Chapter 7

CHAPTER SEVEN

Glass started at the ceiling and ended at the edge of the floor I stood on. In the glare of the window, above the glow of the city, Saul’s gaze captured me. Small candles flickered around us, supplying light in the dark condominium.

Beautiful. His home is beautiful.

Behind me, he stood with his hands folded in front of him. His hair was freshly cut. His khakis were crisp. His shirt was more of the same. His scent lingered on my skin.

“Saul.” I cleared my throat.

I felt as if I would choke at any moment. He drained the moisture unintentionally. There was a thick glob of nothingness left for me to discard of but I needed saliva. I had none.

“I can’t get you out of my head, Summer.”

“I–”

“All day. Every day. Every hour. Every minute. I’m done trying, because I know you’re right where you need to be. In my head. Making your way to my heart to make yourself at home. I just want to make sure you understand that there’s no turning back.”

Nodding, I stared at him through the window. Hunger was written all over his handsome face. Anticipation forced his shoulders apart and his spine straight. He was standing at attention, prepared to receive his helping.

“Once I am inside of you, Summer–you’re mine. Every fucking inch of you. Even the ugliest parts. The problem areas. They become my problem. You become my problem. My best one yet. My prettiest one yet. My finest one yet. Do you understand that?”

I nodded again.

“No running. No hiding. I want you open and I want you vulnerable. I want you soft and I want you gentle. I want you tender and I want you willing. I want you ripe and I want you ready.”

My head rose and fell.

“And, I want you out of that fucking dress.”

I peeled the left strap from my arm and then the right. The dress gathered around my feet, exposing everything underneath. There wasn’t a garment to remove.

No bra.

No panties.

I was aware of how this night would begin and end. There was no need to waste time with hindrances. They reminded me too much of small talk and I wasn’t interested in that tonight.

In the window, I watched as Saul’s head lowered near his right shoulder. He analyzed my backside, having his way and taking his time with his observation. I allowed him to linger.

“Miss Summer,” he breathed out with lifted eyebrows.

“Hm?”

I turned around. Saul’s chest deflated as his eyes closed briefly. As quickly as they’d shut, they opened. He swallowed, and inhaled deeply. His bottom lip went into his mouth as he examined his new laboratory.

“I’m not sure how careful I can be tonight.”

“I’m fragile, but I won’t break.”

Saul’s legs moved, but his mouth remained sealed. He reached me in record time. His hands met the sides of my face. His lips met mine.

My hands busied themselves with the buckle of his belt. Skillfully, I debriefed him. Our lips were still joined and our tongues were still tangled when anticipation swelled my chest.

“Su–”

“I’m sorry.”

My knees crashed with the wood beneath me. The scene had played in my head nonstop since Wednesday. I thirsted for the taste of his skin.

It smelled like lemons and woods and tonka. I was desperate to know how it tasted.

However, its beauty halted my progress. The slight discolor at the head was impressive.

So was its length and girth. It was perfect.

Far from small. Larger than average. But, not intimidating.

I imagined round after round after round of comfortable, filthy sex.

Long after he’d ejected himself, I would still feel him.

Saul, you’re a dream.

I took him into my hand. Saliva pooled in my mouth, not quite making sense of its dryness minutes prior. Widening my lips, I prepared for the moment I’d replayed in my head nonstop. I sighed as his rigidness rested against my tongue.

Soft.

Chocolate.

Smooth.

I held the base of his dick in my hand, keeping him steady as I massaged the back of my throat with his head.

“Fuck.”

Backward.

Forward.

I left more evidence of my desire on his shaft with each slither of my mouth. Wetness sounded in the darkness, arousing parts of me that were Saul’s for the taking.

My nipples hardened to the point of pain.

My well runneth over, dripping my juices on his wooden planks.

Backward.

Forward.

“Shiii–”

I removed my hand after finding the perfect rhythm. His balls fell into my palm as if they belonged there all along. Momentarily, I removed him from my mouth.

