Riding home on my bike, I kept playing in my head over and over how Onyx beat the shit out of Shawn.
It is totally unexpected and I see him in a different light now.
He didn’t even know what was going on or who Shawn was, but he saw someone grab me and stepped in.
He is a beast with his hands too. Shawn’s punk ass had no chance with Onyx at all.
Then that kiss… it was amazing. I could tell I caught him off guard with it, but after the way he defended me, I could have sucked his dick right there in front of everybody.
I pulled into my driveway and let the garage up so Mya could park her bike in there next to mine since she was staying at my house.
We parked our bikes, went into the house, and went our separate ways to get ready for bed so we could have some girl talk and wine in our pj’s.
She knew my house like it was hers. It kinda was, since she had a room here.
She never needed to bring any clothes or toiletries because she just kept them here, unless it was something special she wanted to wear to go out.
I turned the shower on in my master bathroom to a temperature that I could handle.
I needed it a little hotter tonight. Although, I could have used a cold shower to cool me down from Onyx’s fine ass.
I hopped in the shower and let the hot water relax me.
I washed my hair because it got all sweaty from my race tonight.
While I was washing my body, I felt the scar from the surgery for my gunshot wound. Sometimes I forget that it happened, other days it’s very present in my memories. I tried to push out the ill memories and think about the good times I had tonight instead.
After I was done, I oiled my body, put my pj’s on, handled my oral hygiene, then went downstairs to see if Mya was down there yet. She was in the kitchen getting out the wine glasses for us to have a drink. She started her shit.
“Bitch, what the fuck you do to that man to have him defend you like that? You must have sucked his dick because ain’t no way he acting like that without head.” She laughed hard at her own foolery.
“I have not had any interactions with him outside of the shop. Only with that wrong part and when he came to pick up his sister from the shop. I didn’t even expect him to be at the race tonight.
Shit, I didn’t even know he liked them. I never seen him at any other event.
I wasn’t expecting to see Shawn’s punk ass either. ” I rolled my eyes at the thought.
“The nerve of that nigga to grab you like that. He must have been out of his mind, because if O didn’t beat his ass, Ryda, Harli, and I sure the fuck would have right alongside of you.”
“Hell fucking yeah, because nigga, who the fuck you think you are grabbing on me because I been ignoring your bitch ass? Just for that, I’m going to hack his phone to where anytime he thinks he sending me a message, it will go to his baby mom.
If he tries to call me, it will go to her ass.
Hopefully, he will get the picture and leave me alone. ”
Mya was laughing her ass off.
“Oh, you think you slick. I saw your ass buzzing around August, friend. He looks like he will fuck up your life.” I guffawed.
“No for real. Did you see his print in them sweats and that shit was on soft? And the nigga a Leo. A bitch is going to be playing hide and seek with his ass. Don’t call me over here when he is here, and I’m not going on no double dates either.
And bitch you not slick either. Since when you kissing niggas in they mouth with all that tongue? ” she questioned with raised eyebrows.
“I know it’s not what I usually do but the way he protected me without even thinking about it just did something to me. You know I hacked his damn phone and sent him my address for our date tomorrow.” I laughed.
“Ok bestie.” Mya’s voice changed from playful to serious.” I don’t know if Onyx is the man for you, but I want you to put them bob wires that you have guarding you heart down just a bit. Give him a real chance to see what he is about. All men are not cheating bastards like Shawn.”
“I hear you friend and I will give him a chance.”
“If nothing else comes out of it, at least he can knock the Mario coins out of that dusty pussy.”
“You make my ass itch,” I said as I started to drink my wine. “I’m going to bed good night.” She laughed.
“Good night, sis.”
The Next Day…
Today is the first day that Emarald is coming to the shop to help out.
I'm looking forward to getting to know her. She is such a talented young lady. I think there is more going on with her, and I hope we can be friends. I opened the shop today so that my dad could sleep in or run errands. I try to get him to take a day off, but he acts like he’s gonna miss something.
The truth is, I think he likes to keep busy to distract himself from grieving my mom as much.
