Chapter 5
George
For eight years, I’ve been here. I’ve kept my nose clean, so I didn’t get my sentence extended. Now, it’s paid off because they are releasing me early for good behavior. The prison is overcrowded, and they need to make space.
Well, I am happy to leave this shithole behind. I’ve spent way too many years behind bars. Time I will never get back. It’s all thanks to my wife and daughter. That’s OK. They will learn not to fuck with me.
Just a little longer, and I am a free man. I cannot wait to see the looks on their faces when I show up. They are not expecting me for another couple of years. But this will work to my advantage.
I’ve already got the wheels turning on my plans for them. I just need to be patient and keep my nose clean until my release.
I’m so fucking excited that all my scheming has gotten me to this point. My cock gets hard just thinking about it.
Gemini is older now. I don’t know how my body will react to her since she is grown. But I still get hard thinking of how she used to look and feel.
I’ve jacked off a thousand times to my own special girl. Her whimpers alone can make my cock hard enough to pound nails.
“Jones. I need you to come down here now!”
Jones is my cellmate. He stays in the top bunk. I let him suck my cock occasionally. We all need to let off some steam, even in jail. Jones does that for me. I can’t tell if he likes it or not. But I don’t care either way.
He told me no once. I fucked his ass so hard and dry; he bled for the rest of the night. Which made it easier when I fucked him again later that night. Since he’s a good kid, he learned quickly not to tell me no. Now he’s happy to help me out when I need him to.
Jones jumps off his bunk and goes right for it. I lie back and enjoy it while thinking about what I’m planning to do to my girls when I am finally out.
* Mary *
After another stressful day, I walk out of work and head towards my car. As I’m getting close, I see Casper sitting on his bike right in front of it. He’s been doing that a lot this last week. I will come out of work to see him lounging on his bike waiting for me.
He always follows me home. He says it’s to make sure I’m safe. I don’t think anyone has ever cared that much about my safety. It’s nice. But at the same time, that can be a little stressful too.
I don’t think I have anything to be concerned with. No one has ever threatened me, other than George, and he is in jail. He still has some time before I need to be worried about him coming after us.
“Hey, babe. How was your shift?” He asks me as he pulls me into him for a hug and a quick brush of his lips over mine.
“Crazy, of course. But when isn’t it? I missed lunch again, too.”
“Babe, you need to be eating. You are far too tiny to be missing all those meals.”
“I’m not really all that tiny, Casper. Maybe compared to you, I am, but that’s because you are a giant.”
He laughs. “Nah, it’s not me, it’s you,” he says, then laughs some more. “Let’s get out of here so I can feed you.”
“Sounds perfect.”
He opens my door for me. I slide in, and he leans in to buckle my seat belt. He gives me a quick peck on the lips as he starts backing out, before shutting the door.
Once we pull in the driveway at my house, Casper is off his bike and at my door, opening it for me. Stepping out, he pulls me into his arms and gives me another quick hug. We go inside so I can get cleaned up and changed.
Walking back out to the living room, I find Casper sitting on the couch.
“I tried to figure out the most carb-filled meal for you. So, pizza is being delivered in just a few. That OK with you?”
“That sounds great. I am happy to eat just about anything at this point.”
“I got the works. You don’t mind if there are anchovies, do you?”
Uh, what? Anchovies? He’s kidding, right? He must be. No one likes anchovies.
He starts laughing so hard that there are tears in his eyes. What is wrong with him?
“The look on your face. Holy shit. It’s OK if you don’t like anchovies.”
“But does anyone really like them? I feel like they don’t. And if they say they do, then they are probably lying.”
“I like them.”
“You don’t, I’m sure of it. There is no way you like anchovies.”
“I really do like them, but I did not add them to our pizza.”
“Oh, thank God. That might be a deal breaker, Casper. They are so nasty. How can you even say you like them?”
He laughs even more. “I’m just messing with you. You’re right. No one likes anchovies except Roscoe. He really does and tries to get them on our pizza when we order at the clubhouse. He’s a sick bastard, though.”
