After the variety show filming, post-production worked overtime on edits. It updated not long after.

Ji Mingxu's arrogant opening segment was edited in too.
The director said if the equipment hadn't been running, it would have seemed like coaxing a child, and only Ji Mingxu bought it.

The company wanted to renew. I rejected the new terms and focused solely on leaving.

I felt a spark of excitement. "Is he in trouble?"
Was his dad summoning him home early to take over the family business?
