We were happy for a long time, until that day.

I met one of his admirers—a senior from his department.

She told me Sheng Yi had always been outstanding, forever number one, with family owning several restaurant and hotel chains.

He was perfect at everything.

And all I ever thought about was food.

She asked what I had that other girls didn’t.

I knew it was reverse psychology.
