Chapter 8
Chapter Eight
Gabriel
He gave her to the count of ten before he gave chase, letting her put some distance between them. He hadn’t expected her to headbutt him, but it worked for the fantasy. She hadn’t struck him hard enough to give him a nosebleed, and he was impressed she’d taken the initiative and put up a fight.
Surprisingly, having her truly fight back just turned him on more. She wasn’t going to let him push her around, even in the roleplay. Eris had been fairly outspoken last time, but he was pleased to find that she’d been even more forthcoming this visit.
“Run all you want!” he called, the sun nearly blinding him as they ran. “I’m going to catch you, Eris. Make no mistake of that.”
Ahead of him, she turned to peer over her shoulder. She was gasping a bit and didn’t stick out her tongue this time, making a wide circle around the space before she doubled back toward the trees.
He could work with trees. There were plenty of ideas stewing in his head as he chased her, her hair snagging between the trees as she darted back in.
They were going to end up making a big circle at this rate, but it didn’t matter.
Derek had explained they would have privacy into the afternoon to live out the fantasy.
After that, they had use of one of the guest cabins.
“Catch me if you can!” Eris taunted, her voice carrying through the trees.
Gabriel paused his pursuit as she slipped between the branches, her steps echoing around them each time she pressed down on a twig. The area was littered with branches, small rocks, and tufts of grass and tall weeds, so her steps weren’t as muffled as they could be.
Oh how he wanted to catch her. Having her beneath him, even for a few moments, was pure heaven. Missing Eris was one thing but getting a taste of her for a few scant moments before she took off again was another.
There. The snapping of a twig nearby alerted him to her location, and when he took off running after her he could hear her surprised “ah!” as he shot around a tree and spotted her again.
This time, Eris had no smug smile, nor did she try to be cute and taunt him. Instead, that surprise lit her gaze and she tried to run back the way she had come. Her loose hair betrayed her for the first time, sticking to the bark of the tree and stalling her progress.
She gasped when Gabriel crashed into her from behind, pushing her into the hard surface of the tree.
Her hands scraped along the bark as she ground her hips back against him, his hand coming up to cushion her forehead from the blow instead of smacking into the tree.
Her hair was still tangled, and for now, he decided to not focus on that.
His fingers trailed down her hip as she writhed against the tree, half grinding herself against the bark and half bouncing back into him.
He didn’t need to grip her hair this time with how tangled it had gotten, instead he slid his palm across her ample asscheeks, putting the slightest of barriers between her grinding hips and his aching dick.
The fight she had was gone. Now, she seemed desperate for him to fuck her instead of prolonging the chase.
The jeans clung to her ass, but a bit of wiggling helped work them down her hips as he peppered her throat with kisses.
She whimpered with every touch of hips or lips, and once her jeans were down near her knees, he leaned away.
Kneeling behind her, he raised his gaze to meet her brilliant hazel eyes before spreading her cheeks, his hooded gaze making her whine.
He kissed one firm ass cheek, the lacy thong she was wearing doing nothing to hide the skin from his attentions. Before she could say a word, he turned one of the open-mouthed kisses into a bite, sinking his teeth into her soft skin.
Eris screamed, arching her back, and it was the sweetest sound he had ever heard.
