheating. But I do think it's wrong. I won't ask you to stop talking to people but show them boundaries," Yug said.
"Alright. I'll keep that in mind," Ravi said.
Yug sighed, then reached up and caught Ravi by the hair at the back of his head, pulling him down slightly.
"You said we're boyfriends and you want to know everything I do, everywhere I go. That applies on you as well. If I ever see you kissing people, that'll be just the end. No more of us," Yug said.
Ravi nodded slowly.
Yug pushed him again, and this time Ravi finally let go.
Yug immediately pulled the duvet over himself, turning onto his side and settling at the other end of the bed.
Ravi simply stared at him. Both of them were quite for sometime.
"Thanks for being honest though. But I'm quite disappointed," Yug said, still facing away from him.
Ravi eventually lay down as well, moving closer until there was barely any space between them. He wrapped his arms around Yug from behind.
"I can do everything to make you forgive me. Sorry the love confession didn't turn out right," Ravi said.
"It wasn't a love confession. I said I like you," Yug muttered.
"Same thing."
"I really do feel like taking that back though," Yug said.
"No don't do this to me.. I'm very happy today," Ravi said.
"Whatever," Yug said.
He could feel Ravi tightening his arms around his waist.
"I'm sorry again," Ravi said, his voice quieter this time.
"Go to sleep man. I'm tired," Yug said.
Ravi nodded slightly and rested his head beside Yug's. They were sharing the same pillow now.
For a while, neither of them said anything.
Then Yug slowly reached down and held Ravi's hand. Their feet shifted beneath the duvet, brushing against each other as they settled more comfortably.
"You have such nice ass, how can I think of anyone else?" Ravi said.
Yug immediately went quiet.
A faint blush crept across his cheeks, though he made no attempt to acknowledge it.
Ravi raised his head slightly, trying to get a better look at him.
"Are you smiling?" Ravi asked.
Yug's smile disappeared instantly.
"Shut the fuck up and go to sleep. Gadha," Yug said.
Ravi smirked.
"Aur tractor jaise kharate mat marna. Or else I'm going to kick you out," Yug said.
Ravi's smirk only widened.
Yug rolled his eyes, but he didn't let go of Ravi's hand.

Aarav had already changed into his silk night robe and was sitting quietly on the edge of the bed. The exhaustion of the wedding day had finally begun to settle into his bones, but sleep was the last thing on his mind.
He had waited for this day for far too long.
"Nothing is too tiring for saying no to sex. That too with Shaurya. No one in their right mind would do that. I'm not exaggerating just because he's my man".
Aarav muttered.
His thoughts were interrupted by the soft vibration of his phone.
Aarav glanced at the screen. It was a notification from the official Instagram account of the Chauhan royal family, managed by Dadi and her assistant.
He opened it.
The picture showed his and Shaurya's hands intertwined in front of the sacred fire, their wedding rings catching the warm glow of the flames.
The caption read:
Overjoyed to announce the marriage of my grandson, the future king of our dynasty, Aarav Singh Chauhan, with Shaurya Shekhawat in a wonderful ceremony surrounded by friends and loved ones.
Hope they'll always be each other's strength.
Radhe Krishna.
Har Har Mahadev.
Within ten minutes, the post had crossed a million likes.
Aarav scrolled through the comments. Some were filled with congratulations, excitement, and affection.
Others were cruel.
Aarav's expression slowly fell.
He locked his phone and placed it face down on the bedside table.
Tonight wasn't supposed to belong to strangers on the internet.
Tonight belonged to them.
He had barely gotten comfortable when a familiar voice came from behind him.
"Hey."
Aarav immediately looked up. Shaurya stood near the doorway, his expression softening the moment their eyes met. That was enough to make Aarav's mood better.
"Hii. Kaha the aap itni der?" Aarav asked, a slight pout forming on his lips.
Shaurya smiled and walked over. He gently placed a hand around Aarav's neck and pressed a soft kiss to his forehead.
"I was in Aarya's room. She was feeling a little unwell."
Aarav's expression immediately changed.
"Why? What's wrong with her?"
"Nothing serious," Shaurya reassured him.
"She's just exhausted. She spent the whole day running around with Vayu and ended up with a shoe blister. It was hurting, so I took care of it."
"Let me check on her," Aarav said, already getting up. "There might be something else bothering her. She hides things when she's uncomfortable. Just like you."
Before he could take another step, Shaurya caught his arm and gently pulled him back.
"Sorry, Rajkumar," he murmured with a playful smile, "but you're not going anywhere tonight."
"Shaurya-"
"I already put a bandage on her toes and tucked her into bed. Her cat and her favourite toy are with her too. She's sleeping peacefully."
Aarav paused.
"Hmm. Okay." He turned back toward Shaurya.
For a moment, neither of them said anything. They simply looked at each other.
Then Shaurya smiled.
"What?" Aarav asked, trying not to laugh.
"Nothing."
"You're staring."
"Because you're beautiful, Rajkumar."
Aarav's cheeks warmed.
"Let's just say I'm Shaurya Shekhawat's husband today."
He slipped his arms around Shaurya's shoulders.
