Chapter Thirteen. #2
Dynamo froze but watched me grow harder.
Between her legs, wetness glistened. Dynamo was aroused but didn’t realise it.
Slowly her fingers sank between her folds, and she started touching herself again.
Not once did she close her eyes, but her chest rose and fell faster as her breathing quickened, and I’d never seen a more beautiful sight.
Dynamo was so damn brave. Seconds ticked into minutes as our hands sped up.
We held each other’s gazes, mine containing lust while Dynamo’s mixed desperation with desire and then with a muted cry she came.
Her expression as she did was pleasure mixed with surprise, and it caused me to cum again.
I sank back against the wall as I shot hot ropes into the towel. I’d never cum so hard in my life.
If I ever got inside her, I’d die. That was for sure.
Dynamo’s legs squeezed together as she milked her release, and I smirked.
This was massive and gave me hope that one day we might actually have intercourse.
Dynamo’s eyes shone with happiness for a moment before she sat up and yanked her clothing back into place.
“Mike,” she whispered. Clearly unsure what to say.
I smiled. “That was fuckin’ great. I’ve never come so hard.”
Dynamo’s mouth opened and closed. “I…”
“You were so brave, babe. So damn courageous it humbled me. You gave me a precious gift of your trust,” I murmured as I cleaned up and tucked my cock back into my boxers. Yanking my jeans up, I re-buttoned them and stayed where I was, looking for clues to her feelings.
“You deserve better,” Dynamo muttered.
“What did I tell you about putting yourself down?” I mock-growled, and she looked up, surprised.
“Shut up,” she retorted, and I laughed. There was my feisty woman.
Dynamo
I couldn’t believe I’d done that with Mike.
Somehow Mike had created a safe space and made me comfortable enough to expose myself.
Nobody had seen me naked since I’d been rescued, and yet, like a cheap whore, I’d just come to Mike jerking off.
That was damn hot. So very sexy. The look in Mike’s eyes turned me on, and I finally felt desire.
Mike was getting off just from me watching, and that had given me a boost.
The heat between us was immense, but I knew I wasn’t ready to be touched; possibly one day I would be. Mike was letting me handle this on my own, and with that control and poise, I could discover an enjoyment in sex again.
“Mike!” Caleb banged on the door, and I cried out and extended a hand toward it.
There was a thud as I scrambled off the bed, and Mike raised an eyebrow. Chuckling, he opened the door, and I winced as I saw Caleb sitting in a heap on the floor.
“You startled me,” I explained, lowering my arm.
“Mental note made: wear a bell,” Caleb retorted as he stood back up.
“What’s up?” Mike demanded.
“Royal Bastards are on the doorstep,” Caleb said.
What was the time? Damn, three o’clock?
Caleb stomped off, muttering about bells and sirens, as Mike waved for me to precede him. I didn’t pause and headed straight past. Mike was safe to have behind me.
“Jude will have them in the lounge, that way, babe,” Mike pointed, and I turned to a door and entered the room.
“Dynamo!” Warden exclaimed, looking relieved.
“Hey,” I replied, wondering why they were here.
“You’re okay,” Vogue’s expression matched Warden’s.
“Yeah? Something happened?”
“You’re late home,” Warden complained, exchanging a look with Blister and Undertaker.
My eyebrows shot upward. Had Warden just said that? “What?”
“We were worried,” Warden griped. “Didn’t know if soldier boy was—”
“Prez, I’m fine. I’m fuckin’ great in fact.”
They rode for me because I’d been late back from a date. I wasn’t sixteen anymore, and these weren’t my parents. But they were family, and they’d come to protect me. I reached out and hugged Vogue, who stiffened before returning the embrace.
Slowly, I repeated my action with Warden, who was shocked speechless.
“I’m okay, Prez,” I said, putting feeling into the words.
Warden searched my face before a small smile crossed his lips. “Yeah, you are,” he agreed.
“Is that it?” Mike demanded.
“No, McKay phoned.”
The atmosphere grew tense as everyone’s head swivelled towards Warden.
“What did that motherfucker want?” Mike ground out.
Warden looked between Mike and me, and I tensed. “McKay wanted to congratulate you on taking his sloppy seconds.” Warden didn’t hold back, and I winced. “And sent a message. Hand Dynamo over and he’ll leave everyone alone, including your girls.”
“No!” Mike roared instantly. I didn’t jump, just reached out and placed a calming hand on his arm.
“What are the terms? McKay always demands more,” I asked.
“McKay also wants some of the businesses so he can rebuild,” Warden finished.
“Tell him to go fuck himself,” Mike snarled.
“I did,” Warden replied.
“You need to lock Mike and the kids down,” Blister said to Jude.
“Already done so. A hitman was sent for them. McKay’s lying; he can’t pull the hit on Mike,” Jude disagreed.
“Who’d he hire?” Vogue asked.
“Rainbow,” Mike stated.
“Shit, once Rainbow accepts, he carries through, even if you change your mind. Crap,” Blister bitched.
“You’ve heard of Rainbow,” Undertaker said, noting Jude’s expression.
Jude rubbed his chin. “Yeah. Asshole was once one of us. Went dirty.”
“And you kicked him,” Warden surmised.
“Not before trying to court-martial the little fucker. He escaped,” Mike admitted.
“So, Rainbow’s got a real grudge against you guys,” Blister added.
“Hates ACI with a passion. Whenever he’s tried to cross us, he’s lost, but this, taking on a hit, that’s suicide,” Jude stated.
“A damn fool’s errand,” Mike agreed.
“Seems you pissed McKay off. The hit was upgraded. Rainbow will get triple if he gets Dynamo alive,” Caleb said, entering.
“Mike dead, Dynamo alive?” Warden asked.
“Yeah.”
“Ain’t happening. We’re falling back to the compound,” Warden ordered.
“You don’t command me,” Jude stated.
“Ain’t. I’m telling Dynamo. The club can protect her better,” Warden replied.
Mike and I exchanged glances. This was going to become a dick-measuring match. “Dynamo’s safe here,” Mike said, and I shook my head.
“Wrong. You’ve got mad skills, gotta respect that. Your former roles aren’t anything to be sniffed at, but you don’t have the firepower the RBMC has. I lost Dynamo once, not doing that again. Dynamo, you’re coming home and letting us protect you,” Warden declared.
“She’s my woman!” Mike exploded.
“And a Royal Bastard, and we failed Dynamo already!” Warden retorted. “We won’t risk losing her.”
“Don’t I get a decision?” I asked mildly, and everyone turned.
“You’re damn good, gotta be to be in SEAL Team Six. But Rainbow was one too. He knows how you think and what you’ll do. He doesn’t know us. Rainbow won’t expect what firepower we can bring. We’re safer on RBMC land than here,” I said to Mike.
“You ain’t soldiers,” Mike argued.
“No? Just because we didn’t sign up, that doesn’t mean we haven’t fought our entire lives,” I retorted.
“Babe, we’re more secure than the compound,” Mike insisted.
“I’m asking you to trust me.”
“I do, and I need you to stay,” Mike urged.
“We’ll agree to disagree. I’m going to the clubhouse.”
Mike was stupid; he knew what we were.
Mike looked like he wanted to say something, but Warden started walking out, and I followed. But disappointment welled after what we’d just shared; Mike hadn’t believed in us. That was on his head.