Spuh.

My spit collided with his textured scrotum. His body nearly folded in half.

“Summer.”

Hungry to have all of him, I pulled them into my mouth, now holding his lengthiness in my hand.

Backward.

Forward.

I glided my fingers along his dick as I sucked his balls simultaneously.

“Fuck.”

Backward.

Forward.

Fingers ran through my scalp before tugging slightly. I was urged to unhand Saul. My body straightened slowly, finally ending when my spine no longer curved to meet his tool.

Without words, Saul leaned forward. I was hoisted in the air as the breeze from his AC unit swept across my back. The cold glass sent a chill through me. Saul’s lips lit fire to me.

“Uhhhhh.”

Instantly, my spine curled and I tried forcing my legs closed. It was useless. He had me right where he wanted me. Exactly how he wanted me.

His tongue parted my lips. The lower set. He sucked my clit into his mouth, trapping me.

“Sauuuuuul.”

Like a sweet berry freshly fallen from a tree, he feasted on my nectar. My clit had long ago disappeared into his mouth. My knees began to quiver. Saul wasn’t careful. He was careless. He wanted me cumming and as quickly as I could.

“Please. Plea— uhhhhh.”

He released me from his hold, but I was far from freedom. His tongue swept across my clit swiftly.

Up.

Down.

Up.

Down.

If my orgasm didn’t overwhelm me, motion sickness would. Saul was wild and reserved at once. He was reckless and refined.

Up.

Down.

Up.

Down.

“My Gaw– Yesssssss.”

I submitted to my fate, resting my weight against the window. Saul destroyed my clitoris, punishing it with his tongue. I closed my eyes as my limbs began to loosen. I lost control of my bodily functions as a massive wave crashed against my center.

Once.

Twice.

And, finally, settling on shore.

“Ahhhhh—Saulllll.”

I was unearthed.

Head to heels.

My body flushed with warmth.

Small, fine bumps lined my skin.

Everything around me disappeared.

Tingling trailed from my center to my chest.

My teeth pressed against each other.

My head spun wildly.

“Please… please,” I begged.

Obliging, Saul unshackled me. He lowered me onto my feet. Our mouths met. I could taste myself on his tongue.

“Hands on the window, Summer.”

Saul’s demand against my lips spiked my temperature. I was in no position to protest. I was in total, utter submission. Whatever Saul wanted tonight, Saul would have, as long as it aligned with my moral compass.

The heat from my fingers fogged the window as I pressed my hands on the glass. The city’s view as the backdrop left me in awe. The moment was surreal. The view was blissful.

Saul’s hand wrapped around the back of my neck, forcing my body forward. My back formed the perfect curve, pushing my butt further into the air.

“Spuh.”

I flinched as I felt saliva crash into my wetness.

“Ah.”

Then, there was skin. The skin of Saul’s precious piece.

Backward.

He slid up and down my slit, extracting my natural filling.

“Ummmm.”

His girth was commanding. My clit was at attention as he swiped it one time after another.

Backward.

“Saul.”

Unannounced, he entered my gates. His intrusion was swift but slow. Anticipated but unexpected. Intense but merciful. Disruptive but serene.

“Uhhhh.”

Backward.

He felt divine. He filled me so easily, pushing me to the brinks of delirium.

I opened my eyes, facing the city of Tribecca. Its beauty was breathtaking. So were the strokes that Saul managed. Everything about the moment was surreal.

I leaned forward, attempting to alleviate the pain of his presence. He was touching parts of me that had never been touched. Discovering parts of me that had gone undiscovered.

“Un Un, Summer. You’ve got it. You’re a very big girl, love.”

“Saul.”

His strokes intensified as he lifted me by the neck. His lips touched my ear.

WHAP.

WHAP.

WHAP.

Our skin collided as he thrusted forward, deepening our connection with each blow to my backside.

