Chapter Fourteen

Nomi

His groan was so loud it rumbled against my back. It never got any less hot to hear. If I could make it my ringtone, I would. Although, that’d be fun to explain anytime my phone went off.

His fingers didn’t stop dipping and stroking all my sensitive spots inside, but he did remove his shirt with the other hand, signaling he’d do what I wanted.

Another few moans were dragged out of me, my legs shaking and barely keeping me upright, as the tension collected in my waist and threatened another explosion.

I bucked and fucked myself wildly on his fingers, no longer caring how desperate it made me seem.

All I wanted was for him to put his dick in me like we both clearly wanted.

I didn’t mind being a bit wanton for it.

The strong definition of his chest melded with my naked back as he continued to drive his fingers in deep with one hand and open his pants with the other. I bit my lower lip and peered over my shoulder. Our gazes connected, and the feral need I found in his eyes nearly made me come right then.

“I don’t care how you do it, but if you don’t fuck me in the next minute, I’m going to be so mad,” I threatened him.

His lips twitched into another brief but wholly devious smile. “Scary.”

“You have no idea, mister,” I growled, catching an eyeful of his gorgeous torso.

Oh my god, his body was absolutely insane. Beautiful and strong, sinewy and taut. Alabaster had never looked so good on anyone. If I hadn’t been so desperate for him to put his supernatural dick in me, I would’ve taken my time admiring him.

His cock was a thing of beauty, too, and the absolute biggest I’d ever seen. Like the rest of him, it was ghost white. I stared at it as he gave the length an absent stroke and the flared head pinkened. It was an effort not to drool.

He had the prettiest dick I’d ever seen. It was tough to stop myself from turning around and putting that gorgeous thing in my mouth so I could make him groan and show my virgin Horseman how good it was to have a hot mouth and wet tongue paying homage to his thick, white length.

A little husky chuckle struck me stupid, and my eyes jerked up to his. The sound was so foreign despite hearing it once before that I probably looked like a deer caught in the headlights.

It was suddenly very important to me that if we did this, I needed to see his face. I was up and moving before he could stop me, and his eyes slid down my body in open appreciation.

No one had ever made me feel as beautiful as Ghost did. As curvy as I was, it never occurred to me that I could feel like a temptress on her knees as I closed in on him.

I grabbed his hand and sucked his fingers clean, making sure to keep eye contact as my tongue slid up one and down the other. His jaw tautened for just a second, but it was enough to break his mask of indifference. It was an emotion he hadn’t intended to give me and plenty of reason to celebrate.

I dropped my other hand to his dick. This time, he didn’t stop me. Instead, he grabbed me around the back of my neck and yanked me forward into a rough, leg-quaking kiss.

I moaned and stroked the length of him, surprised by how warm his cock was.

No, hot. All of him was. The inside of his mouth, the stretch of his chest pressed against mine, everything radiated heat when all he’d ever been before was semi-warm at best and cold at worst. Had I brought out this fire in him?

His teeth snagged my lower lip and sucked, while I squeezed around his immense girth and gave it a couple of “Hello, how are you?” strokes. Another wild groan rumbled from his chest before I was on my back with the Horseman braced over me like earlier, except this time naked and panting.

Be still my pervy girl heart.

I notched his dick at my entrance, keeping my eyes firmly on his. “Do what feels good,” I whispered to him. “And don’t fucking stop.”

His hand gripped my hair just before he punched forward, and my pussy swallowed every inch of him.

We groaned together, the pleasure striking out against both of us.

His muscles flexed as he withdrew slightly and slammed forward again.

My breath exploded out of me, carried along by a few of my favorite curses.

His dangerous eyes beamed before we kissed again, the sound leaving his throat all guttural satisfaction. “You feel so good, little wisp.”

I clung to him, the slap of his hips a loud echo in my ears. I was already on the edge of another orgasm. I wasn’t going to last long even though I never wanted this moment to end.

He did as commanded. He didn’t stop. He fucked the thoughts right out of my head, and all that was left was reaction and bliss. Soon, I was gasping and panting his name, so close to release that my hips eagerly thrust down to meet his, hoping to crest before I died.

When the crash came and the tension in my waist snapped, Ghost slammed his mouth over mine and stiffened. It was a liquid rush of heat from both of us for nearly a minute.