“Ugh, remind me not to eat at the clubhouse when you order pizza. I will not take any chances with nasty fish on my pizza.”
“No worries, babe. The rest of us don’t like them either. We don’t let him get away with it. He takes a whole pizza for himself anyway. Do you want to pick out a movie to watch?”
“Sure. I’ll find us something.”
I pick an action flick, knowing Casper will be entertained.
Settling in next to him, Casper puts his arm around me and pulls me tight to him. He makes the most comfortable pillow.
We watch our movie, and my mind wanders. I think about little Peter. I hope they got him out of his home situation. He’s such a sweet little boy, and I have no idea why anyone would want to harm him.
He creeps into my mind most days. I still wonder if I should see about fostering him. The more I think about it, the more I resolve to talk to Gemini. I don’t want her to feel I’m moving on from her.
She is too important to me to make a decision like this without seeing how she feels.
“What are you thinking about so hard over there? Do you not want to watch the movie?”
Somehow, he’s noticed my inattention.
“I was just thinking about Peter.”
“Have you thought more about fostering?”
Laughing, I say, “I was just thinking I need to call Gemini and talk to her about it. I want her to approve. I will always consider her when making this type of decision. Who knows? They may not let me foster because I’m single.”
Casper growls low in his throat. “You are not single. You are with me, babe.”
“You know what I mean. I’m not married, and I live alone.”
The growling gets louder. “I’ve been here every night. We may not be married, but we are together, and I have been living here with you for the past week. Unless you tell me to get out, I’m here. And even if you do tell me to get out, there’s maybe a thirty percent chance I leave.”
I don’t know how to address that. It sounds like he wants to help me get Peter, and he is willing to foster him too. And that’s just crazy.
“So, if I’m hearing you right, you are willing to foster with me?”
“Of course, babe. Who else did you think you were going to foster with?”
“Myself?”
He snorts. “Babe. I’ve already explained where I am and what I want with you. Did you misunderstand? Cuz, I can repeat it if you need me to.”
Good Lord. The man is ridiculous.
I sit here contemplating for a few minutes, watching Casper. Trying to read him.
He just looks back at me, letting me see everything. And I realize he is one hundred percent serious. He will be there every step of the way. So, I will take that chance with him. After I talk to Gemini, of course.
“OK then. I will call Gemini tomorrow and then set up a meeting with the social worker to see what I can do.”
“Perfect. I know Peter will be much happier with you taking care of him than anyone else. Just let me know what I need to do. Oh, and don’t forget we are going to the clubhouse tomorrow so you can get to know some of the other guys.
I know you’ve met a couple, but there are a lot more you don’t know. ”
Sighing, I relax back into him and watch the rest of the movie.
At least I should get to see Gemini in person again. I always miss her.
***
After talking to Gemini and getting her assurances that she is perfectly fine with me taking in another foster child, I call to talk to the social worker and see what I need to do.
She gives me the information that I need to make this happen. I also mentioned Casper. I want all our ducks in a row if it comes down to getting a chance to foster Peter.
She assures me that Peter would be happy with me, saying that he has talked a lot about me. “You’ve made a good impression on him,” she tells me.
“He’s a great little boy who just needs a chance. He’s been dealt a harsh hand, and I just want to help him if I can.”
“I’m sure you will be wonderful. Just make sure you file your paperwork and let me know when it’s done,” she says.
“I will. We will both get it done soon.”
“It should also work a little faster this time around since you’ve been a foster parent before. The only hold-up will be Casper, since he hasn’t. We will get your approval out of the way and work on Casper’s next.”
“Thank you so much for your help, Julie.”
We hang up, and I get started on the paperwork she mentioned. Casper comes in while I’m filling it out.
I tell him what was said and what we need to do.
He gamely sits down and starts filling out his portion of the paperwork.
Once we complete everything, I gather it all up and put it in my purse. I will get it to the social worker soon.
It’s time to head to the clubhouse so I can meet a bunch of bikers.
The ride over is great, of course. I love riding on Casper’s bike. Who knew I would enjoy it so much? Not to mention having the excuse to wrap myself tightly around Casper without making it obvious. The man is gorgeous.