“Sau…”

He felt so good to me. Inside of me. Next to me. Near me. Surrounding me.

“Take this dick, baby. Okay?”

“Uhhhhh–”

“For me, Summer. Take this motherfucker. Okay?”

“Okay.”

He pushed my body forward, again, bending me back over. This time, I planted my feet firmly and pushed against the window. I was standing my ground and so was Saul. I accepted everything he was offering me.

“Yessss. Yesss. Yesssss.”

“That’s it– that’s it, baby. That’s my girl. Take this dick.”

From behind, Saul claimed me. He emptied my well again.

Again.

Again.

And, again.

I explored his living room, bedroom, and kitchen counter on my back. By the time the fire from the candles burned out, so did the one between my legs. I fell asleep in his arms, prepared to spend every summer, fall, winter, and spring right there.

I stirred awake at the realization I was alone in the California King bed.

The smell of peppers and turkey of some kind led me to the bathroom in the slippers Saul had purchased and placed near his bedside just for me.

I emptied my bladder, brushed my teeth, cleaned my face, and stared back at my reflection in the mirror that ran from one side of the bathroom to the other.

Saul’s home was beautiful. The gray accents gave it a cool, yet cozy feeling that easily made me forget my troubles. The place had a woman’s touch. He revealed his mother had helped him pick out some of the pieces. I wasn’t surprised.

“You look like crap,” I confessed, shoving my hair into a ponytail.

I used the hair tie on my wrist to keep it in place.

But, for good reason. I smiled, turning away from the mirror to exit.

My presence echoed throughout the spacious condo. When I approached Saul, he was already waiting for me. His arms were spread wide. So were his lips, showing his teeth. I walked right into his embrace.

“Good morning,” I rasped.

“Good morning. How’d you sleep?”

He kissed my forehead.

Then my lips.

Then my neck.

I pulled away, feeling the heat of the stove and the heat he produced. Together, they threatened to set me ablaze.

“Like a baby.”

“I’ve been wanting to wake you for the last two hours.”

“Two? What time is it?”

There were clocks all over his place. In almost every room. Still, I didn’t avert my gaze. I searched for answers through Saul because I knew he had them.

“How long have I been asleep?”

“All morning, baby. It’s noon.”

My eyes grew twice their size as I extended my neck in disbelief.

“I never sleep past seven.”

“You needed the rest. Your body needed the rest.”

“Gosh,” I scoffed, running a hand through my hair until my finger got caught near my ponytail. “Maybe I did.”

“Have a seat. Breakfast is almost ready.”

I didn’t bother with the breakfast nook that overlooked the city. I had a better view. At the island. Watching Saul work his way around the kitchen.

He stopped by the fridge and removed a bottle of champagne and orange juice in a glass jar. The weird shape made it easy to pour into the flute Saul placed in front of me.

Pop!

Clink.

The champagne bubbled, filling the glass to the very tip.

“Enjoy.”

I placed the glass to my lips and sipped while watching him pour himself a healthy serving of champagne with a splash of orange juice in a shorter, wider dish.

Saturday morning was blissful. After breakfast there was more exploring–his place and our bodies. A shower followed. Shopping after tired us both out and left us hungry. We ended the evening at dinner.

By nightfall, we were in front of the television with glasses of wine to our lips as Saul played hit after hit.

My hips and hands swayed to each beat as I recalled almost every word.

It wasn’t until Saul joined, wrapping his hands around my body that I realized this was exactly what my life had been missing.

I hadn’t entertained a man in four years. My waiting wasn’t in vain. I knew exactly what I wanted and I decided to stop entertaining men who couldn’t offer it. Saul wasn’t one of those men. He’d come in swinging, hitting everything that came his way.

Sunday, we laced up a pair of skates and spent hours on the floor. By the time we made it back to Saul’s place, we both needed ice and a hot bath. We soaked our bones and talked until our mouths were sore. I rested my head on his pillow Sunday night dreading the reality of Monday.