I had a few bikes to work on today and some customer callbacks for the bikes that were already finished.
I needed another part delivered for one of the bikes I was working on, so I hacked into Onyx’s system again to order it.
I left a note in the comments section asking for him to personally bring it over.
I couldn’t help but snicker as I did it.
Shortly after I submitted it, I received a text.
Onyx: Ummm how you just going to put your order in on my system? Also, you have some explaining to do on how and why you know how to do this.
Me: Well, being as though you didn’t get it right the first time, I had to do it myself lol
Onyx: You have a smart ass mouth
Me: I do and know how to use it too
Onyx: Oh yeah? Can’t wait to see how that works.
Me: Really why would you want to see me chew food? Lol
I know I fucked his head up with that one. He thought I was going to say something nasty. I swear I crack myself up.
My day went by pretty quickly since I was fixing bikes most of the day. I was about to go in the back to call a customer when I saw Onyx and Emerald coming through the door. He had the part that I ordered with him and all I could do was smile.
My dad saw them as they came in and went to greet Emerald. She seemed a little happier today than she did when I first met her. She was in trouble that night so maybe that's why.
“Hi Emerald how are you today? I hope you had a good day at school.”
“Hello Kasey, I'm doing okay and school was okay,” she said with this weird look on her face. Making a note to myself to ask her about that later.
“I see you bought the correct part this time,” I said to Onyx with a smirk and he returned it. He moved closer to me and my heart rate increased. Damn, it was starting to get hot in here.
“Well, I mean you did place the order yourself, so it had better have been right. Hello, Mr. Kace how are you today?” He and my dad dapped up. “Can I talk to you about something privately for a second?” he asked.
“Sure,” my dad responded and they went into the office.
Not sure what that is about but it will come out sooner or later. I asked Emerald if she bought her supplies so she could finish the painting that she started. She said that she did and we walked out of the back door of the shop so she could get started.
“Em, earlier I asked how your day was and you said okay, but I feel like it's not true. Do you want to talk about it?”
“Just some stupid boy in my school keeps calling me names and bothering me and his so-called girlfriend be talking stuff about me.”
“Well, you know that means he probably likes you and she is jealous of you. Don't let them stress you out. Pay that girl dust but if she put her hands on you, beat her ass like she stole you bike” I spoke in all seriousness
“Yeah, she’s not that stupid. She always says it when I'm not close to her or when her friends are around. She don't want it with Em. My brother and my grandfather taught me how to fight.” We both laughed.
“Period.”
She started spraying her little heart out and creating her magic. I went back to the front of the shop to put the part that Onyx delivered on the bike that I was working on. As I was tightening up the screw on the bike, I felt a presence behind me, and of course, it was Onyx.
“I'm heading back to the shop. I have a custom job to finish. Your dad is going to let Em' come to his house tonight so we can have our date. I hope you know how to cook. Don't be trying to poison a nigga but feed me good.”
“Oh, I'm going to feed you good alright. You gonna eat this pussy,” I said under my breath.
“What was that?” he asked.
“Huh? I said I cook good. My food is not mushy.” I couldn't even keep a straight face.
“Okay, I will see you this evening at 8:00pm at your place and Kasey, you are right, I am going to eat that pussy.” And just like that he walked out the door.
Damn. His words went right to my girl and got me hot and wet. Da fuck? I'm at work, this shit crazy. I did it to myself though.
It was closing time at the shop, and my dad and Emerald were heading out to have dinner, and I was trying to be dinner.
I had already shopped for everything I needed, so all I had to do was cook it.
I grilled a few steaks, baked potatoes and steamed broccoli.
I also had some wine on chill plus some Hennessy.
Setting the table with the plates, napkins and some candles to set the mood.
I checked to make sure the house was neat and clean I went to take my shower.
After my shower, I oiled my skin with my favorite sand and fog fragrance oil. I decided to put on a short maxi dress since I was home. I wanted to be cute but also comfortable and since I’m home no under garments were necessary.
Looking at the clock it was 7:55 and I was starting to get a little nervous, but I would be okay, he isn’t late yet. Just calm your nerves girl. Calm.
