Chapter 30

6 months after mexico

6 months since Mexico. Everything is going well.

I have two successful nightlife spots, I own 4 apartment complexes, and a car auction.

I have over 30 million in my bank account.

My grandfather and them made 8 drops of 200 pure white bricks of cocaine that look like they have fish scales.

Me and Donny have made 26,400,000 since we came back from Mexico.

We sent Socorro 6,600,000, which was his 25 percent of the product.

Donny was ok with being a wholesaler; he only sold bricks.

On the other hand, I sold bricks and powder.

I cook crack to stretch the product and make more money.

I was in the kitchen cooking crack. My baby was standing by me cutting the kilo to powder while I was heating the water.

I thought Gold wasn’t ready for this world, but she was by my side every sale, every move.

Her and Socorro have a good bond, too—he calls her every night and sends her daily prayers.

I love that my family loves my woman the way I do.

I looked up; my godbaby ran in the kitchen with her tablet in her hand.

“Jada, take your ass in the room, princess.”

She took off running to the back room.

“Wait to start cooking, I’m about to change my clothes and go in the room with the girls so they won’t come out,” Gold said, and she left the kitchen.

Juicy, the dancer from my club, had been arrested a month ago for armed robbery.

Me and Golden have been taking care of her daughters until she gets out.

I had an apartment fully furnished, waiting for her when she came home.

I love her daughters like they’re my own and I’ll make sure she’s good till I leave this world.

Jayla is 9 and she’s really calm; Jada is small but bad as hell.

Their mother had no help and, like a mother, did everything she could to raise her kids.

That’s why when Juicy fell, me and Golden were there to catch her kids.

I pulled up to the club. Dream had on a suit, looking good. I can’t even remember the last time she came in here looking like a dancer.

“Hey, boss.”

“Hey, queen, you look great. I can tell you are the queen of this castle,” I winked.

“I will try. Being professional is first. You have to click the link in my bio to see me not in business attire.”

I laughed because she was so serious. Trent told me they were doing OnlyFans now.

We sat down in Dream’s office. She crossed her legs and pulled up to her desk.

“What brings you to our empire?” she asked, looking really professional.

“I wanted to check on my manager.” I handed her a Chanel shipping bag. She let tears roll down her face, then she wiped them. She pulled out the earrings and the bag I bought her, got up, and hugged me.

“I appreciate you,” she said.

“You’re welcome. I thank you for being there for me. You’re the reason both the club and lounge are thriving.”

I got up and left the club to go see Silk.

Silk has 3 girlfriends and they are all Spanish.

Him and Mercedes have been separated for 6 months.

I haven’t seen Mercedes either; I can’t tell you how she was.

Tammy, Junie, and Mercedes got this thing they do every Sunday where they go eat brunch together.

I pulled up to Silk’s apartment. He’s had one girl cutting dope, one girl weighing it, and the other one cooking it. He had his foot kicked up watching the game. I sat down next to him.

“Selma, bring me two Hennessys on ice.”

“Where are you coming from?” Silk asked.

“I went to go see Dream. I had an emergency meeting. She killed this club shit, I had to surprise her.”

“I’m proud of y’all. I went to her office the other day, it didn't even look like she was in a strip club. She even dresses like a business woman.”

“She does.”