After, I collapsed into literal human mush. Ghost stayed over me, his face buried in my neck, his chest fused with mine, and his weight pinning my body to the bed.

“I hate to see what you can do when you’re not new to this,” I joked breathlessly, sliding my fingers through his slightly damp hair.

His laughter was smothered into my shoulder, but I preened in victory. Getting someone like Ghost to laugh felt like the best comedy award of the year.

He lifted his head and the beauty of him stole my breath away—and to think, I’d only just gotten that back. But I was a woman enchanted. His smile was so warm and full of affection, it choked the words right out of me.

But then his eyes jerked upwards. The colorful cuties were glowing and flickering, moving with intention around us. Even I read the alarm in their actions. His face was suddenly the impassive mask I’d grown used to.

I didn’t see him move, but I was dressed and in his arms before I knew what was happening. I was left standing in front of him without having felt either of us move at any point. My brain had trouble keeping up with the suddenness of everything.

Until Ghost was peering down at me, whispering, “Arms around me and don’t let go, Nomi.”

Confused, I did what he asked. He brushed hair from my forehead and dropped a kiss on my head, his hold on me bruising. Then the world tilted and shifted. Only it wasn’t like before. My stomach twisted in a nasty way as everything came to a dramatic halt and heat consumed the air around us.

I heard the fight this time, the sudden swarm of voices calling for a swift attack. It terrified me how quickly silence and bliss had become angry shouts and growling snarls.

I turned my head, faced with demons and angels alike.

They moved quickly, attacking out of nowhere.

I didn’t recognize the area, but it was a field of some kind and a storm raged overhead.

It looked like a scene right out of a movie with the sudden appearance of feathered wings and swords and massive shadow forms with red-orange eyes.

Glacies was already in a million pieces, freezing the ground and the surrounding demons with it. Ignis was radiating heat that sparked and summoned a wall of fire, a chorus of the afflicted crying out as soon as the flames hit.

Ghost turned my face to look at him, his stare a lethal beam. “I won’t let them get you. You don’t have to be afraid.”

I hadn’t realized how much I was shaking until he muttered his gentle promise. His knuckles brushed my cheek, looking nowhere but me. The world around us continued to burn and cool in brutal shifts, but he didn’t look anywhere else.

“Shouldn’t you—”

“Your cuties have it handled,” he teased, another brief smile stealing my heart. “It makes them happy to protect you.”

“Oh,” was my staggeringly clever reply. “That’s nice of them. They make me happy, too.”

They really did. They’d become my wispy babies next to my fur babies, Ferguson and Mr. Pugsworth. I’d love them forever.

I tried to turn my head when another wave of shouts erupted, but Ghost had a firm hand on my face, keeping me from whatever was occurring around us.

Maybe he was worried if I saw everything, I’d want to run away. He’d done the same thing when I was first attacked. He didn’t want me to see what was happening. It was unbelievably sweet, but also completely unnecessary.

I’d faced down an abusive father who made my life scary from the day I was born.

I’d lived in the shadow of fear for sixteen years, but I didn’t let it alter me the way he wanted.

I lived, loved, and sought happiness without fear.

I might not fight like the heroines in my fanfics, but I was made of strong stuff.

Felix always told me so, and after all of this, I believed it.

“I’m not scared, Ghost.” I kept firm eyes on him. “I know I don’t need to be with you here.”

His gaze softened, the glow a gentle gleam. “Good.”

The terrifying temperatures faded, and his hand slipped away. I peered around, and every demon and angel I’d first seen was gone. The cuties flashed over, rubbing against my cheeks as if to ask me if they’d done a good job.

“You two are so strong and smart,” I muttered as they flickered happily and pounced on my head. “I couldn’t have asked for a better pair of protectors.”

My hair was dripping wet by the time they were finished with me, but it was their version of a hug, and I’d enjoy it every time. I giggled and stroked both of them with a finger, feeling the brief bite of hot and cold but ignoring it.

It was crazy how a week ago I’d been trying to live a normal life. Now I’d been attacked by the forces of good and evil in an attempt to stop the end of the world. All after I’d gotten my pussy plowed by a literal Horseman.

Weird didn’t cover the feeling.

A hand smoothed down my hair, heat drying the water slicking through it. I stared up at the gorgeous man in front of me, but his face was closer than I expected. His eyes trailed up to mine, asking, but I didn’t hesitate. I gave him my answer by going onto my toes and kissing him.