I haven’t figured out yet why he is into me with all my baggage, but I’ll enjoy him while he is around.
We haven’t done anything more than kiss since the driveway incident because I wanted to take things slow.
Casper has been understanding and still sleeps next to me at night.
It’s not long before we are pulling up to the clubhouse where Casper holds his hand out for me to take. Getting off the bike is slightly challenging, even with holding his hand. My legs feel a little wobbly too.
Casper gets off, tucks my hand in his, and pulls me close before leading me inside. There are people everywhere, sitting on couches and chairs, playing pool, hanging at the bar.
Everyone looks at us as we come in. Suddenly, there is a commotion in the back corner.
“Mary!” Gemini shouts as she comes running to us. She throws herself into my arms and hugs me.
Laughing, I hug her back as she starts to giggle. “I missed you, sweet girl. Seems like it’s been too long since I’ve seen you.”
Gemini giggles some more. “It has been. I missed you too. Now I need you to tell me all about this little brother I’m going to have. Oh, hey, Casper. Does this mean you’re going to be my daddy?”
The whole room burst out laughing. My face flames three shades of red. This girl.
Laughing, I hug her again. “It’s so good to see you so carefree. I can tell you are happy and comfortable here. I’m glad.”
“Just wait. You are going to be here too,” she tells me.
Um, what? Looking over at Casper, he just grins at me.
“Gemini, I would adopt you in a minute if you’d let me. Call me daddy, dad, or Casper. It’s all the same to me. If you are happy, and Mary is happy, then I am happy.”
Literally, it gets so quiet in the clubhouse as everyone gapes at Casper. He just shrugs it off like he didn’t just decimate the wall around my heart that I’ve built and used as a shield since I found out my ex-husband was a pedophile.
Gemini squeals and jumps up, throwing her arms around his neck to hug him.
“Baby girl!” Hydra yells over the commotion.
Gemini rolls her eyes. Casper glares over at Hydra.
“Fuck off, asshole. I’m hugging my girl!”
“What the fuck, Casper? She’s my Ol’ Lady!”
“And she is my girl now. She said so. Treat her fucking right!”
“Are you fucking kidding me right now?” Hydra asks.
“Do I look like I’m joking? Mary is my Ol’ Lady. Gemini is her girl. Now she is my girl too. Don’t be a dick to her.”
I’m just staring, dumbfounded. Gemini starts to giggle again. Soon, everyone joins in. I can’t help it. I laugh too.
“You hear that, Michael? Don’t be a dick to me.” She then starts to laugh so hard she can barely stand. I have tears in my eyes, watching her. I’m in awe of how carefree she is. It’s so different from the anxiety-filled little girl she was before.
I finally decided to step in before Hydra had a heart attack. Going over to Casper, I wrap my arm around them both.
“Um, Casper? Did you just announce to everyone that I was your Ol’ Lady? I thought we were going slow?”
“Yeah, babe. We are going as slow as you need to. Doesn’t mean I’m not staking my claim now.
No way these fuckers are going to get a chance to talk you out of being with me.
Also, you can call me Jameson unless you prefer Casper.
Gemini, you can do the same since you are now my girl too. Whatever makes you comfortable.”
I can’t believe he’s doing this. Like we are a foregone conclusion. I guess he wasn’t playing around when he said he would be there to help me foster Peter.
After that, Gemini nods and goes back over to Hydra and Casper, I mean Jameson, takes me around to introduce me to the guys I haven’t met.
Eventually, he pulls me over to where Gemini is sitting in Hydra’s lap. He sits down and pulls me into his lap. I’m a little self-conscious doing this in front of everyone, especially Gemini. But Jameson just starts talking to Hydra, and no one seems to mind me sitting in his lap.
I start talking with Gemini about Peter and some of the things he’s been through. We make plans for her to come over tomorrow so she can talk to the social worker also.
Tommy brings us both a delicious fruity drink.
My life has taken the strangest turn. One that I can’t say I’m upset about.
